The nice view from the fourteenth floor and the very nice breakfast. The very bad shape of the room. The bathroom was falling into pieces. The sink wasn't working and the shower was broken also.

I found the staff for the most part friendly. Price was good. Location is ok. Housekeeping did a poor job cleaning the room. Breakfast was just okay compared to other hotels in the city

Comfort of room

Centrally located, comfortable, quiet. Great water pressure in the shower ! The breakfast was a bit cold.

The hotel location. The bekfast staff were nice and simpathetic. Good breakfast Reception staff were grumpy. Upon my arrival to the hotel I had to request everything I had previously write upon my reservation. We got a room with twin beds despite having specificaly request a double bed. Most of the hotel rooms have windows to the interior of the hotel, you will not really see the sun.

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was not good - plain and too many people.

The hotel is well mantaind but bathrooms are quite dated. Rooms clean and reasonably big. It is good but can be imporved (it is quite sad). Good breakfast No shower not renewed bathroom

I was very disappointed to find the restaurant closed and that the bar was to close early. We travelled with a baby and at no point on the booking.com website or hotel website were we told that as it was midsummer the hotel facilities would be curtailed. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and offered no apology.

The pictures of the rooms are not what you get. The hotel blamed it on Bookings.com. They would not give us the room promised unless we paid an additional 200SEK. The superior rooms are the size of a closet. Also most rooms have windows that do not open or open onto interior space. Not good with no Air-conditioning.

Nice bed, clean room. Noise from the street made sleeping with an open window impossible. The position and size of the TV made it impractical to watch TV in bed.

Location was great. Breakfast wa included. In triple seated room the the third bed was not comfortable.

Good location. Choice of food at breakfast. Free passes to Liseberg Park. Appearance of large green Liseberg rabbit entertained my daughter every morning. Dining room is chaotic. Needs floor management. Rooms are quite very warm at night.

The location was good as was the breakfast buffet. The rooms were small, cheaply furnished, no air conditioning, noisy, no facilities and overpriced.

great location friendly staff Internet very slow - cost me prob one hour. They are aware of the problem. Beds very soft-needed a board inserted. Room air stale - I mean it´s a 4 star hotel. Should not have probs.

Staff in reception on arrival were very welcoming and friendly. Staff in the bar were also very friendly and efficient. 1. Staff were very brusque when we asked for 3 extra hours to stay in the room after checkout time. Answer was a very definite no. 2. The room was too small for 2 people.

Hotel staff very friendly. Ideally situated beside a shopping centre with accesss to plenty of restaurants. Extremely handy for bus, tram and train connections a few minutes away.
