The food was great, delicious and various. The cookies were so tasty. The drinks were various. The personnel was kind and smiling all the time. There were 4 animators (2 boys and 2 girls) who always played with customers different games. They danced, sang, and organized nocturnal spectacles for children and adults. The hotel was very clean. The pools had the water almost clean, but this is not the personnel fault, but the customers who does not use proper swimming costumes, and they were not so clean. So obviously they dirty the water. The personnel, was always cleaning the water every evening.
One single lift for entire hotel. The very long distance to the beach. Lot of noise due to proximity of an important street. Does not have coffee, only Ness. Not enough parking spaces. Very hot in the room, the air conditioning was was weak. Only 16 channels on TV, most of them in Bulgarian and English and German news channels. No soap and shower gel renewing from the housekeeping.

clean room, balkony, kids animations… carefull staff for kids and restaurant service.
There is no enough hot water for shower, terrible elevetor and bad smelling toilets from stairs… Also i arrived there at 11.30 am after 10 hours driving and they dont give a glass of water till check-in hour 2pm but its an all inclusive hotel!!!

Really friendly & helpful staff. Place was spotless.
We didn’t really enjoy the food. Not saying there was anything wrong with it but didn’t suit our (Irish) tastes for either breakfast or lunch so we skipped dinner even though we were all inclusive for the 3 nights we stayed.
