Cons: On our way out of the facility (BWI Thifty) we were stopped behind a car also trying to exit the Thifty lot, which sat at the exit station for more than 30 minutes. There was only one exit station open and one staff person trying to deal with whatever was causing this delay. When three more Thifty employees finally arrived, they ALL focused their attention on this one customer, rather than triaging and helping the line of 6+ customers who were backed up in line. When one Thifty employee finally checked us out, she was rude. It was perhaps the worst example of customer service and smart use of human resources I've ever seen. We will not be using Dollar or Thifty again.

Cons: There was only one agent at the counter and we had to wait for over 30 minutes, did not receive any information to write down damages seen on car prior to leaving the rental facility so I just took pictures and it was night so the lighting in the rental facility was poor. The girl at the rental facility upon leaving kept asking having to see our rental agreement over and over before opening the gate to leave. Upon returning our car, we did not receive any paperwork to show that we filled the gas tank, the cost of the rental, etc. I have nothing to protect myself if Thrifty said I didn't fill the tank or I damaged the car.

Pretty Good -
Pros: The car was clean and worked well enough, if not very nice. The EZPass was a good purchase, convenient add-on. The check out agent in Baltimore (once I actually got helped), was efficient and helpful and did not try to push any unnecessary extras on me.
Cons: Had a long wait in Baltimore to get helped. Actual price with gas and taxes and all was quite a bit higher than original quote.
