Pros: Comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff.
Pros: The decor of the room. Its good soundproofing. The size of the bathroom.
Cons: The tiniest washbasin I've ever seen. The size of the guest room. No wardrobe or any other convenient device to hang your clothes on. The hotel quite difficult to be found, anyway if coming from Jicin.
Pros: Nice, small inn. The room was small but comfortable and clean, the beds were great, and the breakfast was the best I have ever eaten at the hotel. The host were extremely helpful and nice.

Pros: Big appartments, great terrace and garden. Lot of space for kids to have fun.
Pros: Nice location, very quiet, clean room. The restaurant has a nice beer-garden with a view and is open Fri-Sat from 5:30pm.
Cons: The checkout experience was bit weird - we were reminded 3 times to pay during our breakfast (which is available only from 8am to 8:30...) last day even thought the checkout was later than 10am. Good news was then we could stay as long as we wanted!
Pros: The flats are really clean and comfortable, with an access to the garden. Good breakfast that changes everyday!
Cons: It's a little bit far from Lazne, as we didn't have cars, but we used some bikes and it was ok.
Pros: We were allowed to take our breakfast in our flat, because it would have been too early otherwise for us being in holiday mood. So we had a kind of room service. That was very nice. The pension itself is situated in a very calm and attractive environment. We had a nice view out of the bedroom windows.
Pros: Big terrace, quiet and country area, big space in apartment
Cons: Weak wi-fi, one time I have to wait for hot water, big distance to any shop, restaurant, e.t.c., early breakfast (about 8 a.m.)

Pros: The pub was a very cozy place for dinner and drinks in the evening. In the morning they served good breakfast, with unlimited tea and coffee. The bar staff was very nice, making jokes and serving the drinks and food with a smile. The apartment itself was newly renovated and clean.
Cons: I found an opened bag of crisps in the kitchen, but that is literally the only minor minus point. Overall stay was great!
Pros: -the food and the local beer was excellent. I had the Pecka Steak. -the lady who accommodated us was nice and helpful. -clean bathroom with nice pressure in the showers
Cons: -from the windows we seen the side of the hill
Pros: Very home-like... We got an apartment which for two couples with two 2years old was perfect: we had our own bedrooms but were spending rest of the time together - cooking, playing games, preparing to go out etc.
Cons: We booked double beds and got twin instead - at arrival we were shown by the owner suggested changes that we liked so in the end it wasn't too much of a problem
Pros: Very big room with great facilities. The hotel includes a nice restaurant: excellent breakfast and dinner.
Cons: Wifi not perfect
Pros: The staff was very kind. We felt very much cared for by one of the employees in the restaurant, as he tried to please us completely. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and the prices were great. The room was spacious and the furnishings were cosy, so that you immediately felt comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
Cons: The rooms are very poorly soundproofed, so unfortunately you can listen when the people in the next room go to the toilet or when they are talking. We were also able to follow the events in the adjacent premises as if we were part of it. The breakfast was very good, but unfortunately a little monotonous, but this is justifiable for the reasonable price. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier between us and some of the employees. And this despite the fact that we speak very good English. This made us feel less comfortable with some employees.
Pros: Helpful staff, good restaurant downstairs. Our room looked nicer than some of the rooms presented in the gallery.
Pros: Very friendly host, flexible with late arrival. Cool bedrooms and feather plankets. Ok facilities in the apartment.
Cons: Everything was functional
Pros: A roomy apartment with surprisingly posh bathroom. Good breakfast and great dinner if you choose hotel's restaurant.
Pros: Clean, comfortable and nice apartment, in a good location to access Cesky Raj. We were there only one night but all was perfect and easy. The host was very kind.
Cons: Nothing to mention, all was ok.

Pros: Cool breakfast, swiming pool, restaurant.
Cons: Could be a fridge in the room
Cons: The booking price was 43 Euro for a dubble room. Receptionist told me : it's 45Euro.. She talked about the currency exchange! Its fault! The booking price is the true price. I think , they try to have more money with tourists from the eurodistrict!
Pros: I have been to Pension several times and it always been amazing trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities provide fantastic value for money. Spa and sauna is perfect after day of snowboarding in the near slopes. Food , especially beef tatare in the restaurant we will all remember for a long time. Highly recommended Borowiak
Cons: All good
Pros: Great place for weekends. The villa is very nice and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant is also very good - I recommend the Maminha steak. The terrace of the restaurant is overlooking the sports fields and the garden and makes a very pleasant place for eating. We really enjoyed the sports fields and the pool. Also, they let us use the open grill which was really nice (the one in the pictures is not there anymore).
Cons: Our room was decorated in a bit old-fashioned/communist style and had a funny smell, but it was overall clean and comfortable.
Pros: Great food in the restaurant
Pros: The bed was nice, I had a good sleep. Nice surroundings, large on site parking.
Cons: Heating was not working for whole stay. Did not ask me how I want my steak done. Never offer me the welness, while know that it has to be booked in advance.
Pros: Really beautyful place, clean and cozy, with good facilities. Good breakfast and very Helpfull personel. Excelent value for money. Definitely recommend.
Cons: Not all info about accommodation was shared in advance. For instance the wellness must be reserved ahead...
Cons: It was a bit cold in the room..
Pros: Lovely old building with high ceilings and large airy rooms. Large garden with swimming pool and different places to sit. Staff were very attentive and helpful and several spoke English, otherwise German. The bar (and beer) was good and the restaurant served very tasty food - though mostly steaks with different sauces. The beef carpaccio was very good. I'd definitely stay there again if I were in the area.
Pros: The restaurant is great. Also private wellnes is great option and perfect value for money
Cons: Bit outside of village

Pros: Nice location, close to Jicin and Prachovske skaly. Very quiet.
Cons: - Staff was not very helpfull and friendly - Price quoted in Eur and translated into czk with higher then official rate, although booking confirmation was in CZK - lights in the coomon areas were off at night - you could not even go to the toilett outside of your room - they do not accept credit cards and do not present this info on booking site. - Totally overpriced breakfast for children
Pros: The pension looked beautiful from the outside, and in the town, which was very mediocre, it was the one nice thing to look at. Pool was wonderful.
Cons: The third "bed" in the 3 person suite was not a real bed, more of a lounge chair and very uncomfortable (neck pains from two nights on it). It seems like it was just added to make it for "three" when, in fact it was not suitable. The bathrooms were moldy and dirty, and there is a constant smell of sewage coming from outside the door of the hotel. The first floor double suite smelled of sewage the entire stay since :-( Additionally, we came away from the two day stay with a stomach bug (vomiting, diarrhea) which we wonder if it may be from the tap water, which we drank. Perhaps not, no way to prove, but the smell was very unpleasant and persisted the entire stay.
Pros: My family and I had such a lovely experience at Penzion Prezident. Miss Havlova was very friendly and kind. She prepared us a tasty breakfast and was always helpful and ready to go an extra mile to satisfied our needs. We felt very welcome. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back in the future.
