The room was very clean and the clean up service was on time

This is definitely not a 4* hotel, I would give it max 3*. Nobody there speaks English, so it quite hard to get any indication or ask for help. THERE WAS NO WIFI. It’s 2019, there’s WiFi everywhere but not at this hotel. I mean, the service was there but it’s 5 leva a day/device to use the WiFi. The safe box in the was also a paid service (5 leva a day) even if they include it in the facilities list. The food was not bad, not terrible, very few choices. The promote a Bulgarian and Italian night, but it is really just the same food you’ve had all week. All drinks are served in a 200ml glass and the bar is far form the cafeteria. If you’re thirsty during you’re meal, you’ll have to make several trips to the bar to get more water, because they won’t give a bigger glass. The location of the hotel is quite far from the main attractions (20-25) minutes walk. Overall, I was very disappointed with this place.
