Pros:I had to change the room 3 times. The first room had a big hall in the wall, smelled like cigarrete and the sheets had stains. The sesond room was better looking but the door was very had to open and the toilet was broke. The thir room had again a hole in the wall and again smelled like cigarrete. I understand this was not a 5 stars Hotel, but this was too much.. I have been in smaller hotels and little villages with better apparence than this hotel. Also the service was horrible i had to walked to the lobby 4 time for a key to be able to open one of the room!!!
Pros:Not a single thing about this place is acceptable
Cons:I don't know what was worse the rudest and most incompetent staff I've ever met or the gang fights and prostitutes all over the parking lot
Pros:It is very close to Busch Gardens.
Cons:The guests around us. People look dangerous, strange, no nice People, noisy. ... not a good place for families. We stayed for 6 nights and they never clean The room, just change towels. Only twice they made The beds. The locations around the room were so Dirty, especially the stairs where they put the garbage.
Cons:Took one look at the room and checked out. Was afraid to even sit down while I looked for another hotel.

Cons:My husband had to change rooms three times because of marijuana smoke or smell in the room. Then when we finally did settle there was still the smell in the curtains. The pool is locked up and the towels were very run down. It was not a good feeling outside of the hotel.

Pros:Smoke smell in a room, nasty, dirty, air con. broken.I take 2 rooms, one for guests, and I feel bad for them, I took in this dirty and smelly place.No breakfast no comfort,I coud not sleep.

Cons:The carpet in the room was nasty and, although I asked for a non-smoking room, the was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. I saw people smoking on the hallways and not in the so-called "designated areas." There were crumbs on top of the little refrigerator in the room; if you looked behind the toilet there was pile of dirt and precarious plummbing. The mirror was dirty, the phone had piles of dust and black hair on it as if no one occupied that room in a long time. Overall, it was dirty and I used sanitizing wipes to clean some of these areas. For these reasons and bad customer service. I would never stay again at this hotel. It was my first and last time!
