Pros: The stay in the hotel simply exceeded my expectations! The view from my room of Warsaw was the highlight of my visit!
Cons: I did not like the TV channels at all. There was not single channel with English. All channels had a Polish translation in the background and the user did not have any control over it. That was terrible. An international hotel must definitely have only English channels accessible.
Cons: The room was not clean when we arrived. Bed not done, towels on the ground. The other room was decent but there were hairs on the toilet and some of the soaps were not seeled
Pros: The location was great. For the money I have paid also the apartment was great and pretty clean.
Cons: I do not like the staff. They were talking to you as they where the bosses of that place. Also I have waited a lot to do my check-in.
Pros: Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet
Pros: Very neat and well arranged! Friendly staff and centrally located, much. Much better location than other the other big hotels nearby.
Pros: very flexible service for late checkout, friendly staff, convenient stay,
Cons: room size was very cramped and difficult to move around as very little space between bed and wall and we aren't particularly big people!
Pros: Receptionist PAWEL J A nice kind person helped us and took care of our problem personally Thank you so much for people like you worth staying at this hotel We will definitely return

Pros: One more of best hotels to stay... but not organised well during the pandemic.
Cons: Prices did not reflected at all that swimming pool was not working, restaurants, bars, room fridge bar was empty. If I know this I will not book it at this price. Furthermore I will compare this to the UEFA championship times when rooms were coating huge prices... water and bread cost same money as usually... saying this the politics of the business hotels do not reflect the “low” times to do a cheaper prices. Very sad to see this from a such lovely hotel. Also been charged for 3 days after leaving next day... I did ask for refund... but again why this need to be such a bad experience is such a sad circumstances. Hope this feedback will change something in the way the hotel run the business. All the best.
Pros: The staff was so cheerful and helpful. In particular my breakfast server.
Pros: Very friendly and efficient reception & quick response to the requests made by phone (housekeeping).
Cons: Service in breakfast and cleanliness of the restaurant did not by any means correspond to the price (appr 20-25 euros per person). However, the location was good and there were plenty of very nice cafes in the neighbourhood.
Pros: location, predictability, service
Cons: it's getting old...
Pros: Great breakfast. One of the best Marriott properties I’ve ever stayed at. Best gym for a hotel too.
Cons: I have nothing to offer as way of improvement.
Pros: The staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs!
Cons: No complaints here!
Pros: It's located in the center of the city, close to shopping and local restaurants.
Cons: there were no laundry facilities in the local area and having it done by the hotel was expensive.
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Still charges for internet which makes no sense in today's environment.
Pros: central location
Cons: laundry services are a bit expensive
Cons: Workers didnt have friendly attitude Rather it was more of a rude tone. I asked for an adapter for my electronics since I'm from the usa. She said they didn't carry one and didn't know where I could buy one. I asked another worker and got one the next day
Pros: Location and service
Cons: Slight issues with Wi-Fi and express check out did not work properly.
Pros: Good location near the Central Train station and main business district. The room was clean and they had free apples in the lobby.
Cons: The staff was not too helpful when we asked about train times to and from the airport. The wifi is only free in the lobby and is charged in the rooms (about $8 US per day).

Pros: The hotel was amazing...breakfast great..the staff were helpful and the area very convenient.
Pros: Fantastic place, except for all the instagrammers by the pool
Pros: Excellent location building ,very good breakfast, great views
Cons: overcharge for wifi

Pros: Very comfy bed, good location and very clean.
Cons: No slippers in the room, only one robe although we had a double room. Shower did not close properly and the A/C was very noisy at night.
Pros: Our room was delightful with great views of the city. The staff was very professional, spoke excellent English . Best buffet breakfast yet for our 3 week European vacation
Pros: Bar downstairs in the lobby was nice
Cons: Minibar has no alcohol inside.

Pros: Staff is very professional. Hotel is clean and service very prompt. Room was spacious and full of amenities. Restaurents offered great food choices.
Pros: Really nice place in the center of Warsaw. The hotel is really luxurious, reception, elevators, corridors, services. The room is big enough for 2, the bed is incredibly confortable and the view was nice (view on the city).
Cons: The bathroom was disapointing, kind of old and not really well furnished bathroom, which is very different from the room itself.

Pros: Nice, spacious complex. Unfortunately we did not have time to use a lot of the facilities, but there are some to suit your every need. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Good place for a road trip stop - or your business conference needs.
Cons: The staff in the bar spoke hardly any English. We found a way to communicate but at least a basic level of understanding should be expected at a chain such as Hilton. In terms of the location - it's green, which is nice, but you will need a car.
Pros: Great quiet location and great atmosphere
Cons: There was no heating in the room It was a little cool
Cons: Carpet on room was not clean, wather from celling shower blown on all ways
Pros: Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel with nice spa and kids play area.
Pros: fantastic breakfast
Pros: I have frequented this hotel for 3 years as it is very close to the company I manage. I've always been very well, but in the last period something has been changing for the worse.
Cons: On March 2 there was a party which lasted until morning. The music was deafening. I called the front desk and was hurriedly told to make a complaint the next morning. Obviously I didn't make any complaints because I knew I wouldn't get anything. This morning at the check out I pointed out what had happened and the young lady even questioned that the music could go up to room 3076, as if I had invented everything. People are getting colder and less interested in customer satisfaction. The important thing is to make cash.

Cons: There is indicated that parking is available, but not indicated that not for free, you must pay 10eur per night :( And in a room smell bad from canalisation:( All other is ok
Pros: the price was fair and beds were very comfy!
Cons: The architecture of the room

The hotel is ideally situated close to the business centers, as well as on direct route to Warsaws old town, fashionable shops of Nowy wiat, theatres and museums. It is also easily accessible from the Fryderyk Chopin airport.
Pros: Large room
Cons: Everything where old and not clean. Important is, that bed must be soft... it was not
Cons: Due check in pick up full amount for stay, it’s ok. But what reason pick up it due check out stay amount one more time? Why you are not pick up just breakfast and minibar ? It’s not good set friends . Not well trained front desk !
Cons: Check out speed
Pros: It’s always a pleasure to go back to my favorite hotel in Warsaw
Cons: You must do something about the mattresses, they are way too soft and it’s about time you change them for new ones, to get a better quality of rest
Pros: We stayed at the Regent, and usually do when we travel to Warsaw. You cannot beat the service. The staff are so accommodating, the rooms are extremely clean, and the amenities are amazing. The indoor pool, and gym facility are both amazing. The breakfast is so delicious as they offer so much! Definitely worth it to stay here! We will be back!
Cons: Loved everything!
Located in Warsaw (Srodmiescie), Metro Centrum Guest Rooms is within a 15-minute walk of Palace of Culture and Science and Warsaw University of Technology.
Pros: great quality
Cons: opening the gate to reach the building
Cons: No reception,
Pros: The woman at least tried to be helpful, before we had an argument
Cons: There was no heating, unclean bed linen and strange woman, who introduces herself as right hand of host, but didn't help us at all. The room was old, especially doors, that's why were not sure about security during the night. The bathroom was ok, although wasnt clean and had a lot of hair. During the night, there was noise, due to the hostel's location near club. Also, we had one blanket for 2 people, and as I mentioned before, there was no heating so we were should have slept in 3 sweaters and 2 trousers
Pros: Nothing it was dirty
Cons: Sheets were not clean. Dirty broken toilets. Ripped bedsheets. Dirty floor
Pros: Small room but perfect enough for one person. And private shower with toilet. Definately would book again if i am in warsaw centrum.
Cons: Private bathroom was 5 +++ Excellent location from city center. I Walked 10 minutes to central autobús.

Pros: This is my favourite hotel in Warsaw. The swimming pool is one of the best I have ever used and the staff are extremely helpful and professional. Superb location.
Pros: The swimming pool and the breakfast was perfect. The room was clean and quiet.
Cons: The quality of the bed was very very bad. It was not flat with too many holes. It was unexpected from such a hotel!
Pros: Location is perfect for tourists, Old Warsaw is only blocks away. Included breakfast was perfect, great selection of food, attentive staff, and unlimited coffee or tea. Highly recommended this hotel.
Cons: Hotel was undergoing some remodeling. I'm sure price will rise with new amenities.
Pros: Location is good. Big room.
Cons: The bed could be newer, pillows too soft. The air A/C was only heating, room was too warm. Staff doesn’t like when you use Uber.
Pros: The decor. The bar.
Cons: Not intimate. Wrong age group for me. I'm 36
Pros: Location is perfect, it's walking distance to the old town. Included in our price was a buffet breakfast. It had a really rich selection of everything. The staff was very kind and the rooms looked new and in great shape.
Cons: Internet was a bit on the slow end.
Pros: Staff, facilities.... especially cappuccino.
Cons: Tv channels... not enough english content requre more National Geographic and english movies.
Pros: Courteous staff.

Pros: Really good stop over hotel
Cons: Bar closed at 10:00 and we were late arrival
Pros: The location is just what you need when travelling around Poland: we arrived by the bus from the airport which may take you to the city centre as well. And since the hotel is right in front of the central train station, we managed to have a breakfast and made a one-day trip to the Gdansk and Gdynya. Walking distance from the Old Town is some 30 min. Breakfats is very good with a lot of bakery, cheese, fruits and vegetables.
Cons: The location is by quite a noisy road so don't expect perfectly silent night.
Pros: Location and staff are good
Cons: The clean and no air condition are bad
Pros: Unfortunately, due to the lockdown in Poland during the middle of my stay I had to cut short my visit in order for me to get back home and not get stuck in the country but the staff were perfect and understanding. I had ordered breakfast as an extra as I failed to book the room with it included. But the two days I had it, everything was great, the food was tasty and the staff friendly and very attentive… so much so, that they had removed my plates when I was going for some more, the downside of being on your own. When the current emergency has finished, I will be planning to return to Warsaw and will be booking at this hotel again.
Pros: The breakfast was amazing. Location couldn't be more central, and the price that it was at was surprising, really enjoyed the stay.
Pros: Very nice hotel, good location close to the metro and the train station, really nice breakfast and the staff was amazing, really polite and helpful. I would definetly stay here again
Cons: the soap wasn't getting replenished. Bathroom could get cleaned a bit better.
Pros: It was a comfortable hotel in a very convinient place and great breakfast. The front desk extremely helpful and polite the gave us very useful tips for the town! Don't miss the rotonda cafe opposite the hotel!Thank you Hotel Metropol team!!
Cons: The room was clean enough, but it needs something more in thw bathroom for being exceptional! But still ok for staying!

Pros: Hotel is Near central , green Park, shopping center.
Cons: Went We chechin /check out of hotel , the Waiters don't welcome and don't help us to bring our luggages. Also, the Receiption has mistaken our payment, saying we havent't payed something that was already prepaid. No hotel should ever make this mistake.
Pros: very friendly reception at arrival, quick check-in, quick check out, nice room, big comfy bed, good WiFi, excellent breakfast, excellent food at dinner at the Asian restaurant
Cons: It's complaining at a very high level but the insulation of the rooms could be a bit better - you hear your neighbours a bit
Cons: Me and my coworkers were there for our biz trip then we had all separated rooms then one of my coworker’s personal belongings were stolen. We’ve reported to the reception then there were no further assistant. Our corp card also got double charged. Still in the process to get refund..I would never go back here.
Cons: I stay often at this Sheraton. They always make an error with the reservation - this time it was two beds instead of reserved one. But - still great value for the price.
Pros: Food and service was excellent. Great location.
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Perfect for everybody who does not suffer dust mites allergy.
Cons: It is not a place for you if you have dust mites allergy, all rooms are with carpet and quite old beds
Pros: The rooms were large and spacious, clean and comfortable.food excellent.could not find any fault with this hotel

Pros: Good value for money, great breakfast selection, proximity to Old Town and main train station
Pros: This was my second stay in the Hampton Warsaw City Centre. Location in Warsaw, lobby decor and ease in checking in and out, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, speed of elevators, room decor, comfort, and cleanliness, the informal dining in the lobby area, are all flawless and superb. The breakfast is probably one of the best I have ever experienced and I have traveled far and wide. Great value for the money! I highly, highly recommend this hotel!
Pros: I liked the cleanliness and comfort
Pros: Everything was excellent! Comfortable bed, clean room like everything was brand new, great breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I'll stay at this hotel again.
Cons: It would be nice if a receptionist could tell new guests that they have to use their room card to make elevators work.
Pros: Very accessible
Cons: Great place
Pros: Very good room with fantastic views over the city skyline
Pros: Very central location, good breakfast.
Cons: We stayed there in winter and the water in the shower wasn't hot enough.
Pros: The location is perfect in the center of the city.
Cons: Breakfast was quite bad. Might have been because of Covid safety measures though
The Mercure Warszawa Centrum Hotel is located in the city center, next to the Zlote Tarasy, the largest shopping center in Warsaw, and not far from the commercial buildings: Warsaw Financial Center, Warsaw Towers, and Rondo ONZ 1. Its location in the rapidly developing business heart of the city, and its proximity to the exhibition center (Palace of Culture and Science) and a number of cultural attractions makes the hotel the perfect location both for business travelers and tourists.
Pros: I will recommend the hotel!
Pros: We've stayed for the second time in this hotel and everything was great! The staff was very attentive and helpful at such a difficult time of the lockdown due to the coronavirus. I wish you all the best and get a grip! Hope to visit you again once the restrictions are lifted.
Cons: Everything was up to high standards.
Pros: Excellent customer service at the reception and the restaurant; very friendly and attentive
Cons: Staff at reception was too naive. They mistakenly allotted me someone else's room which was dirty and to my utter shock someone's luggage with was already there without any lock etc. So be careful when you go out u have to lock your laptop etc somewhere because the staff at reception is totally naive and seems to be relying on their bleak memory instead of computers. Both the guy and the lady at reception made me come back and forth to the reception at least 4 times a day since they didn't know how to program the door key. Often the electronic key wouldn't work and they alot your rooms to someone else while u didn't even checkout. The new room that they allotted me however, was quite comfortable and breakfast was also good though they charged a high amount for that. Throughout my stay anywhere in Europe breakfast is mostly complimentary and free at good hotels unlike this hotel. Hotel is adequately overstaffed yet lots of mismanagement is there. The drinking water is a big issue in that hotel too. The cleaning staff is bit casual too. Overall luxurious and sumptuous hotel but partially or maybe grossly mismanaged by novice/ inexperienced staff who seriously lack professionalism.
Pros: location and service
Cons: no ventilation in the bathroom, also bath tab slow to drain
Pros: Excellent location, hotel is neat and staff very pleasant Quick check in Thank you
Pros: Excellent value for money, great location, excellent breakfast. Would recommend to anyone.
Cons: The room was too cold

Pros: The location is excellent. Breakfast was very good and had a large variety. room was clean and maintained well. Staff was professional and provided good service, but were very correct and formal, and less friendly than our previous experience in another hotel in Warsaw
Pros: Polonia Palace Hotel has so much to offer both business and leisure travelers. Great location, big, comfortable, QUIET and well appointed rooms, attentive staff and the best breakfast buffet ever. Conference rooms are attractive and convenient to the guest rooms and amenities. Pros: Outstanding breakfast. Very comfortable room.
Pros: Classic European lux hotel. A grand dame of Warsaw. Fully modern with wonderful, English-seaking staff. Very comfortable room; king bed; excellent Internet service; huge comfortable bathroom. Outstanding breakfast (get breakfast with your rate!). Also enjoyed dinner one evening when it was particularly sleety and blustery outdoors -- did not want to go anywhere.
Cons: Hotel provides soap and shower gel in dispensers rather than individual bars or tubes.
Pros: I stay in Polonia Palace regularly. I like the location and a peacefull atmosphere of quiet elegance.
Cons: If there were any issues they had been sorted promptly by pleasant and efficient staff.

Pros: The staff was very polite and speaks English
Cons: There was a very big misunderstanding with the location so initially I got to another Abracadabra location which has the same address just different zip code. There was very very cold in the room
Pros: It is a beautiful villa located in an area with luxury villas. It has a kitchen equipped with everything you need and is easy to get to the center, if you have a car.
Cons: Parking is done on the street and there have always been free spaces in front of the villa. The villa is developed on GF + 1 + Mansard. If you stay in the attic, it will be tiring to always climb two floors. Bed mattresses are neither good nor bad. The walls are thin. You hear noises from neighboring rooms as if those people were near you.
Pros: Possibility to prepare food, near a large supermarket.
Pros: Perfect location, moderate price, clean.
Pros: The location and the room had enough space for me pace.(single room)
Cons: The bathroom wasn't in the room.
