Simple but nice appartement close to some nice old tuscan villages... Great seimmingpool and sport facilities.Nice for kids also.
The hospitallity of the staff at Terre Gialle was great. We had to arrive at the residence at 11pm but because of delays we manged to arrive at 2am, finding the staff waiting for us without any problem. The environment is great, peacefull and all you hear are the birds singing. Staff was very helpfull, showing us where the points of interests are withing the area and giving us some helpfull tips and information.
Big swimming pool, a lot of comfortable sunbeds Small appartements, resounding gangways, no TV, and not really detached rooms.
Great place, friendly stuff, wonderful nature. A room is a bit on a compact side, but everything worked Ok. A car is a must. I think that washing machine and microwave would be a desirable addition to an apartment.
The residence is very nice. The building has a real character and has been very well restored. The small park is very calm and well-maintained. The small town nearby is also charming. In addition, it has all necessary shops and services. But the thing that we liked the most was the manager, who is great, funny and really helpful.
Nice rooms, very comfortable, well equipped and furnished. Superb location with breathtaking view. Absence of personal. The owner is only reachable by cell phone. He is always very helpful and friendly, though. Breakfast consists of diy Nescafe and some crackers.
Beautiful surroundings and settings The manager was always available via cell, but he never met me. The Pool was not filled with water and the thermal pool seemed dirty
The pastoral setting. When booking, we were given only 3 choices: 2 large apartments or an attic room suitable for one couple. We booked the attic room (no view) but learned after being there for a day or two that there were other small apartments available with a view.
The position was fantastic and accommodation good
Lovely setting on a working farm that produces Mantalcino wines. Friendly owner. Quiet and out of the way from the bustle of the towns
Beautiful apartment with outstanding view of Toscany , very peasful and romantic poor breakfast (hotel was booked as with breakfest but there were only croussaunts and milk left in refrigerator..and some jam)
gorgeous views, very comfortable apartment, could have a couple more tv channels in english (minor point)
Quiet but convenient location with great views; pool, spa pool and poolside terrace were lovely. Owner's wine, available at a good price, was excellent. Attic room had only roof windows; would have preferred a window with a view.
Efficient but friendly service; the hotel restaurant is very good and breakfast excellent. Beautiful scenery which you can enjoy from the terrace.
The hotel is far from the grime and crowds of our urban itinerary. The rooms were immaculate, and the proprieters were very accommodating. The air was fresh; it was quiet and calm. We could hike a little and we were very close to Bagni Vignoni, Castiglioni d'orca and some roadside osterias. We tried several dishes and had mixed feelings about them. The pasta in rabbit sauce was excellent.
Excellent location as we were attending a wedding in the local town hall and at a nearby villa. Lots of free car parking space. Large rooms and balcony - nice views. Excellent breakfast and restaurant was good for evening meals. Very easy to find. Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay here!
Incredible views from our balcony. Very family friendly--playground in the front yard. Excellent restaurant serving local specialties on the premises. Room was a little small, but the balcony made it more like two rooms and gave the kids a place to play.
cheap, clean, good breakfast
I liked that the hotel put cookies and flowers in our room because I had noted that we were visiting during our 10th anniversary. The hotel manager asked us if we enjoyed the "presents" left in our room, which consisted of flowers and cookies. He specifically used the word "presents". Then when I check out he charged me 15 Euros for the "presents". This was simply taking advantage of foreign travelers. Also, when we checked in, the only person there asked for our passports, took them away, and would not return them. It was only three hours later when an English speaking employee arrived (after 7 pm) that we were able to get our passports back. This was very unprofessional and quite unacceptable!
very pleasant stay. great service, excellent restaurant. the best breakfast we had in italy. beautiful rooms with balcony. -
Meals were delicious and well priced. Manager/staff were always helpful. Would stay again. Found flights of stairs difficult due to hip replacements. Need to have preference for ground floor booking stated when booking.
As mentioned above excellent! A good reason to return to that region and book some more nights at your hotel! None!
