Pros: It’s peaceful and well maintained. Lea & Marie where perfect hosts. We will be back and can certainly recommend.
Cons: Nothing, it’s perfect
Pros: The location is exceptional. The house was refurbished with nonchalant but hip taste and provides confort, space and outstanding views on the area. Our hosts were very out-going, helpful and cooked to perfection.
Cons: Nothing but a suggestion would be to send detailed itinerary as it took us some time to find the place.
Pros: The hosts were wonderful, so welcoming but also very much gave us our space. We were unbelievably well looked after in this stunning location, with a delicious breakfast of home grown or locally sourced produce. A million times better than any pictures. We only wish we’d had more time to stay! Thank you so much. We have already recommended you.
Cons: Nothing not to like.
Pros: I loved the pool! The breakfast was great and i ate all the cherries. The interior design is out of this world and so stylish and modern which compliments the 400 year old structure. The hosts was just fantastic
Cons: Perfect location, fantastic hosts and a real gem. We wish we could stay longer but will return for sure in future. The house is absolutely beautiful and the setting absolutely amazing.
Pros: We’ve loved EVERYTHING. Delicious breakfast every morning, dreamed location, super kind hosts...one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We will come back for sure!! :)
Cons: Anything, everything was perfect.
Pros: Beautiful house, fabulous rooms and extremely friendly and welcoming hosts. Thank you!
Pros: Everything. Ambience, views, building, surroundings, helpful owner.
Pros: Superb. Leah and Marie have created a wonderful home and welcoming environment. The decor is tasteful and the artwork amazing. The rooms are large and the bed was very comfy. The garden is beautiful and the pool so inviting. Breakfast was fantastic with homemade bread and scones and a delicious coffee and peach tart. The terrace area is great to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Coffee, tea, beer and soft drinks are available free of charge and you can help yourself. We felt more like family than guests. There are lovely walks and cycle routes nearby. We cycled each day from the house. Thanks again for a very relaxing couple of days. We will definitely visit again.
Pros: Wonderfully homemade breakfast to die for, and Leah and Marie were such friendly and helpful hosts. Wish we’d stayed longer. The pool is divine and the setting is so tranquil. No room for improvement, perfect as it is!
Pros: EVERYTHING!!! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, the food they offer is so amazingly delicious and made with love, the property itself is gorgeous (with two donkeys, cats, and a turtle!) and so well-kept. Make sure you travel with a car as it is the only way to enjoy the surrounding area. It was great to go to the local market, find a cheese producer, stop at wineries, etc. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to all my friends!

Pros: We had a wonderful experience with Chantal and her husband. The most open, generous and warm people. The dinner was delicious and plentiful and even though we have very limited French, we had plenty of laughs with the hosts and the other French couple staying. Chantal's husband played the accordion after dinner, which was great! It felt like being at a friend's house for dinner. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. A spacious room and good shower too. If you want wonderful, home style hospitality, this is the place for you. Merci!
Pros: The gardens were pleasant enough.
Cons: No nice views over the countryside. The food madam prepared was simply awful and she overcharged us for what we had. If we hadn't been so hungry we would have refused to eat it. No aircon in the rooms and we had to ask for a fan.
Pros: Breakfast good. We liked the eggs. We had a warm welcome and our hosts were helpful in finding a route for us.
Pros: Welcoming and comfort
Pros: Lovely hosts, but just don't turn up at lunchtime, you won't be able to check in! Everything stops in France at lunchtime, even the restaurants close. Breakfast can be taken outside as we did, if the weather is good and it is a lovely setting.
Cons: Despite me telling the hosts I would be checking in at 1pm, and them confirming this, we were asked to go away and come back once they had finished their lunch.
Pros: Quiet, comfortable, cosy and good price
Cons: Beds a bit small

Cons: Creaky floorboards in our bedroom , but hey it is the Ancienne École , so to be expected
Pros: The location is perfect with stunning views of the fields and pyrenees beyond. David and Teresa made us feel at home. The property is very cozy and simple. Our twin room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. In the evening we enjoyed the best meal of our French trip cooked with vegetables from the garden. In the morning we had breakfast with homemade bread and delicious preserves. I hope we can come back for a longer stay.
Pros: the owners were very nice , made us a nice meal even though we arrived a little late, also gave us wine and coffee at no extra cost, they were a very nice couple.views were great from the hotel.
Cons: the room was very cold, even though the heating was on and a small electric fire, but still very cold during the night, breakfast very basic, could do with a little more choice.
Pros: Coming here isn't like going to a b&b, it's more like paying a flying visit to friends. I felt totally at home, and have already booked my next stay. I ate with my hosts, enjoyed their company and a glass or two.
Cons: My Sat Nav struggled a bit, but I had stalked it already on Google, so knew what it looked like. So easily found.

Pros: They were flakey, a bit dry but pleasant. Bed was very comfortable as was the room. The "hotel", more a very welcoming private residence, has a fine view of the rolling Gersois countryside adding to the feeling of relaxation. Services very good, breakfast very satisfactory. All on all, ours was a short, but very pleasant stay.
Pros: The hospitality shown to us by Betty and Alistar was exceptional. They were kind, welcoming and generous. They provided excellent suggestions on where to dine and what to see as well as maps for our use. The beds were comfy, the shower was excellent and the music from the juke box was really nice (you must inquire as to the provenance of the piece). Oh yes - the breakfasts that they provided were yummy. I highly recommend Maison Rose!
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast sat on the terrace with views of the Pyrenees.
Pros: Great location with beautiful view of the Pyrénées. Quiet place. Good breakfast.
Cons: The house is not in perfect condition ( dating back from the 50s/60s) and would require some lifting and fresh painting. The garden was ok: you could have imagined a better designed and maintained English garden given the nationality of the owners. Mattresses were average.
