The room was cozy. It offers a complimentary Continental breakfast that is one of its only perks if any.
I WAS 2X CHARGED! once by a 3rd party & once by COMFORT INN. I was told it could take 1 full business week to get the credit back now. There was a bug in the bathroom; not your ideal experience for a relaxing experience. THE CABLE REMOTE BARELY WORKED.
The breakfast and the staff at the breakfast are outstanding!!! We were greeted with genuine pleasure and the food was top notch. Kudo's to that part of your service.
Room rates good
Staff were all very friendly. Room was clean
The hotel was very clean and in great shape.
clean new hotel, easy access.
parking was a little difficult
I liked the cleanliness of my room and the complimentary breakfast was great.
I did not like that they did not have complimentary airport service. when I booked the room I was under the impression they did. I then asked them to arrange a service and I gave the suggestion what I was willing to pay and it turned out to be double.
The hotel was very new. It was clean and the staff was very friendly, I have never seen such small rooms in a hotel before. The king size bed was wider than it was long. On either side of the bed was about 2 feet of space. It wasn't much wider in front of the bed. It was till worth it though, instead of having more space and paying $159 or $189.
reasonable price, closeness and easy transport to Manhattan, free parking, and much more.
I would like to have a flexible shower head in the bathroom.
