The staff is extremely friendly and always try to upgrade me and my girlfriend when we stay a night. The lobby is very cozy and has lots of games and reading material, plus free drinks and snacks. The rooms are extremely trendy and modern, but also comfortable. When visitors come to Tel Aviv this is the first place I send them to stay!
Concierge service was nonpareil! During our week, they provided maps, guided tours, taxis, restaurant reservations -- and even patched up a member of our party who needed first-aid after a minor fall! The cappucino machine was available at all hours (with juice and pastries for breakfast), and an afternoon glass of Lambrusco in the comfortable lobby was most welcome. No complaints at all! Highly recommended on every score!
The Staff was excellent, absolutely most helpful and gracious. The location was perfect for our purposes. The view was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The courtesy of a time extension was deeply appreciated by us. The complimentary wine and fruit was a surprise!
Staff was really helpful, room was very nice (even bigger than i expected given the price of "small room"). Beach is across the street and it is the center of the city. Breakfast was delightful. Perfect location, especially for people that visit Tel Aviv for the first time.
the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful the bedroom and bathroom are quite small- efficient use of space one could say- no tub in the bathroom- small shower stall only. The exterior of the hotel is not too inviting which made us hesitate about staying but once we saw our room, we were okay with our choice.
The staff were very helpful Good breakfast Service a bit patchy in dining room but only had to ask & it was supplied The website gave the wrong address i.e 62 Hayarkon St The address was 2 Ness Ziona and our poor taxi driver went round a couple of times in heavy traffic.Don't worry, I paid him for his extra trouble
Great location, friendly helpful staff. Nicely designed inside with own seaview balcony. Amazing varied breakfast even by Israeli standards. Smaller, more intimate hotel. Rooms were a little small.
location was excellent.room was clean, very small but comfortable breakfast room was pleasant food just ok bathroom
Excellent location if you want to be close to the beach. Rooms and showers are extremely small but this is the only negative if any. Once we got over the size of our accommodation, we were very happy with it. All the stuff with one exception were very helpful and all were friendly. Breakfast buffet was sumptious, plentiful and delicious. Will definitely stay there again if I want to be close to the beach. The price reflects its location but not the room size. If it was a bit lower it would be tops!
The staff were extremely friendly. It was the best part. They claim the hotel to be feng shui hotel but we didnt find anything feng shui about it and also the spa was not available.
Great breakfasts (better than any 4 star hotels we have stayed in in Israel freshly prepared and good individual choice of coffee etc, helpful staff, nice terrace and tea, juice and cake on tap all day, Very close to beach and everything else. Our room a bit small but others were larger
The staff was very helpful and professional. The room was pretty and clean, the bathroom very modern.I particularly liked the different lights you can choose for your room.Magazines were available on the terrace. Very close to the beach but in the same time, quiet. Close to restaurants and ATMs. The room can be somewhat unpractical, for example it has little or no space for a suitcase. The bathroom door is almost transparent and the light from outside filters all the way to the room at night (it can be difficult if you are not an easy sleeper). The breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet, but nevertheless it is delicious and plentiful.
The location near the beach was very good. Asking for a glass of red wine without checking price. Cost around GBP 10 !!
location of the hotel The price of the room included breakfast, but due to an early flight my husband and I had to leave before the breakfast was served (8am). What was disappointing was the fact the hotel staff did not bother to prepare for us even a cup of coffee at 7am before our journey. Very diaappointing.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. New, fresh clean & attractive. Has no elevator, but staff enthusiastically offered to take care of luggage.
The friendly and helpful staff were the highlight of my stay. Intuitive and very ready to go the extra mile. The room was a little sandy when I first checked in.
Great location, large, clean rooms. Building next door was being renovated and it would have been loud except that I was awake by 7:00 a.m. for meetings anyway.
The rooms were clean and comparitively spacious. There was good free coffee in the lobby. Fast free wireless internet access. Good location. Two bathrooms.
Excellent accomadations. Very friendly and helpful staff.
We had a delux suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Location is excelent
Nice and friendly place. Nothing special or luxurious but very clean and comfortable. Construction site next door.
Very cooperative stuff, Nice Room and excellent place in the middle of the TA beach strip
excellent location, and parking facility
The Staff were very friendly and courteous and very, very helpful. I found nothing to fault. I especially liked the free wi-fi in my room
Staff (good English and Russian speaking, very frendly and helping), lokation in the center of Tel Aviv, 10 minutes to the beach on foot. Nothing, thank you!
The place was not big but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. N/A
It's hard to choose my favorite element. The staff was friendly and helpful, the wireless internet was reasonably fast and my room was nicely, though not lavishly, appointed and included a small kitchenette, refrigerator and my own private roofdeck - all for a very reasonable price! The lighting in the halls could have been better, but I think that's my worst complaint.
Loved the location, decor, amenities and bar downstairs. It probably has the best cocktail bar in all of Tel Aviv. It's chill and quiet so you can actually have a conversation. It looks like it was fully renovated not too long ago! No complaints - truly a great, lesser known hotel. Just keep it a secret so it doesn't get expensive!
I would certainly recommend this hotel if you seek for budget prices. Staff was mostly helpful. Especially Shuly is a great man, he helped us with any kind of needs. Free parking was a great advantage. Location was very central. Elevators and wifi connection was working. Brekfast was OK. One nigth one of the staff didn't allow me to park the car in a way blocking the other cars. I told him that I'll be in the room and he can call me to move the car any time when other customers needs. He told me that this is not possible. So I had to take the car out, to a private parking. This was understandable to me but following two nights I saw different cars parked in the same way during whole night. This costed me 60 NIS. I thougt that this is unfair. Breakfast was OK but the same for 5 days. I think they can add or remove something to make a change. Wifi working but difficult to get a stable connection. Staffmember Heat was mostly helpful but in one occasion she drived my wife crazy. Those were generally acceptable problems and didn
Great location: almost in front of the beach, and they give you towels to take to the beach. The rooms are extremely small, and not very well kept. The breakfast is quite simple and poor. This is not a real "four stars" hotel.
The breakfast and the beach location The single room was tiny, the window minimal, the sprayed chemicals in the room which made it hard to breath, I desired non-smoke room but didn't get one. The room was simply a disappointment and didn't corresponded to my expecations
It was exactly the modest, centrally located hotel I needed for my working visit to Tel Aviv. The wi-fi facility did not work in my room.
Free parking available, though limited. Seaview room was as promised. Room was very clean. Close proximity to beach and good restaurants. Free in-room internet connection for my laptop.
I you ask to be in the refurbished room from the 3rd floor, it's a good hotel. Hotel location is good. The breakfast is very lite, only salads and bread (israeli breakfast), no cake, no fruit.
Staff was very kind, breakfast ok, rooms clean and very close to sea!
All no refrigerator
Location was excellent. Hotel was comfortable with an adequate included breakfast and a wonderful rooftop deck. Rooms are small - but you're not in TA to stay in your room! Internet was a little spotty - but functional.
Hotel is good for its price. Breakfast is OK, rooms are clean and comfortable for this price, stuff is very friendly, free parking. No problems for this price.
In the next buildings there was a repair and in the mornings longer 7-30 it was impossible to sleep.
Location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very small and old
The room was comfortable, big enough and the bathroom was not so big but nice.Internet is free at available at anytime.
location/price balance no
Paid parking and sometimes in spite of paying for a subscription there is no place to park.
Good bed, but small bathroom. Bathrobes are very small. Cleanliness in room - goood, but in the bathroom - fair. I found many hair all around the wool and sink when arrived. Parking is relatively comfortable. The hotel doesn't provide up to date information about services, opening hours, etc. You need to ask and clarify everything on the reception desk. I booked a non-smoking room, however, I felt smoking smell during all my stay in the hotel. It seems that my neighbors kept smoking all the time.In addition somebody had a dog in the room and it kept barking and whining.
Location was excellent. Staff were friendly. No breakfast but not a major problem.
friendly front desk staff, location of hotel, terrible hall way (low ceiling, not air conditioned) housekeeping was inconsistent - in 5 days, we did not get hand towels on 2 days; didi not get soap on 3 days; room was not done on one day ( although we were out of the room from 9 am until 4.00 pm the room was not made up. someone did come by at 4.15 when we were resting)
The wire-less network connection did not work in room 501.
good staff,nice rooms.
Front desk staff was extremely helpful. In particular Shai.
The hotel is a fine design. Staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel placed at the city center wich wasn a very important thing for me. All my meeting was made at the business lounge placed at the 12th floor and equiped with all what Ih'v need as a business traveler. I'm sure I will come back to Vital Hotel.
Confort Free WIFI is only applicable for the rack rates and not for advanced purchase rate.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice location. We returned to Tel Aviv after going south and choose to rebook at Vital because the staff had been nice. The breakfast was a bit boring - but adequate.I would have liked to use the fridge for cold water - not only as a mini bar.
that it was in a very convenient location, the staff were very helpful and breakfast was superb! No, We enjoyed are stayed very much and would certainly go back.
the location. Rooms are nice but pretty small. The girls at the front desk are sweet but the front desk manager seems to me totally foregin to the hospitality business. Stiff and unfriendly.
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and styliish rooms, free use of one of the best gyms in Tel Aviv and free Wifi (booking.com said it wasn't included but it was for us). Although it's not close to the beach, it is close to one of the most high end shopping areas and close to lots of good restaurants. There is a bus that takes you very close to the beach in 15 minutes and plenty of taxis. We got a very good deal through this site and I was happy to have the customer ratings. Some of the other hotels we saw were misleadingly good loooking with terrible ratings and I can recommend the Vital hotel easily. It's smart and friendly. At first our room was facing directly onto the neighbouring (and close) tower block so it didn't have a good view on anything but the staff quickly remedied that. Not all Taxi drivers know the Wiezman centre so take the number and address so you don't get messed around.
The Hotel is basic but comfortable. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet with a adequate breakfast. The locations is not great as far as a tourist would be concerned but it is sufficient for Business Travellers who only need to stay for a few nights. The shopping center at the ground floor does not have much to offer particularly when it comes to food. On another note there is great confusion and frustration with the elevators
Crew very nice and very helpfull. Good location. Very clean. Excellent hotel.
Room was clean The 15:00 check in time
The location was excellent. The room was very clean, spacious and lovely. The staff were all courteous & helpful. The Business Lounge was wonderful. Booking the Executive Double room was well worth the price. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it. No problems or complaints.
It really is very close to the beach, but so are the most of the Tel-Aviv hotels. Mold all over the room and the bathroom, cigarette smell, dirty sheets, facing the sea across the highway, broken AC, coupon for 15% discount in a cafe next door instead of breakfast. I would call it hotel from hell.
View of the Mediterranean Sea without the excessive expense of other local mega-Hotels.
the location, service almost everything no elevator, breakfast starts 08:30
This hotel is a great place, the rooms have a lot of charm, the staff is very friendloy. I stayed ten days and it was great: The beach is close to the hotel and its clean. Miguel Hotel is well located and a perfect place to sojourn in Tel Aviv.
The door in bathroom was glass))
perfact location, nice staff, nice renovated room, breakfast ok nothing!!!
Staff really helpful and kind. Room not as clean as I would have expected and room shabby. Electric sockets loose sticking out of wall. No facilities to eat. Had to go to restaurant up the road to eat.
The location is quite good, the hotel is the regular one. nothing special, but clean and nice disign inside ther rooms, The place where the breakfast is served is not nice. the food is simple and the choice of dishes is quite limited and the taste is poor. Also it would be much better if it will be served in the hotel!
Nothing Very dirty hotel, staff poor, 24hr reception non-existent, not to be recommended
proximity of beach
I liked its location, the staff who were very helpful and the food.
LOCATION. The staff, was rude, especially the front desk girl named Katie, she is rude, not helpful and lacks knowledge. The housekeeping stole items from me as well. Worst hotel stay ever!!!!
Great little spot to relax near the beach. Quiet. Clean. Close to Jaffa if you're up for an historical experience. Parking takes some getting used to. Hotel is on a one way street. But they have a deal with the owner of the small lot located North East of the hotel entrance. A very small lot, but I always had a spot. Otherwise, there is a sizable lot to the West if the hotel. Although it may cost a bit more to park there.
Service was horrible. And booking.com did not even transmit my reservation to the hotel because upon my arrival my reservation was non existent.
Good basic boutique hotel
Location is the only advantage, in full sense of the word. Tiny rooms are airconditioned by an old-fashioned air-conditioner with on-off mode, making the sleep impossible due to the irritating noise. Tolieta are dissapointing, too. In general, rooms are that small that it gets crowded once you get in.
The location is very good, right next to the beach. Breakfast quite average but okayish. Irresponsible staff, cracked walls, outdated rooms. Don't ask them to arrange a taxi, it arrives with enormous delay, while getting a taxi at the street is very fast easy.
The pictures on the net is not simlar the real. The room was too small, windows also and isolation was bad. The bathroom is too small also and not clean.
Comfortable location very small room, dirty windows
location and price staff was horrible
But there we some really great things about the hotel: - the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Owners are there, and are very open for communication - the breakfast is just terrific The total atmosphere is just great, and we do not regret that we stayed there. But be warned that this boutique-hotel can be a bit of a disappointment to the one used to **** comfort We chose the hotel because of the highest rating on booking.com. But indeed we'd rather not rate it as 10%. The reasons are following: - the rooms are really small. Toilet and a bath are not separated. - furnishing is pretentious but poor - windows do not close toughly, it was cold in the night - no parking for guests, and cOncierge failed to explain where to park
Modern, clean and very helpful staff on reception, towels for the beach (a little walk away) and the opportunity to check out, leave your luggage, go for a swim and come back later.
Location and friendly staff Had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be ready
Good location in the tourist heart of Tel Aviv. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Free wireless internet throughout the hotel.
good location getting old
We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. Good location just two blocks from the Mediterranean Sea beach.
No problems and the hotel staff were excellent. Swimming pool was great Nothing
We thought the room space was perfect The over charge by booking . Com and the hotel that had rooms at a lower rate that we paid
central to beach bars and shops staff helpful and friendly
Very good location near to the beach Run-down hotel
The service was great. Food service was also very good including breakfast.
The comfort of my room and the view, the disponibility of the staff
Very poor standard of room
great service, delicious fresh breakfast, free wi-fi, great location, nice clean rooom with sea view. friendly staff
Close to the beach, nice staff, good breakfast, clean room. Nothing i can think of.
Free WiFi Internet in the room was surely a plus. Breakfast was nice & they provided towels for the beach. The room was relatively spacious. Nice location. Too expensive for what they offer. The room itself was OK but the hotel needs some renovation.
Good and clean - breakfast was excellent. Lots of coaches - so the dining room was a bit crowded in the mornings.
I liked the location of the hotel I did not like the lack of a quiet lounge, and the boring breakfast.
The staff are helpful and charming, there is a nice, warm, casual atmosphere, your buffet breakfast is terrific - and the proximity to the beach is a real delight! The room was very spartan - nothing cosy or inviting about it. In fact it's pretty bleak - but serviceable. However, this was my second visit and I'd probably come again for the other amenities.
The Hotel is well located, just in the center of the city. The beach is near by the Hotel. My room was very comfortable, but very poor insulation of the entrance door. To my opinion the price for accommodation is very high.
Its location, 100 meters away from seafront. Central, but quiet neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms with no fitted carpet. Blackout blinds were not thick/dark/long enough to keep morning daylight out.
position Breakfast was not good. Internet Connection didn't work. Park was full and I got a ticket from police because I parked in front of the hotel entrance
Position of hotel in Tel Aviv, very convenient. Varied breakfast to suit all tastes.
