Nice design, free parking, free wired Internet in rooms, large bed, excellent comfort, soundproofed rooms, close to Vado Ligure city, close to A10 Savona exit. Need a car to access to hotel, Internet not regular in speed, room a bit small.
Proximity to business meeting location. Private parking free of charge. Brand new, very comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Impossible to stop air conditioning from the room (needed to call reception, but found out the next morning!). No wireless internet in rooms, only wired connection with too short cable. Not (yet) possible to pay with American Express card.
The restaurant and food were very good and the staff friendly. The room was comfortable, although quite small. the internet connection, which I require for work, was adequate only. The location was ideal for my purposes. Very little around the hotel.
a very comfortable hotel.
Hotel is very nice, staff was freandly and extremly supportive, huge breakfast. Parking rarely suitable for big limousines
Staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Hotel restaurant was kinda bland. We counted about 7 flies flying around our table during the meal.
Spacious room, good facilities, friendly helpful staff - we arrived at 2.00am and the staff were extremely accommodating. Quality Italian breakfast included in price. Value for money. Excellent location for an overnight stop when travelling back to the UK from Sardinia, Corsica or Italy. Easy to park. No lift
Ceiling paintings great. bREAKFAST good. No toilet roll in bathroom. vERY hard to find.
beautifull furniture, wall paintings, stairs breakfast: more fresh bread and cheese
Fantastic place. Old world, wonderful person, made us a rec. for dinner at a lovely real spot. The small town, while near the ferries to Corisca etc. is interesting and lively. We loved it. My husband helped the owner translate to another group. This type of place is fading fast. For certain types of travelers, it beats all. We loved it!! But for some, it might not suit. It is a Bed and Breakfast, technically, but so much more. If you are looking for a regular hotel experience, this is not for you. That said, it is fantastic if you want to stay in the current, real Italy on your way to wherever.
the family atmosphere
The owner gave us a free bus pass to get into Savona. It was outdated, dark and cold.
Pleasant place with some old fashioned style
from the outside you did not realize the what was inside like going back in time high painted ceiling and a great host no ensuite but a good large bathfoom
The decor was fantastic, like going back in time 300 years. Breakfast was very good, varied and plentiful. Furniture was also period, though the door fell off our bedroom cabinet. Bed was comfortable and atmosphere was peaceful. Great value for money. Very different experience. Our hostess seemed a little harassed as she was fully booked and spent a lot of time on the phone. She opened the door and left us on the door step. the hotel was not that easy to find, and parking places nearby a bit hit and miss.
Very frendly and helpfull staf. Good breakfast. There was no parking place, where to leave a car.
Staff is well prepared to serve travelers of Corsica Ferries. No private bathrooms.
Tranquil atmosphere. Fantastic views. Charming hospitality. No air conditioning. Staff couldn't speak one word of English (and we can't speak Italian)
The hotel is absolutely great. We really felt like at home. The owner, Bruno, offering great service and treat you like his best friend. Rooms are excellent, breakfast is great. The view is just fantastic. It's a pity we had only a few days there and couldn't make testing of their own wines. I will definitely go there for more.
the location was beautiful, surrounded by a cathedral, vineyards, rolling hills and other homes similar to Del Tufo - Bruno and Agatha made us feel welcomed and at home in their home. It was difficult to find - Google maps does okay to a point, but route #'s end at a certain point and you're basically on your own - a detailed map would be helpful.
The people, the wine, the area. In fact - everything, except the pizzaria down the road who appeared to have a dislike for English people.
No one else was there Beware of barking dogs all night
