“Lovely place to (re)discover real rural life near Sarlat: sheep in the hilly pastures, chickens roaming freely, walking paths for ramblers. At the same time, all the mod cons you need and more: good WiFi, basketball hoop and a restaurant!. V. good breakfast with croissants and incredibly tasty home made jams. If you inquire very nicely, Madame Jeanette or her granddaughter might even sell you one of those jars .Also, in the mornings the super friendly sheepdog of Pech Mortier might offer you a free show of how to control a small herd of sheep. It is quite a spectacle! ”
