the location on the boardwalk
snotty staff, crummy and dirty room, nasty food

Easy to find, excellent location, friendly staff, clean and comfotable rooms, good view to Tiberian Sea (Kinneret), big municipal parking (payable)
Few free parking lots at the hotel, small pool
View from window. The rest of are very bad!
Hotel needs changes from up till down. We ask staff triple(!) to bring a bed kit to our child. Very bad staff works in breakfast time! They shout (!) on me to change chosen free (!) table - 6 pers - to another 6 pers table but not comfortable. They did not even explain why!!! Strongly recommend to avoid this hotel!
The location was excellent. Breakfast was fine.
The hotel was in need of a remodel -- it looked very 1970. But more importantly, the staff was downright unfriendly. While waiting on me, they interrupted service to wait on other people. They were unhelpful in addressing requests as well (bus schedule, directions). The staff seemed like we were imposing on them by paying $300 a night to stay there. The staff seemed more helpful to Israelis and to religious people. I did not observe any other Americans there. I would never stay there again, and would not recommend the hotel to others either.
it was very dirty and not pleasant. i don't know how it became a 4 star hotel.it was not worth a penny.
yes it was very dirty
The location in the city was very good. Nice welcome and serviceminded staff.
courteous and helpful staff, beautiful views, prime location
that there was nothing to complain about!! :D
massage and Spa
Carpet in room was stained and worn. Elevators shoddy. Did not seem like a four star hotel. Bathroom needed caulking.
Nice loacation, city center. Pleasant room.
