Hotel London is situated in the very heart of the old town very close to all main sights and activities on one of the main streets that starts at the Town Hall. The hotel occupies an historical 4 storey building fitting with the local architecture. Guests arrive within a large lobby with stylish and elegant design with wooden furnitrue and golden colours. The lobby extends with an inside balcony. One of the most centrally located hotels in Tartu and officially rated as 4 Star property this hotel is one of Tartu's finest properties. The hotel has both a cafe and a restaurant. The Cafe was first opened in 1934 and it was designed by an artist named Nigul Espe and was first called Kolme Koopa Kohvik (Three Caves Cafe). The historically vaulted restaurant has always been popular among locals and tourists this is also where breakfast is served. For lunch and dinner both international and local dishes are served.
Staff is helpful, the hotel is clean and perfectly located. Free parking and WiFi.
This is very basic hotel with minimum comfort and minimalistic design of the rooms. Poor breakfast.
Everything as expected for a business trip, wireless internet, minibar, room was decent, clean, comfortable, good shower, staff helpful.
the staff at the reception desk I rate as excellent and the breakfast content and venue I rated highly
The room we were allocated was very small however we requested a change and the new room was fine
The hotel was very well situated to reach the city's main attractions. The room was normal but comfortable and quiet.
One of the largest bedrooms I have seen outside a Hollywood film. Excellent location. Staff with a sense of humour.
I was slightly disconcerted (but only slightly) vwhen a leg fell off the easy chair I was sitting on in the bedroom.
Conditioned Air, breakfast, room beds
location, very nice big room
nice hotel located in the center of the city
very bad light in the bathroom, all towels looked in it grey and dirty ( and in reality not all of them were clean). It was quite laud in the evening/at night
