The bed. The ripped wall. The breakfast and the breakfast room.
This is NOT a 2 star hotel!!!!! First shower was so hot and could barely get in the shower. The next day the shower was so cold that I could once again barely get in to shower.
The location was ok and the parking was good
The room was dirty, everything was stained, it smelled terrible. the hallway smells of smoke
Price and location.
Could have more for the breakfast.
smelly, old beds..gross
I didn't like anything.
The staff was awful. The floor was sticky, carpets were dirty and left blk stuff on white socks. The tv didn't work. The refrig stopped working and caused our food to spoil. The toilet ran all night and room smelled.Hair in the shower from someone else.BAD
It was a little dirty and the walls were paper thin. You could hear everything in the hall as well as the tv in the rooms next to you and across the hall
It was very very dirty and smelly. I had to go buy febreeze in order to handle to smell. There was spots on the bathroom door that looked like dried blood, a lot of dirt in the drawers and on the doors.
Price and location where good.
Room was not ready when we arrived at 3:30 PM
Non smoking room stunk like smoke. TV only got one channel and it was filled with snow

Great service from the staff. Friendly and very accomodating. Thank you.
The hotel was close to the entrance ramp to the highway.
There was a hole in the ceiling above the door exposing the pipes.
Close to where I needed it to be.
The first room they put me was dirty, and in repair. It was very dated/old. The second room was a little cleaner. Not clean, but cleaner that the first room.
Excellent value at the---rate
The hotel didn't smell very good, and it had crumbs or something on top of the tv stand.
The nice cleaning lady went out of her way and brought our items we had forgotten to our car as we were leaving.
There breakfast was very poor. When we got there most of the items were gone and no one bothered refilling or help you get more.
efficient check in
cigarette smell in halls
The staff were very pleasant, and it was very nice to have breakfast.
The curtains were stained - probably not best to use light colors for a smoking room.
Had room pre-paid & booked for 3 days & 4 nights. Front desk did not read this on my itenerary and only booked for night & day, Went to visit parents in nursing home and when I returned, the key card did not work. When I went to front desk, they had put another person in that room, which had groceries I had purchased, my luggage w/clothes and my grandson's cellphone which I was charging for use. The front desk did retrieve all my belongings & groceries and the cellphone w/charger. I was sickened when I noticed the cellphone scren had a 'wet' spot on it which I thought was from a bottle of pop that had leaked in a bag. The front desk was confronted with this fact, plus the fact that the cellphone did not have the memory card w/personal stuff of my grandson's being used in a police investigation. Using the front desk's suggesting to contact the local police, I did (my daughter had come over to help figure the phone out);. The police officer told us that the hotel would be responsibile not us for the loss of the information on the cell phone. The person in the rooom when the officer aksed him, admitted to swapping sim cards and was willing to swap cards back so we had the correct phone to avoid a possible felony because of the data on grandson's cell phone. Police Officer suggested going to another local hotel for balance of stay. Spa & activity rooms were unavailabe during my stay. Spa was used to store extra mattresses.
I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet, cozy and relaxing after a long drive. For what I paid, it was worth it. I got free breakfast in the morning and even a newspaper. The first place I stayed that I got a newspaper!! The rooms were very tidy, just the way I liked and most of you would too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to stay for it's price!!!
