Pros: Perfect service , very welcoming staff , loved Extremely kind, attentive staff.” “Magnificent Experience.”
Pros: Hospitality was beyond excellent. The host (Rahul and his mother) ensured that we were provided with the best despite technical difficulties well beyond their control. Excellent location and this resort just adds more serenity to the experience, a must visit for people who seek peace!
Pros: The location of the resort is splendid and quite close to the Tirunelli Temple. Staff was courteous and polite. Food served was tasty & healthy at the same time. Rahul arranged a masseur in such short notice and had a Kerala style Ayurveda massage which was really relaxing. Good job Rahul and we will visit your resort soon..!
Cons: Nothing that i can think of..
Pros: Good rooms, scenic view n the food.
Cons: Nice resort in the middle of nothing. We reached on the day of election n hence the staff was on leave but Rahul, who is the owner took good care of us. The kerela food was the highlight of the resort.
Pros: It's an abode of calm and leasure for all nature seekers. Here you would wake up in the mornings listening to the chirping birds , seeing wild animals crossing the near when you drive , breathe fresh unpolluted air inside . You would feel the freshness with the location. And the hospitality part was excellent and have no words to say. Thanks Darshan and Rahul for all their kindness. They had put an extra care to feel that we are part of family and more than guests. Thanks for a great time @agraharam
Cons: I am 100 percent satisfied.
Pros: First and foremost, the entire Staff ... Rahul was connected with me through out and made the entire process easy. And then while we were there, folks like Judeson, Sonet and Swaroop were always around helping. Since we were 5 of us with our Dog, they made sure we got a perfect place around together so that Mojo (our beagle) would have enough place to explore around unleashed. The best thing was that they all loved Mojo and also were very accommodating, whether it was with the food, or the place itself. From the place's point of view, it's right at besides the jungle and the chirping of the birds was a definite plus. The rooms themselves were nicely architected to ensure it remained cool inside even though the outside weather was warmer. Go ahead, you and your dog(s) will definitely love it.
Cons: We could have maybe spent a little more longer there :) ... rather than coming back this soon. I think that was the main bummer of the entire break with their Property. also, didn't have time to explore some more of the jungle area !!!! :)
Pros: What really stood out was the service! Rahul went out of the way to ensure the stay (and all our itinerary requirments) were met. Such pleasant demeanour and earnestness - Truly impressed! Wish him and the resort all the very best. From a property angle, it is very well maintained - and the food (the dinner that we had) was delicious. Very value for money as well
Cons: A more full fledged restaurant could help - though I understand they are doing the very best given the location.
Pros: Nice view right from the room. Friendly staff. Well maintained and everything was in good working condition.
Cons: Buttermilk was too spicy. Could not drink fully.
Pros: Location, pet friendly, hospitality, helping staffs

Pros: Everything was perfect.
Pros: Ambience, location, value for money and very courteous and helping Manager Bijoy / Staff.
Pros: Location, property and Manager or staff hospitality
Pros: Clean. Courteous staff. Homely food.
Cons: Restaurant staff a bit casual and sluggish despite advance order.
Pros: The room was excellent- felt new, with very good fittings & well-maintained.
Cons: Felt the food service could be more professional, with better timing & choice.
Pros: it's worth if swimming pool was there
Cons: Bath room should have dust bin, bath towels were no so clean, no sufficient space for keeping luggage even rooms are too big
Pros: warmth from staff, hospitality, timely assistance, etc.
Cons: my booking form mentioned delux room or twin room - don't create this ambiguity, as this is subject to interpretation and leeway to a lot of arguments during check-in, which happened in my case.

Pros: A great place where you have the feeling like staying in den middle of the jungle. The host was very kind and helpful and the room comfortable and clean. On our last evening we even saw some wild elephants right in front of our room.
Pros: We loved the stay, the team arranged several tours for us; we went to 2 jungle tours, nearby temple and a jungle trek. We were lucky to see tiger prints nearby the property! The view from the rooms is stunning, the team is truly amazing and i would definitely recommend it to everyone!
Cons: There is no wifi and its only possible to pay cash, but if you are here for your rest and have enough cash on you, it is truly amazing. In addition, we are not very good with spicy food, so everything was quite spicy for us.
Pros: We went with my family and we were amazed by the amount of wild animals we saw from our balcony it self. We saw herds of elephants taking bath inside the lake they had inside the property itself. Then we heard the alarm calls of deer one evening and saw a pack of wild dogs chasing the deer through the meadows, again inside the property. It was just an amazing experience over all. Another key factor that made our stay was the amazing, amazing staff they have. The hospitality that they provide is incredible. We also got a great deal, superb value for money!
Cons: Our stay was only for 2 days, wish we had more days to stay there. But being employed in Bangalore, we had to come back and now sitting in the office and still thinking about waking up to the sights and sound of nature in Jungle Retreat Wayanad - we miss that place! Be warned, you will miss it too!
Pros: The staff were fantastic and so friendly, couldn’t do enough for you.
Cons: Our room was smelly and they were good to change it. No wifi was a big issue and no mobile reception make it difficult and wasn’t expected as we’ve had wifi and mobile reception everywhere else.

Pros: This is a nice resort to stay in the mid of the forest near Tholapetty. All management and staffs were extremely helpful. They don't have much rooms so early booking is good. Here are my thoughts: 1. Staff - very helpful. I know there are problems but every problem should have a solution to fix it instead of staying with it. 2. Food - it was delicious and yummy. I had dinner and breakfast and food was very nice. They have organic plantation and nice to see the vegetables grown there. 3. Location - This is the best. Inside the forest, inside the coffee plantation along with black pepper. You can visit to Kabini river around 3 kms from the resort and spend your time. Be careful if you happen to see some wild elephants. River is dangerous for it current and stones. But still you can play.
Cons: Stay - This is where I am little uncomfortable. I booked through booking.com for a suite. Finally on the cancelation day it was informed to me that suite is not available and they can only provide me a cottage. Though the owner gave me a complimentary dinner but the cottage I stayed i.e. Cedar Camp I found that it has lot of open gaps from where insects were coming and also lot cold air passes. Room has fan and cooler. As its a forest so closed rooms are better so that these insects can be avoided. I think booking.com and property needs to work together for any type of booking confusion. Its very difficult to communicate with booking.com. Other things were cleaned. In night we requested them to clean the room make all insects out. Best part No TV and No Mobile Network for Airtel.
Pros: Everything was Superb. i Booked King Suit room with Balcony it was amazing, the ambience was super cool. bond fire inside the room & beautiful Bamboo design Coat. Specially staff were very kind & helpful. Staff Miss. Manju was every helpful with smile on her face always. Ravi & Somu too. The manager is super cool guy he take care of everything gives information abt local & helps in visiting the places. The Resort is really a beautiful place they maintained so well & clean, its so silent & calm, surrounded by trees, there is a barbeque option, activities. Perfect place for all age group. If ur Veggie, Resort is the best to have food. Food is really gud. But, dinner price was lil expensive. Kuruvadweep island is just 10 mins drive from the Property, (Only 200 per day, Better to go 6am in the morning to get tickets). Beautiful place, gud for photo-shoot. Carry extra per of dresses if u wanna play in water. Kattikulm (a small town, can get basic stuffs) 5 - 10mins drive. Mananthavady (big town u get everything )15 - 20 min drive Had a Memorable Stay. Overall everything was gud, best place to hang on. worth for Money.
Cons: Dinner Price. :(
Pros: Pugmarks resort in Wayanad This resort is well worth a visit. It is off the beaten track, surrounded by forest, it is the perfect getaway from the busy life. The Cedar suite offers some of the best views in Kerala with many species of birds to admire and monkeys walk through the resort in the after noon. The treetop viewing station at the back gives you a chance to spot deer and elephant, however if you do not spot them then take an evening forest jeep tour and you will not be disappointed. The resort is small, friendly and un commercial with the food grown in the grounds and a little farm for milk. The food is fresh and delicious. The hosts are some of the best people I have been fortunate to meet. "Manju" my host could not have been friendlier or more helpful, taking me into their bustling pretty local town to shop for gifts and dine for lunch if required. As a lone woman traveller I found that to be extremely helpful, even joining me on the forest tour as otherwise I would have been alone. I found all of the staff wonderfully helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, have beautiful decor and all amenities needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. I would definitely come back again Karen Gray Get Outlook for Android
Cons: They could put a water bath in balcony view to attract the many species of bird to take photos ....
Pros: Staff and location
Pros: Peaceful atmosphere, near to forest, helping owner and staff....,. thanks
Pros: Nice place to hide out away from the city life in a cool isolated place, surrounded with greenery and cool atmosphere
Cons: Rates quoted and charged We have to be very careful while selecting the room and actual room alloted. It was mentioned jungle view But I was alloted a room with out any views
Cons: Middle of nowhere. Spiders as big as my palm. Room lighting, Mobile torch was better. Generators too close to room, could smell fuel burning. Dinner is 250 rupees, they hadn't even told it costs extra.
Pros: I liked the location. I went there with my family, including two children. It was awesome to stay inn such kind of jungle cottage. Its totally out of crowd. Small and comfortable stay for a family vacation. Though restaurant was not fully functioning, the food what they outsourced was excellent. Food was home made and very yummy. Special thanks to resort staff Manju. She took care of us very nicely.
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful, really go the extra mile to ensure you get the most out of your stay. Amazing food - biryani was the best we ate in India. Lovely to be able to organise fishing and rafting trips at the nearby river. Excellent stay in the heart of the jungle, come here to relax in a natural setting and escape the rat race of city life!

Pros: The location is amidst the rustic and verdant Brahmagiri hills. The resort's proximity with Thirunelli temple and Nagarhole Tiger Reserve turns to its advantage. The co-owner Rajesh and a gentleman Amit are friend, philosopher and guide for the guests with their abundant knowledge and readiness to direct. A well maintained, hygienic place to enjoy your vacations.
Cons: The place was very dirty, beds sheets especially None of us managed to sleep as rooms full of bugs I slept in my clothes and two people slept on the car all night Not worth the money
