The staff was very nice, the room was clean, and the king size bed was comfortable. I would have liked a view of Tennessee street, but the parking lot view wasn't horrible.
Central located A/C in our room was broke, super hot. The outlets over the TV didn't work and those where the only ones in the room. Dirty vents in the bathroom that you could see the lent. The place needs a deep spring cleaning. Might say Sheraton but it's a holiday inn. Staff did refund us the money for our stay so that was great customer service, then I got $88 charge that I have to call about and see what that is for. We didn't even stay the second night, just wanted to leave.
We had to request that our bed sheets be changed as they were yellow and looked used . There was a dead roach by the elevator door for two days before they removed it
staff is always pleasant and helpful. comfy bed and pillows
The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the tapas and drinks in the restaurant were delightful!
My first experience at the Four Points was adequate at best. The atmosphere that surrounded the hotel was the only feature I can actually say I was impressed with. The round column like building is a rarity and the lighting certainly set the mood. However, once inside it is a standard run of the mill hotel with little to nothing offered that leaves a lasting impression. My room was mixed up with a handicap room taking the interior decor down a notch. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the T.V. Did not work.
location few amenities
Excellent room. Great layout of the room. I liked that room had safe. Huge shower Shower drain ran slow.
Comfortable and convenient
Amazing shower and the room felt large, well desingned. Very eye pleasing to be in.
Air conditioner was so loud wekas to turn it off
Very Friendly Staff, Clean smelling. Stylish. Noise from street. However I was able to remedy that by turning on fan to drown out sounds. I had read the reviews going in and already knew this.
Very pet friendly! Staff was welcoming and helpful! Very clean and well kept! Great amenities! Wish I was staying longer!!
The staff was excellent Long check-ins, tiny pool, a lot of street noise
The Lobby area with small bar, pool table, and cafe was quaint. All emloyees we encountered were very professional and polite. Waited at least 10 minutes to check in. Not enough employees. Employees MULTITASKING, covering cafe, helping customers with ice etc... not giving ALL attention to front desk. Three people lined up to check in and ONLY ONE person to help customer. VERY STERILE, COLD, environment in room. SMALL!! (two queen beds) air conditioner on floor, table over it ALL blowing on bed nearest to it. NO OTHER air vent that we could see. HOT as you know what trying to put on make up and blow dry hair in area BEHIND beds and air conditioning/ with seperate wall. Thank goodness I travel with floor fan for noise, to use when it got to hot....or would have to go around corner where ALL the air conditioning was to cool off, while my daughter who had the bed with air blowing on her was FREEZING. Oh yea, shampoo and conditioner in one on wall along with body wash that came out in little spits at a time, AND.... one-ply toilet paper. TOO GREEN for us. We look for warmth and comfort when traveling away from home, especially after hard days work. I have to say employees were VERY courteous and warm. They did the best with what they had do work with. We personally did not like the ART DECO decor. To each his own.
Great hotel! Comfortable beds! Nothing
Pool and price. Not the most comfortable.
with a limited amount of hotels available in Tallahassee, that are not cockroach infested, Aloft is a good choice mirror was broken in the bathroom, one towel, staff was not very friendly
The staff was extremely friendly. Checking in and out was super fast, too. The rooms were metro style but totally adequate for a weekend stay. I don't care for some of the decor - it looked a bit cheap, especially the concrete floors and the rate definitely was the upper end. I know it is trendy but I don't find it to be consistent with the "boutique" hotel style.
Clean sheets This is a hotel that gets a lot of traffic. Its clean but the room smelled like spray deorant and the floors had carpet which was not great flooring for the cost of the hotel. Also forced valet parking. Other hotels priced less offer comparble amenties for less.
Location is perfect, staff friendly and efficient, rooms are very nice and having a Shula's 347 at the hotel a real plus. Was very disappointed with thev $15 a night parking. So my stay was not the $149 advertised. Bait and switch?
We were in town for the weekend for a wedding. I thought the hotel was very nice. Clean. Modern. The staff was friendly. Overall I enjoyed the hotel and would recommend to a friend. Level 8 bar was very nice too. The balcony was spacious and had a nice view to sit, relax, and enjoy a drink.
Ate at Shula's restaurant, which was very good. Just high priced. Location is very convenient. Staff at hotel and restaurant very friendly and helpful. You could hear everything that went on in the hall. Rooms are noisy. The smoke alarm in the room across went off and they couldn't turn it off for awhile. Didn't know there was $15 charge for parking.
Great location Room was humid. The sheets and bed felt damp and the carpet did not feel clean.
Friendly staff. Wonderful location. Convenient places to eat. Despite it being a daytime game (and the ever-present humidity)... it was a pleasant walk to Doak. Housekeeping could clean better. It's the little things: move the chairs around and clean up under it. It wasn't gross and nasty stuff, but it was a letdown. Some debris and paper underneath. Completely uncalled for (especially for the price per night). The bathroom had a water leak. Wish it had an elevator for hauling luggage down.
staff was very good bed To high for older people
