Clean room, nice staff, great location. Not overpriced as many other places in Key West. Can't wait to go back.
Staff very friendly & helpful, room was great definitely will stay again
location, room size, nice bedding, clean ants in the bathroom
Location .... Close to everything! Bike rentals on location and other tours as well. Shower pressure Too much light coming from the window blinds.
The motel was simple and did not offer much comfort. But it was the cheapest we can find and for that it was really great. Very clean anf nice staff. Would book it again.
The location is great. The accommodations are clean and comfy. The price is steep but you are paying for the Old Town locale. The custodian was cheerful and very helpful. He should be working the front desk! It is a shame when the first person you meet at the counter sets the tone of feeling unwelcome. The continental breakfast was sparse but ok.
Staff was very nice, booked everything for us. Room was clean and looked like the pictures. It is an older building so the only issue we had was our toilet leaked from the bottom some. Great location, only a block from the southernmost point, and definitely a good value for the cost in comparison with other hotels in the area. Would definitely stay here again.
Very clean, quiet. Friendly staff
rooms are big, a lot of tables/corners to sit and meet, nice trees on property, free parking, Duval Street in walking range, price for Key West not too bad, air condition hardly managed to keep rooms cool,
Convenient location. Easy check-in/check-out. Affordable rates.
El Patio was ok. Towels were grey and kind of thin. My top sheet had small stains at the top of it- didn't investigate further. It's a long walk from Duval late at night. Close to beach and southernmost point. For the price, it's ok but I would try to be closer to Duval next time. There are closer motels of average quality that are similarly priced. Nice little pool. Quiet. Cute fifties vibe.
Very quirky and cute. The pool area feels like you're tucked away and is lush with trees and beautiful flowers. The room had a vintage feel, which I love. Rooms, linens, and bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful in giving tips to the town. WiFi worked pretty well, which I find isn't the case with most hotels. Shower water pressure wasn't great, but I didn't mind.
Loved the Patio Garden and the Rooftop. Lucy was great with directions and very helpful with our room. Kitchen well furnished. Pull out sofa bed really needed a new mattress.
The location was great, staff was wonderful and facilities very welcoming Our second night we left due to cockroaches
Bed was very uncomfortable. Very small bathroom.
location to simple
FLOWERS AND PATIO WAS VERY DECORATIVE ROOM WASN'T VERY CLEAN, STAFF WERE NOT VERY FRIENDLY AND PARKING WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR ALL GUESTS. ROOM WAS ONE OF THE LESS EXPENSIVE PLACES IN KEY WEST BUT STILL NOT WORTH THE COST.
Great price. Clean and cold. Very simple basic no frill hotel room
Retro style motel, slow paced, quiet. Internet not available in room.
Very cute. It is an intimate, friendly place. Close to everything.
Everything about it. The staff and the environment was awesome.
We Stayed in room Called Shark. It was a nice room. But Unfortunalty it was a business trip and there was no WIFI connection. When I checked out they said I needed to come to the lobby for WIFI. They blamed it on Comcast. But I don't think a resort in such long exixtence they should have better connection. Would NOT stay if want to connect to wifi but would stay again for pool. There is no beach.
Charges of $21.50 per day to park a seadoo on the grass. Seems a bit unreasonable.
The hotel was clean and well kept. Beautiful views of the water. Really enjoyed laying in a hammock and just relaxing.
Free breakfast Location. Staff on checking in. Room was glorified bath house w 2 beds.
