With a stay at Camp Serdrar in Ait Boudaoud, you'll be in the suburbs, and 24.3 mi (39.2 km) from Nekob Hospital.Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free valet parking is available onsite.
Pros: Off the grid location but good to find and absolutely manageable in a small car. You have the option to sleep in a tent or a room. The room is very basic but alright. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast was ok.
Cons: I didn't really like the atmosphere in the 'dining' tent. The location is very remote, the amenities quite basic, the vibe quite unpretentious but in the tent it looked a bit like a cheap hotel due to the white table cloth and white cloth covers for the plastic chairs.. Other than that it is a good option if you are in the way from tinghir to zagora and need to make a stop.
Pros: Excellent location really in the middle of nowhere, hosts have excellent knowledge about their culture and environment! Their cooking is excellent and their will to please and hospitality really knows no limit! Highly recommended even in summer!
Pros: Staying in Serdrar Camp is a unique experience. Ibrahim is very friendly host and he took care of us. Sleeping in a tent is comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty.
Cons: Wifi was weak but when you are in that kind of place you don't need wifi.
Pros: Unique place in the middle of nowhere. The owner was very kind and served us tea upon arrival. We also had dinner there and the food was very tasty. The shared bathrooms and showers (for the tents) were really clean and fresh, which is noteworthy for places like this in Morocco.
Pros: We stopped here for the night on the way down to Merzouga and we are so pleased that we did. It is really a haven away from it all and the sky at night was unbelievably clear. I have never seen the Milky Way so perfectly.
Cons: I was a little worried driving on the rocky road up to the camp in our hire car, but actually it was fine and worth the trek to be so out in the middle of nowhere!
Pros: All was fantastic. Hope to go back again
Pros: Off the main road following the small signs the thought came up: Where the *** are we going? An enormous impressive landscape is surrounding the camp. Entering the camp we were absolutely amazed. Such a beautiful place! You can see that the camp is built with a lot of attention and love. Our host was absolutely friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We slept in the tents which of course our kids really loved. The dinner served by the host was also very tasty. We had a lovely stay!
Cons: We were only there for one night, if we had stayed for two nights we would have had more time to see the surroundings.
