Pros: Very nice and remote location for those who search for calm and unplugged stay. We liked the mountain style of the house. It's about 20 min drive to main Beskidy Mountains trails. There are plenty of facilities to relax - nice terrace with blankets, hammocks, playground for kids. There's a lot of space in the garden so it's a perfect place to come with your pet. Hosts are kind and hospitable. Breakfasts are very nice with local products and plenty of stuff to choose from. If you decide to have dinner here, expect local cuisine.
Cons: I think that the price for dinner is little bit to high comparing to restaurants in the nearest town.
With a stay at Hotel Klaudia in Makow Podhalanski, you'll be 23 mi (37 km) from Minor Basilica of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and 30.5 mi (49.1 km) from Żywiec Lake. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The services as well as the comfort of the hotel room
Cons: Well, the indoor swimming pool is rather too small to accommodate more than 5 people.
Pros: Good location, nice spacious and clean room.
Cons: Food in the restaurant could be better.
Pros: I really amused by the surroundings
Cons: Would like more comfortable pillows
Cons: the restaurant is only open until 8pm. I would expect it to be until 10pm
Pros: Staff Kind and gentle, amazing white view
Cons: A bit cold in the room

Pros: Highly recommended.
Pros: Super-nice and friendly host!
Pros: One of the best places I’ve ever been, really calm place in a really good location, the building inside has a old decoration style with a lot of beautiful pictures, everything super clean, amazing atmosphere. The woman who run this business is just awesome, polite and helpful. Breakfast was perfect, even once she left in our room a piece of cake made by her self.. oh, and her dog is so sweet.
Cons: I wanted to be more days.
Cons: Payment with credit card not available

Pros: Nice new building in a beatiful location. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good kitchen. After a mountain hike, the possibility to use swimming pool and sauna is just great. The hotel consists of two separate buildings, but these are conneted with an indoor corridor, without necessity to go out.
Cons: Uncomfortable bed (hard mattress), my room was in the corner of the building and was cold. However, the staff was very helpful and provided an additional mattress cover and an additional heater, which both helped a lot.
Cons: Drinks ("orange juice") during breakfast are disgusting
Cons: Breakfast service - lack of attendance, poor selection in some days, very poor quality of drinks.
Pros: Quiet and very beautiful view.
Cons: Hotel is huge but Wellness is small, the showers are old and broken.
Pros: Location - on the top of the mountain, with georgeous views of the area. For those who like long walks, there are multiple trails leading from the hotel through the forest, mountains and nearby villages. Beautiful surroundings anytime of the year. Clean rooms and polite cleaning ladies. Quite comfortable beds, modern bathroom, big parking. Building from the outside looks well kept and seems like some inner parts of the hotel got refurbished recently. Nice looking lobby and restaurant downstairs. Cute cat which follows you inside the building :)
Cons: Atmosphere was bad from the beginning and it started when a sad faced receptionist welcomed us when we arrived. After checking in we discovered TV not to be working properly, but after reporting it, heard that someone will come the next day. We don't have TVs at home, so it was meant to be our one time entertainment. Wifi was only accessible in the common areas. In the morning it was still not fixed, so we went again and a technician was sent to us. He admitted not to know much about fixing such things and we got offered a free entrance to "spa" as a compensation (normally extra paid for hotel guests, 3h entrance for 30zł, but must be used in one go). We bought out massages and they were far from what would be expected. You enter the small rooms directly from a well lit gym, so poor vibe of relaxation. The walls between the rooms are very thin, so I could hear what was happening right beside me. You don't get asked for preferences before it starts. After it finished we entered the weallness zone, which is ridiculously tiny comparing to the size of the building. It was completely full, sauna wasn't on, jacuzzi had temperature of 31degrees, swimming pool was unpleasantly cold and it all looked like a parody of a spa. Low quality ingredients used in breakfast, cutting costs wherever possible. Lunch options decorated like in PRL. Everything paid extra (including 2zł to visit the observation tower) . Plus for a huge tarrace attached to the room, but shame it's not divided by something from the other rooms, to give more privacy. The manager who was solving the TV issue seemed like the only one who was professional and kind, the rest unfortunately lacked experience and were poor problem solvers, In the end we shortened our stay by a day and moved to another hotel, as here one more night would be simply boring.
Pros: Two new coffee machines - finally no queues in the morning to get a cup of coffee.
Cons: Same 2-minute instrumental track played in a loop EVERYDAY!!! during breakfast! Nauseating! Please pay more attention to the music background in the restaurant. And, as always, terrible quality of soft drinks during breakfast (except of water)...
Pros: The location and the facilities for family
Cons: The staff should pay more attention to the wine temperature, our bottle of white wine was warm
