Pros: great outback location, the design of the hotel and furniture in the room is unique, nice breakfast
Cons: stuff is not speaking English
Pros: Check in efficiency, beautiful room, magnificent hacienda-like premises, peaceful surroundings, horses close by...
Cons: Included dinner quality was poor : reheated lamb chops, simplistic salad.
Pros: Great breakfast Horse riding was excellent - thoroughly recommended. All levels, with specific expertise in dressage lessons. Rides through the lavender fields.
Pros: The architecture, the service and cleaning.
Cons: It's a beautiful and very clean hotel
Cons: The room we stayed at didn't have the heating on so it was a bit cold at the beginning. I guess it's a hotel more for summertime or spring.
Pros: Great staff, clean and quiet place. Very complete breakfast, dinner was tasty altough a bit expensive for Spain.
Cons: Maestro cards will not work there, had to drive 15 minutes one way and other 15 minutes back to reach an ATM machine.
Pros: Great service by staff and great restaurant
Cons: It was a little bit cold in the rooms (end November) and even though the hotel is almost new, it was difficult to keep the room warm
Pros: Beautiful location - peaceful and lovely. Great food at the hotel and great value for money in general.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff were excellent, room spotless.
Pros: Hotel is very rural, decoration excellent throughout with plenty of inside and outside seating areas and grounds. Evening meal enjoyed in wonderful dining room, with good personal service.
Pros: Clean, warm and friendly room (as home). Staff very efficient. Great - traditional food- restaurant (dinner and breakfast).
Pros: Great rooms and price
Cons: Advertised with full internet connections, but this does not work anywhere in the hotel
Pros: The price (30 euros with breakfast), the calm environment. They have several paid countryside activities, like horseriding, quad rides, etc.
Cons: Dinner was expensive, its located away from a big city.
Pros: the contact with nature
Pros: Rural location
Cons: Lack of information about its facilities

Pros: The best host I ever meet
Cons: Nothing everything’s perfect
Pros: Our hostess was the most delightful and entertaining lady, who could not have done more to make us welcome, cater to our needs, produce the most excellent dinners and breakfasts, not to mention gins and tonics that we could pour for ourselves. A wonderful experience altogether.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
Pros: + Beautiful view from the room and terass with sun in the morning + Large good modern flat screen tv with possibility to connect chrome cast + Very clean bathroom + Beautiful building and decoration + A package of home made cookies for the journey was a nice toutch + lots of nice paths for walks near the hotel, small peaceful dirt roads and the forest. + it was nice to have a wardrobe - a proper place to hang clothes and put bags. + the salt stone lamp gave a cozy ambiance
Cons: - We got a twin bed instead of a double bed (in the booking confirmation it said double bed, width: 130-150 cm) We had asked for a double bed. Strange since the hotel wasnt fully booked. - the room didnt have a proper Tea/Coffee kettle, just a milk foamer. The water will not be hot enough for tea or coffee and it can only heat 2,5 dl so if you are two persons it will take a while before you can enjoy luke warm coffee together. - 20 Euro extra for two dogs in the room is too much. 15 Euro had been ok but not more. - only cash. Doesnt support credit card. - lots of dust under the bed and at the place for the cups, milk foamer and Tea box.
Pros: Really quiet place - house, room, furniture pleasant and authentic. Excellent breakfast and a very friendly and attentive host (thanks again for the home-made cookies at departure)
Pros: Although we were quite late in arriving, our hostess, Asuncion, made us very welcome and cooked a delicious meal with the freshest of fruit & vegetables from her lovely garden. Our bedroom was a delight! Rustic, spacious, really comfortable four poster bed and a beautiful terrace with views to the countryside. Breakfast was another treat and the farewell ‘gift’ of a box of her home made cookies was a lovely touch. Can’t recommend this hidden gem highly enough.
Pros: The scenery, the building, the veranda for relaxing in the sun.
Cons: The cost of the evening meal was shocking, also when offered the meal it was not made apparent that we would be charged for it on checking out.
Pros: Great location. Wonderful friendly and very open staff. We were late arriving but they kept the restaurant open for us till after 11. So helpful.
Cons: No negatives.
Pros: The room was spotless and comfortable.
Cons: The property is situated in a very remote hamlet with no shops to buy food for 10 miles. Going by the reviews we were expecting to be able to have an evening meal but were told by the proprietor that we had to travel another 10 miles to get something. We had travelled non stop for 3 days by that time and were bitterly disappointed. On our second day she locked us out of the hotel for 2 hours whilst she had a siesta. She had refused to let us take the keys with us so that we could get back in. Communication was poor but she made it very clear that a payment in cash was required as we checked in!! We have travelled many times throughout Spain but this was our most unhelpful experience yet. We can’t understand how she had so many reviews with a score of 9/10.
Pros: Very quiet and cosy. Slept very well in a four poster bed. Landlady very efficient, friendly and a great cook. Breakfast and dinner plenty and very tasty. Will definitely come back when travelling between Spain and UK.
Pros: The lady running the place tried her best to compensate for all the flaws...but there are too many. Message to the owner: the art of hospitality is to make every tenant feel like they are unique and not to share the other tenants’ many personal problems with us (or use them as excuses). Rooms were clean.
Cons: Why is this a 9+ place on booking? It makes no sense to us. First, “the gardens are great” comments...pls check my July ‘18 pics attached. Plastic turf, dried plants...sorry that is NOT a garden!!! Then, the town...what town!! There is NO town. The whole place is empty of life!!! For years actually!! Makes you wonder about other bookings comments.... Finally, we got checked in at 19:00!! The room wasn’t ready before then because the host had issues with some other tenants. (Sorry, not my problem - back to my hospitality comment). Place is absolutely not recommendable. Except if you’re backpacking, and this a die or live kind of place!! (We survived, but still shocked by the overall bookings rating) .
With a stay at Palacio Rejadorada in Toro, you'll be a 5-minute walk from Colegiata de Santa Maria la Mayor and 7 minutes by foot from Dominio del Bendito. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and luggage storage.
Pros: The bedroom and the location is very nice.
Cons: There was nobody in the hotel to help us. We were by ourselves the whole time.
Pros: Simple hotel but with a lovely room and bathroom.
Cons: Breakfast was really basic. It was almost impossible to find a member of staff if you had a problem
Pros: The room was clean and spacious. We were welcomed warmly and assisted with our luggage. The hotel is well situated near the centre of Toro.
Cons: We had dinner in the courtyard and unfortunately our food was cold. Breakfast was adequate.
Pros: The hotel is impressively decorated, antiques and objects have been selected carefully to maintain the exception ambiance of a palace. Decoration did not compromise comfort at all, bed was very comfortable and cleanliness of the room was very thorough.
Cons: Good breakfast, but a larger variety of products would be appreciated
Pros: The Posada building is so charming, beautiful local arquitectura. Walking distante to Toro main atractions. Loved My stage at Toro.
Pros: Orange juice was fresh.
Cons: The bed was impossible, a large slab of foam with lumps and bumps.
Pros: The property was well located in Toro and well kept. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and a good value. It would have been nice to have a comfortable lounge area outside the room. There was a nice spacious outdoor courtyard but the chairs were not too comfortable. It looked like they had wine tasting facilities but did not offer it.
Cons: The town of Toro did not seem as welcoming, we were told that they do not receive a lot of non Spanish tourists. On a brighter note the staff at cheese museum was wonderful, although we had no reservation and could not take the tour, we tasted the delicious sheeps milk cheeses. The wine museum in the next town was fabulous and well worth the time. There are some high end wineries in the area that all require reservations and charge for tours.
Pros: Great location. We've stayed here 2/3 times previously. Breakfast excellent and sets you up for the day. Will be back.
Cons: Restaurant not open during week days which is a pain. Cafeteria limited opening weekdays also, so you have to go out for dinner. Plenty of restaurants close by, but be nice to just collapse at the hotel. Wifi has always been a problem on our stays, but with free data these days thanks to the EU, less of an issue. Post Brexit....who knowz!
Pros: Ideal LOCATION so close to the centre. The kindness of the staff The high quality of the breakfast
Pros: convenient location
Cons: breakfast could be better

Pros: Plaza Mayor - means you are in the heart of the township. Parking free and about 200 m away and safe.
Pros: Close to everything.
Pros: Bed was extremely comfortable, manager very friendly. Family perfect destination.
Pros: This was the best room we had out of the nine hotels we stayed in (and they were all good). We had the top room at the front, with the floor to ceiling windows and it was spectacular. The quality of light in the room was outstanding - never been in a hotel room quite like it. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable in all respects. Great view.
Cons: Nothing I can recall.
Pros: 1. Staff was outstanding!!! Wonderful and extremely helpful! 2. Bed very comfortable 3. The best location in Toro!! 4. Loved the shower. 5. Very very quiet room (101).
Cons: Not one thing! Perfect hotel to stay in Toro! I highly recommend.
Pros: Town centre location over looking main square. Lovely atmosphere outside with passers by and lots to look at whilst you have a drink, tapas whatever. Helpful owner and wife and staff, room was spacious and clean, can't fault it.
Pros: Room good.
Cons: Reception area too public and parking poor for elderly .
Pros: Centrally located in main square , with a very interesting immediate environment. The staff were very welcoming and the room was very good. Excellent value for money. perfect base for visiting the old town.
Pros: Very welcoming, a lovely room at the front overlooking the Plaza Mayor. Although it was a Feria the Hotel Bar and restaurant remained open unlike a lot of the other places in town. Very friendly staff. Excellent Hotel!

Cons: Restaurants closed, even breakfast room looked closed.
Pros: This hotel is place in an elevated position with great views of the Deuro river. Reasonable parking outside Walk to the attractions of Toro in minutes
Cons: It's a bit dated interior wise. The odd light bulb blown. Our room was at the rear, so a view of some houses! We much prefer family run casa rural, but in toro it was all we could find. Not our favourite stay, but perfectly ok for the money.
Pros: The location was perfect, right in the old town.
Cons: The AC was set to heater and even though showed it was in 17* we ended open the window to cool the room.
Pros: My idea of a perfect Spanish hotel. Comfortable, convivial with stunning views. Superb food in the cafeteria served by lovely and attentive staff. Clearly thus establishment has really excellent management- it’s well-run and a great place to stay. We lived it and will definitely recommend and will return. Outstandingly good.
Cons: it was all brilliant
Pros: fantastic view over the valley of Douro In center of Toro very interesting town. Breakfast was not the best , but in walking distance lots of good bars restaurants excellent Tappa's great wine.
Pros: Location location View from breakfast balcony was spectacular Lovely hotel
Pros: Excellent position in the heart of the old town, very close to bars, restaurants and shops. Although becoming slightly dated, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and helpful and are on hand 24hrs. There are lovely views down the river valley from some of the rooms.
Cons: A fridge would be useful. On the night we stayed there was a lot of noise from a function in the downstairs bar / function room, which went on until 3.30 am !
Pros: The location, and the spacious and clean room
Cons: We did like everything

Pros: At the end of a long day riding 2 motorcycles, being a basic truck stop, everything was available. The bar, the restaurant and they also provided very secure underground parking for us. A good place to stop on the way to somewhere else.
Cons: The restaurant staff could have been a little more helpful, they weren't exactly busy when we went in.
Pros: Convenient for my purpose, I was travelling on foot on a Camino de Santiago and this place was well situated for a night stay following a 25km walk that day. Although basic and lacking in certain regards, I was never the less happy to be able to stay there.
Cons: Old and very basic. Personnel, with the exception of a young lady, was not friendly and didn't seem to care for customers with the exception of the truckers (the place is a truck stop).
