It's a nice place.
Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is also quite reasonable (good) for the class. The building is new and well furnished. Location is also ideal in Karpacz. So everything except one thing was very fine. There is only one bad point with this hotel which has made the image of the hotel completely negative. During our stay for 5 days, towels and bed shirts were not changed at all, which means we had to use dirty wet towels and bed shirts for 5 days. Please imagine it was such hot days as 38 degree ! Room was not cleaned even a once. Maybe this is the standards with this class hotel in Poland. Then I do not want to use this class of hotels in Poland never again.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room me and my son had was spacious with clean, modern bathroom facilities. Location was good away from the main road, but being up in the mountains, returning from Karpacz centre means a steep walk. No. Breakfast was Continental, with cold meats, cheeses, preserves. Nice and fresh with a selection of juices and cereals, tea and coffee.
Breakfast was basic but good. Staff friendly and spoke English On a one way system so initially difficult to find.
The food was very good and the hotel was nice and clean. Not having a lounge area with comfortable seats to sit in.
The hotel room was nice and clean, staff was very helpful and informative (weather conditions, local attractions etc.), great location for active people (pretty much in the middle of the hiking trails and downtown).
The location is quite good and the staff are friendly. Spacious room. The carpet in the room was dirty. There was not much variety in the buffet breakfast. Overall value for the money was not very good.
comfortable and very clean
Excellent staff, location & value
i had a really big room, and the location was vey quiet
Buffet breakfast: you are spoilt for choice. Rooms are extremely small, poorly equiped, relatively pricey (given their size), and definitely do not represent *** standard. The decor is also a bit dated. Wellness/spa area is not very large and can get crowded in the evenings. The pool is only open as of 11am (and the whirlpool/sauna part as of 4pm). The location (in the centre of Karpacz) can be considered a drawback at times as it can get noisy during outdoor events in the evening. Finally, it is impossible to pay by a credit card (you can pay in PLN or EUR though). Overall it is poor value for money (compared e.g. with a number of places in Austria I stayed at).
