Animation team was great!

Everything else: - At check in our room wasn’t clean, I don’t have any sheets on the bed. - air conditioner in the living was broken making loud noise, and the air filter very clogged. I asked for the Meintenance to check and clean and they come look and gone. I clean the filters and after 2 days they fixed the unit indoor fan. - after the Meintenance team fixed the air conditioner I asked for cleaning the room but they didn’t come. - the sheets was never changed in 1 week period. - towels was changed only if i asked once in 1 week period. - the shower cortina was dirty in the lower side. - food was mediocre at best for a 4 star hotel, so we eat outside few meals. - pool bar was a interesting experience :) for a drink was a line of ten persons and just one nice bartender. If you need a glass of water at the pool you have to stay at that line. Clearly we buy outside drinks to avoid that line at all inclusive hotel. For us was a ugly experience because we’re coming back from Greece were everything was perfect.
