Pros: This hotel is in a very nice rural area. It has good facilities such as a bar/restaurant etc.
Cons: A warning to vegetarian travellers. For a "wellness-oriented" hotel, the menu is extremely limited and deceptive. For example, my partner notified the staff that we were vegetarian; he ordered a meal which the menu claimed was meat-free and he was told by the waitress that the meal was fine for a vegetarian. However, on arrival, it was filled with ham. Sadly, he ate some and was very ill for a couple of days...the restaurant was notified but we were still charged for the uneaten meal and received no apology. Very disappointing and tainted our overall experience. Additionally, the tariff is very steep for a fairly functional establishment.

Pros: clean rooms, gentle staff
Cons: nothing, all OK for a gasthof
