We will never stay at another hotel in Torino in the future.

8.8 Excellent
Cons: There is no parking lot. The nearest costs 25 euro per day. Beside that everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern hotel, but with a unique, historically influenced structure, dramatic five-story entry atrium. Rooms good size, comfortable. Good size bathroom, plenty of hot water (tub-shower combo in this room). Lots of choices on the cable TV (including English, French, German besides Italian channels). Tremendous breakfast buffet, anything you could want, good coffee. Desk staff efficient & helpful - will call for restaurant reservations for you, etc. A bit larger than the hotels that we usually prefer, but mostly does not feel impersonal. And there don't seem to be many quality smaller hotels in Turin. Location is unbeatable - 2 minutes to Roman gate, 5 minutes to cathedral with the Shroud of Turn (which of course is not on display because of its fragility). In the other direction, many cafes, gelaterias, restaurants. Main shopping streets a pleasant walk away. Don't miss Via LaGrange, with its several gourmet food shops, cafes, restaurants. (Cafe Gatsby a special favorite with us.) Be sure to have a bicerin at some point (espresso, hot chocolate, whipped cream neatly layered) - a Turin invention that I'm now addicted to!
Cons: Nothing really. We like Turin, and always come back to the Santo Stefano for its comfort and superb location.

Pros: The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is outstanding. The Michelin star hotel restaurant Carignano is amazing and a must do if staying there. The lobby and bar off the lobby are welcoming and comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was average at best. The wireless is extremely slow. Could use more light in the bathroom and dressing area. We stayed in late October it was unseasonably warm, unfortunately the AC had been turned off for the season. Windows in our room were not practical to keep open for security.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Beds
Cons: Nastiest people I have ever met and the internet in the room was slower that dial up. I had to go into the hallway

Pros: The location
Cons: they gave me the room for invalids, without bidet and with no useful bathroom. In the room there was a bad small, sewer probably, i had to open the window
4.6 Okay
Pros: Poor breakfast service
Cons: There were no clean tables in the breakfast room at 9:00 in the morning. I asked a coffee but they completely forgot my order. A the end, after 15 minutes, I got up and went away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff were excellent, especially the Manager and the Reception staff. We were going through a very warm spell by UK standards and they were kind enough to turn on the aircon for us for the whole of our stay which we considered a really nice gesture. We were slightly apprehensive as to any changes by the new owners, however our stay was just as enjoyable as our previous visits. Breakfast for example was just as good as before, fortunately not based on your average Hilton offer. The local area is of great interest. Reception will lend you a key to the roof which was the old Fiat test track. In fact the hotel is the redeveloped factory. Dont miss Eataly over the road, a wonderful combination of restaurants and fine food. There is a driverless underground train from here to the centre of Turin which takes about 15 minutes. The only downside was the replacement of the lovely original plans of the factory dotted throughout the hotel with inferior copies.

Pros: Awesome breakfast with tons of choices. Very friendly personnel. Good fitness room.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Breakfast staff was awesome. Had a capo for you right away.
Cons: WIFI in the hotel room would not connect. Reception gave us another PW but that wasn’t the issue, that area on the 3rd floor just would not connect. Also, they shouldn’t advertise a spa if you have to pay 18 euro per person. You’d think you’d get it for half price or it would come with the expensive room. Plus you have to pay for parking, 32 Euro 2 night stay. I think we’ll look for a different hotel next time around.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly staff.
Cons: Wifi could be improved.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff who made sure we had a great stay. The hotel's mediterranean style and the room decor were very nice as well. Would stay there again if near Turin.
Cons: N/A
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel located sufficiently close to the airport, though I would not recommend it if without own transport (car). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Recommended an excellent restaurant in the vicinity that was very reasonable (with a discount given to hotel guests). Parking is very good as well. Overall, a good option for one night if with car.
Cons: The room we stayed in was rather noisy, both from noise from the street (quite busy) and from the airplanes that start at 6am (we had to get up early to catch our flight, so no issue for us, but they certainly would wake one up). The aircon was running awfully hot that day, probably because it was a very cool night for summer (so the air from the aircon felt hotter than outside air, but because of the street noise, we kept the windows closed). Did not use their breakfast due to early flight, so cannot comment on that.

Pros: The closest hotel to San Salvario, location, where citadini di Torino have first dinner in numerous restaurants and osterias. After bar to bar, very nice and original. 10-15 min to top center. But the price is a little to much on my opinion. Hotel is very clean, every day they change sheets and towels and breakfast is fantastic.

Pros: location adjacent to vinzaglio metro
Cons: the bad attitude of the female receptionist
4.2 Okay
Pros: If you only want a modern clean place it would be fine but it has such a corporate sterile feel and it's a very long way from the nice part of town.
Cons: Terrible location. Nowhere near restaurants. Ugly area. Corporate feel to the hotel. Why be in Italy and stay somewhere corporate? We asked where the restaurants were only for the concierge to be surprised and say Turin wasn't a city for tourists. So we tried the hotel restaurant. Ordered Pork Belly. It wasn't pork belly. They weren't nice when we pointed this out. We left.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location close to the rail station
Cons: Very strange to refuse a direct access to the room to my wife for privacy reason. Probably an Italian speciality...
8.2 Excellent
Pros: They were able to accommodate my request to store my breastmilk in their freezer and I truly appreciated it.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room service menu was very healthy and as a snack during kitchen closure, the grilled vegetables was the best. The location was near to metro, taxi and walking.
Cons: There is no door viewer peephole and security cameras. The room was not soundproof, you can hear the adjacent rooms; people talking, alarms going off, phone ringing, door slammings and tv/music playing past 12 midnight. The electrical point for international plugs never works. The room service needs to improve, the person who took my order couldn’t comprehend Italian and English. I am absolutely certain there wasn’t a fault with the phone connection. The migrant worker used the F word on the phone just because he couldn’t understand and asked me to repeat the order. Its obvious « grilled vegetables » also known as « vedure grigliate ». I told him i would prefer to speak to his colleague but no he said that the kitchen was closed. Clearly the snacks ordered is available from 12 till 10pm while kitchen is closed. A rowdy guest banged on my door on 10 November, accusing me of making noise at 5am when I was sound asleep, by 7am there was another bang on my door and again at 7h45 in the morning. When i opened the door, there was a man three times my size death threatening me and being totally racist, judging by his accent it was a french/german tourist. I called reception and the lady apologised and said that there was a big chinese tour group checking out early. Clearly the door had no peephole. The only thing that went off was the alarm set for 7h30 and its very obvious the hotel walls are not sound proof. You also can hear the people on the floor above the room. I made additional complaints to the reception, Gabriele told me that the hotel has a privacy policy that they can’t interfere with guests especially noisy and rowdy guests. He consulted the general manager and made an apology on behalf of the general manager making an excuse that the angry guest should complaint to the front desk instead of intimidating the guests. Out of all the 4stars and 5 stars hotel including boutique hotels, this NH Hotel Centro in Torino was appalling.

Pros: Although the hotel is located away from the historic center of the city, it has a perfect connection (15 min) using tram; tickets could be purchased in hotel reception. Very good breakfast, two excellent restaurants in the same building. Free (if you are lucky) parking in front of the hotel or cheap closed hotel parking.
Cons: Difficult to find if you are coming with the car, even with the GPS.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Confortable bed, backout curtains and very clean facilities. Polite and super helpful staff. Breakfast is ok.
Cons: Some rooms can be noisy as too close to the room where breakfast is served.
8.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was decent all around. The staff were very nice and responded to all needs. Bus station very close and you could buy the tickets at the reception. I went for a conference for 4 days and this hotel was suitable for me to come back and rest. The price was some of the cheapest I could find for a 3-star hotel and I feel like I got the value for money. All in all this was a good choice for me.
Cons: The food at breakfast wasn't the best, but acceptable nonetheless. Not much of a view outside the room, but wasn't really an issue for me. The internet in the room was ok, although not very high speeds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is very good. We parked the car the first day and used public transportation during our stay. The tramway stop is just in front of the hotel.
Cons: The WiFi Internet connection could be better. The signal was very weak.

7.1 Good
Pros: Very good location,in a walking distance from train station and historical center, a very good breakfast and friendly staff at reception.
Cons: Bathroom was very small and rooms needed renovation,as it is an old hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room and bathroom were spacious, had a generous breakfast. Extremely central to all sights and metro around the corner
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I absolutely loved this room - from the high ceilings, the parquet floors, the antique style furniture and the overall size to the windows opening out to overlook the park. I was very happy to arrive here after a long drive from Munich. I expected a basic room, and while it was simple, it had a homey nostalgic feel to it that reminded me of rooms I've had in Spain, Argentina and Chile. Unloading and parking was super easy, location was great near restaurants, shopping and the piazza. We enjoyed the lush courtyard while taking the abundant breakfast. I wish we had another day!
Cons: Can't think of a thing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good and catered for all tastes. I enjoyed to healthy smoothies they had and the fresh pastries. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful, from the reception staff to the chambermaid, very polite and friendly. We had a romantic room with a beautiful view of the park and a small balcony added to the charm.
Cons: Nothing to declare.
9.2 Excellent
