Most of all, what I did like was the excellent cleanliness everywhere, the room, the hallways, the territory and the restaurants are tidy to extreme levels, every now and then there's a person who cleans the door handles or every corner with disinfection solutions. No bad smells anywhere, the territory full of plants and flowers. The shower is good, though no rainshower, as you might expect from a 5-star hotel. The bed is ok. The food is terrific and very assorted, at least 50 dessert varieties for the dinner, same with other foods. The sea is close, just a minute walk from the territory. The pools are clean, and the evening show programme is basic but good. We had 2 special evenings during our 10 day stay when the restaurant is being decorated and they add some special food like caviar or some liquor to the menu. Also, there's an ice-cream cake for kids to enjoy these evenings. The ala carte restaurants were good, but the food didn't like too special from what we could eat regularly downstairs. Except it took longer to wait. The self-served BBQ evening was delicious, even as we had no idea of how to barbeque (not our habit) the cook helped us through the whole evening. The biggest turn-off was the indoor pool, which was supposed to be heated but was cold for the kids, not more than 23-24 C. We had a visit at the beginning of May and even the sea was somehow warmer than the pools. Next thing, the noise amount is high to relax in the room. Was nearly impossible to sleep in the daytime, as the staff was cleaning the rooms with the vc all the time, screaming to each other constantly. A couple of times staff knocked not noticing the "Do not disturb" sign, and the mini-bar refill guy (pretty limited with just a can of beer and 3 cans of soda) knocked or came inside while we were asleep, not waiting long enough for us to wake up and let him in. The animation at some point got money-draining, as some activities required kids to pay. The water slides work a couple hours a day, and kids were unhappy with that. And the last thing, the personnel has really poor command of English, even though they fluently talk German and basic Russian, there were moments we couldn't understand each other, especially in the bars/restaurants. 3 of 5 times the bartenders didn't understand what I wanted. The cocktails in the pool bar are mediocre. No usual stuff like Mojito or Pina Coladas. The bartenders tried to help with that, but the results were wrong. So, let's break it down - Water Temperature, staff knocking, paid animation actvities, poor communication with personnel, bad cocktails.

Amazingly friendly and smiley staff. The prices of the spa... ridiculously expensive! And they resist to accept credit card payments in order to avoid paying commission. They prefer to drive you 20 km to the nearest ATM machine and let you withdraw the money... in Euros, of course!
I changed my room twice. At the end I got a room with a wonderful view of the sea. The quality is below 5 star rating in my opinion. The standard rooms are small, the quality of the food is poor. It is an all inclusive hotel. Therefore a sacrifice is made from quality to get the quantity.

Food was excellent as always. smokers smoking in garden just in front of the rooms making noice in the night was disturbing very much.

The all inclusive terms - nothing to worry about, just relax and enjoy holidays. The so called triple room was actually a double room with additional bed, so it was kind of cheating. There was no bowling, which was advertised on the web site - another cheating. Very old, rusty and poor fitness equipment. Faulty Wi-Fi connection.

Staff is realy good. Meals on open buffet are very delicious and varied. There is nearly zero sound insulation between rooms.

Nice, clean, not crowded beach, nice hotel, great variety of food offered Staff doesn't speak English at all, rooms overlooking th sea overlook also to the stage which is disturbing, no sleeping is possible because of the evening shows (the presenters ar e very low level)

Staff were amazing. Lost my handbag one night and it was returned with my camera to reception which I was surprised by. Exceptional service, especially the 'animators' - Macha and Mehmet were great.

Very nice staff in the restaurant, great and varied food. Clean hotel, nice entertainment staff. Close to the Tat golf course, Very good priced. Quite far from city and shopping, rental car is advised.
its a great hotel,great village design and green areas,,,,food is good too if you are not with a group or a guide, you will be lost...........it took me 2 days to know about all the activities ,,,,no body tells you anything.
The hotel is in a nice location and they have nice facilities; there are lots of things to do when you are around with kids. the food is OK and they staff at the The Staff at the reception did not bother to explain to us about the hotel when we arrived and we had a discrepancy about Children accommodation between booking.com and the hotel that caused me back and forth twice with the hotel stuff. The rooms are quite old and surely needs renovation. There is no English channels on the TV!!
i luved everything about the resort, facilities, food, resturants, programms...it was great we had a problem with the a/c during all the stay , they tried to fix it but it still didnt function well,
