Pros: Very cool and feeling of being at home.
Pros: The owner of the hotel is a really kind women, she really makes you feel very welcome. Her Daughter gave us very good information about the neighborhood; like where to eat for diner. Breakfast was amazing.
Pros: Hands down this was the best buffet breakfast I’ve had in a long time, homemade slices, pastry and cakes, coffee, tea and juice options and more! The owner was also helpful with advice on local attractions.
Cons: The double bed is actually twin singles, which were quite comfortable but just not what we expected.
Pros: Incredibly welcoming hosts! Excellent homelike atmosphere! Fabulous homemade breakfast! Enjoyed our stay a lot! Would definitely come back!
Pros: This was one of the best hotels that we stayed at on our six week holiday in Greece. The hospitality starts as you walk through the front door. Angelica is a welcoming host and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is going to be one you remember. As with all the other reviews, the one thing that stands out is the amazing breakfast spread. We have never experienced such a wonderful, and plentiful, array of fresh local products. If you’re like me and don’t drink coffee, there is a selection of about twenty flavours of tea. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. I’ll stop now but I could write a thesis on how good this hotel is.
Pros: We loved our stay at the Rex Hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had while on 2 week holiday. The owner takes such good care of you. We were told of places along our route that ended up being great additions to the stops we were making as we drove to our next destination. The experience was very special and one of our favorite memories.
Pros: It was a perfect and very relaxing stay in Kaiafa. We regreted that we didn't book a little bit longer. The rooms and the whole Hotel is very well furnished and the breakfast is amazing. We will surely come back!
Pros: Very lovely hotel with great and friendly staff / owners. Amazing breakfast with homemade tartes and local products.

Pros: Amazing hostess!! She helped me a ton with my transportation issues in the area. The room was ready upon my arrival. Zero delays. Silent, clean and cool room. The room was like a small house. You got everything to cook if you want. I will stay there again, if I visit the area in the future.
Cons: The WiFi could be improved with repeaters. The signal is weak.
Pros: Being welcome! The village, the beach, the ambience
Cons: Churches have bells. There is one right next door
Pros: Friendly hostess, small , functional apartment. Air condition saved us in the hot weather!
Cons: The room was in a narrow village street, no view but not really a problem as we were out and about most of the day. The positive was that at a walking distance could find village convenience stores and tavernas. On a Sunday morning we woke up early as the village orthodox church has the liturgy on loudspeaker :)
Pros: The host, Eleni, is very charming and hospitable. The cleaning and the sheets are changed every two days. There are markets and restaurants near. Beach is wonderful and very close to the apartment.
Cons: Everything was excelent
Pros: very nice hotel. we have a super welcome really appreciated with the owner. we will book again.
Pros: Really lovely apartment with small kitchen and bathroom. To the beach is 5 min by walk. Perfect communication with host Eleni. Thank you.
Pros: Very nice host, friendly and welcoming even if we checked in quite late. We even received ice creams to cool down from the long trip. Clean room, new furniture, comfortable bed. We only staid one night, but nevertheless it was a great experience. For sure we will return next time we travel around Peloponnese.

Pros: Nice pool and balcony. Good beds. Mezzanine room good for kids. Local beaches are sandy with nice bars and cafes. Sea generally calm, few waves on windy days.
Cons: 1 km from beach and nearest restaurants. However, with a car you can reach several beaches, restaurants and the town in under 5 min.
Pros: We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful in both English and Greek. The room was a really good size, we had a double bed with a single for our 3 year old, and there was still floor room for him to play with his toys. The bathroom seemed new and was again spacious and clean. The pool was nice and the breakfast buffet was good. The manager and his family were especially thoughtful and helpful with restaurant recommendations and a smile and a handshake or high five for our little boy every time they saw us. The beach here is fantastic, it has a shallow shelf so the little ones can play in the sea without it getting too deep. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros: The owner is really nice and friendly Made us feel very welcome
Pros: Excellent hospitality and extremely clean rooms
Pros: Shower was the best éver.family room was great.pool was nice and warm.Nice beach nearby.big fridge. Easy peking shared..we éven got honey for present
Cons: Breakfast was a joke.should have more variety
Pros: It is a great place very close to a wonderful beach and with a nice pool to stay a while after coming from the beach. The hotel is very good and all the facilities are in pertect shape. The owner, Peter, and his wife made us feel like at home. We were given two rooms with a double bed but as I was travelling with my daughters I asked about the possibility of having separate beds. Peter gave us a much bigger duplex room at no extra cost at all. Also all the employees are very warm and friendly. Definitively I will be back there next time in Peloponeso to share a good Ouzo with my new friend Peter.
Cons: Overall it ended up ok but the description was very misleading as the internet didn't work and we were the only guests. Water didn't work upon arrival. However owners quickly fixed the water and the breakfast was very good. It is unfortunate that there was more quests.
Pros: I reserved 2 rooms and got 1 appartment with common bath ( for 4 adults ) ; no chairs or closet in my room , no fridge in our room and no additional blanket .
Cons: Place is a good choice for love nature people and solitude .
Pros: The staff, mother and son, were very gentle and the breakfast very good. A good taverne about 300 meters from the Guesthouse.
Cons: The bathroom could be better.
Pros: We arrived and felt comfortable right away, took our bikes and toured the natural beaches! Dinner is a stone throw away at the Greek Tavern with real Greek hospitality and great food and drinks, a must if you stay! Nikolas surprised us with a great breakfast that included everything! Then we took off to Visit the Neda Falls! Peter
Pros: The house is huge! Conveniently located close to the beach. About 1 km to the beach but almost 8 km to the nearest town and supermarket. We booked the whole villa, no breakfast but there is a large kitchen and lovely dining table on the front porch.
Cons: Would recommend more frequent cleaning of the property and airing out rooms - some of the rooms felt like they hadn't been opened in a while. The yard could also be better maintained. However, these are minor issues, overall we had a great stay!
Pros: Friendly and warm welcome by the owner, speaking a perfect french (and english). Provided numerous tips for visiting and local restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Extremely calm environment. Next to the beach. Perfect for somebody looking for a quite simple room for vacation with family.
Cons: Quite difficult to find. Do not follow booking adress but red and golden signs on the road during the last kilometer.
Pros: During our stay, the owner wasn't there but his colleagues have been very helpfull, although they didn't speak English very well. Every morning a lovely breakfast awaited us. The beach is about 1 km by foot. It's a lovely apartment in a beatifull region. Perfect to visit f.e. Olynpia from here.
