10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner is a very friendly, kind and nice lady. One of the best lady we met in Ireland. The house is very beautiful, modern & well decorated. Living room is very comfortable. The bedroom is new and clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom is very luxury. The breakfast is great with a lot of homemade food, the best we had in Ireland during our vacation. The best B&B we had in Ireland.
Cons: Bathroom is a bit far from our sleeping room, it would be perfect if we could get a room with attached bathroom.

Pros: It was like a slice of heaven.
Cons: I could not fault it.

Pros: Venue was slightly off main road & this made place quiet and peaceful. Host was very nice lady who made us feel at home. Received useful advice on choice of pubs/restaurants for evening meal. Breakfast very good, with nice selection of home produced fare, and really appetising. Place was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and tidy. Overall, worth that little bit more money.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Where to start... chris the host was absolutely amazing. Food was just incredible, everything was home made including yoghurt, fruit compote, full Irish breakfast, muffins, scones. The house was in the most beautiful location and it was so easy to get to the surrounding areas. As an extra bonus I love dogs and there are two of the most friendly dogs that I got to make friends with! Comfy and super clean. We stayed 2 nights and the bathroom was cleaned and fresh towels for both nights.

Pros: Fantastic host, freshly made breakfast cooked to your order. Beautiful room and house. Would highly recommend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host is one of the most remarkably perceptive and attentive people who also happens to keep a sophisticatedly charming BnB. Khris is accommodating and considerate. In his home I felt privacy you would expect in a hotel and tranquility normally effused by a private villa. The comfort was experienced in the surrounds of a beautifully designed property with short staircases opening up to each level. Walking through the house is a delight, every room is bright with natural light illuminating lots of perfectly arranged and incorporated design features. The passages between each quarter give you the sensation you have your own wing in the house. “Feel at home while enjoying salubrious 5 star hospitality” - no50 speaks for itself.
Cons: It’s immobile, thus can’t be transported to all my future holiday destinations. Only a minor issue though.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The host was great as was breakfast. Our room was quirky and interesting with a huge ensuite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The location of this B&B is perfect with the town center 2 minutes walk away.

6.7 Good
Pros: breakfast was excellent
Cons: The room I was in was on the ground floor did not have a terrace as described in the room details. The house did but I was ushered down to my room with my pot of tea on a lovely sunny evening. There was a strong smell of damp in my room. The windows in the room opened to the driveway and I did not feel safe to leave them open for air on a very warm night as the house was in the end of an old council housing estate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovley B&B with personal touch, nice room with en-suite and freshly made breakfast. Top notch!!! The owner made us feel so comfortable and spoiled.

Pros: Loved our dinner in this beautiful historic home. The staff are brilliant and really add to the ambiance. We strongly suggest doing the dinner at the home as it is lovely food, but the way they manage it, you feel like the Lord and Lady of the Manor!!! We came for a family reunion and this just exceeded all of our expectations. Lovely, huge room, just remember, it is an historic home, not a modern hotel. Loved exploring the various rooms of the Castle.

Pros: It was an excellent stay. Decided to go there as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. I was a bit anxious about the photos not reflecting the reality. But it is not the case. We were met by the most friendly people ever. The way the rooms are furnished lets you live in a fancy dream for a few days. Even if the weather is not the best, you will be glad to spend time in the house. We also tried the cheese tasting which was a magnificent experience. In the surrounding area you will also be able to find things to do. Honestly could not be more happy for choosing Rockhill House for our stay. Thank you!
Cons: To be honest everything was perfect!

Pros: Fantastic grand building with a mixture of old world and modern decor. Fantastic Irish hospitality from the staff, huge rooms, excellent breakfast. Luxurious sitting rooms. We felt like lords of the manor. Looks like it would make a beautiful wedding venue too.
Cons: Take down the rusty old gates on the driveway as they are out of keeping with the grandeur of the house!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Ballylawn Lodge! Our room was very spacious and there was a lovely view of young cows grazing outside our window. Chris was so helpful and gave us advice about our visit in the area. He also made a wonderful fried breakfast :)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The sea view is great, the rooms are nice and spacious. The owner is nice and friendly, also, he quickly replies to emails. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks!
Cons: The breakfast was tasty, but it could be bigger.
5.4 Okay
Pros: 1 rasher each which was raw 1 sausage each which was gone off and sickened my husband when he took a small bite from it I did not eat it as he tasted the sausage first 1 egg each which was crisp underneath and raw on the top. 1 slice of brown toast each which was lovely but not enough we had a lovely mug of tea each and my husband had orange juice. We found the B&B location ok only because I had found it on google maps first as there is no sign at the B&B or along the main road. There was no light on inside or outside the house when we returned to the B&B at night which was dangerous as there are steps up to front door and when inside we had to go up the stairs in the dark.
Cons: The host stayed in the kitchen while we were at the table, the view from our bedroom windows was beautiful the room was large but the shower was going hot and cold which was annoying. The views from the table where breakfast was served that we could not eat was amazing.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very good, bed was comfortable, host was great.
Cons: TV did not work
