Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Cozy comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Parking was tight.

Clean Noisy. You could hear all the doors closing. The maid service knocked several times very early in the morning on nearby rooms and was very loud. Someone attempted to open our dor n then ran away despite do not disturb sign

The room itself was great - big comfy bed, mini kitchen which included a toaster, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, and utensils. The double head shower was also very clean. They have a shuttle service that picks you up and takes you places within a 2mile radius which is great except it takes 30 min to come get you and then sometimes if it already has passengers it takes you all the way out to the airport when you just had to walk 10min. The breakfast wasn't anything great.. They had lots of options but everything was very bland, typical hotel food. I was sick for a full day because the milk I had was bad even though it hadn't expired. I think it might have been left out to spoil just a little too long.
Room was neat & clean; nice linens and a huge rain shower stall. Close to SU and University Hospital. Continental breakfast is not offered nor included in room price. Parking costs extra. In a small market like syracuse, these should be included in the room price.
Location to restaurants and entertainment. Rooms are outdated and not clean. Bathroom had mold around toilet and shower. Customer service - Upon check in, I explained the wrong room was given to us, as the confirmation showed how many and what type of bed we should have. They did not care and told me the room I had was correct. Upon checkout, my credit card was charged for the room, even though I had paid through a booking site. I explained this to the woman at the desk, and she said since they could not find record of payment, she would not refund me. Instead of trying to satisfy me by making a simple phone call to the booking site, she told me I had to do the work and contact the booking site to find out details and then contact her to get the refund.
The menu in the restaurant eleven waters needs a few more items to choose from, and the service was extremely slow
The front desk said that I could park I. A garage and use the bridge to head over. I arrived at 11 am and it's not the part of town you want to be walking in alone and I say that as a healthy 30 year old male. I park near the bridge, get all my bags, and when I cross the bridge to the hotel the door is locked. Now I've already paid for that garage and have a block and a half walk wth my stuff. The staff needs to be better educated and that will come with time. Besides that, the doors to the rooms are loud as hell but not bad as a whole.
