8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has been done up very nicely - keeping the original features but modernising the amenities and rooms for extra comfort. The breakfast in the morning was gorgeous! Wonderful spread.
Cons: Nothing specific that I didn’t like. If I were to be picky,- It would be nice if there was a restaurant/ tapas bar on site.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owners are very friendly and will help you guide La Rioja
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Teatrisso is a beautiful boutique hotel, chic and stylish yet with homely touches such as the honesty bar. We could make ourselves a coffee and have a snack, at any time, to suit ourselves. Laura, the owner, filled us in on all the local hidden gems which really helped as we only had a couple of days in the area. The village setting was also delightful.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing....! What a wonderful way to start our vacation. We weren't sure what to expect but this was beyond our expectations. The host were so lovely, helpful and kind. We would come back in a heartbeat.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very well decorated small family hotel - historical building. Every room, corridor or hotel part is different than others. Sufficient breakfast with a lot of choices. Very pleasant and well informed owner Laura.
Cons: Some room equipment you can find unpractical or even missing (e.g. bedside table, better lights).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Laura was a fantastic host. She spent a lot of time telling us about the property and helping us with what to do and where to visit and what restaurants to go to. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is beautifully done and is very comfortable. Breakfast was also good.
Cons: The area is lovely but quiet out of season and there are not many restaurants open on weekday evening so you may need to plan ahead. I would have loved a kettle and some tea in our room. You can make them downstairs but quite expensive and less convenient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is great!!! The location, the facilities, the breakfast, and specially the owner and all the staff.
Cons: Nothing, is really good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really enjoyed our stay here; the location was perfect, our room was gorgeous, and Daniel made our stay extra special with the romantic package: a bottle of cava, fresh fruit platter, flowers, a personal photo and a little quote printed out for my wife. Do note that there are stairs to the room and while we were perfectly soundproofed from the outside we could hear our neighbors television when they turned it up loud. Still, was the perfect stop on our honeymoon.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about the apartment, tastefully done. Comfortable bed with lovely linen and towels. Our host was very attentive and popped in to make sure we were comfortable.
Cons: A blutooth speaker would make this apartment perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was absolutely amazing! It is just as the pictures show, with all the nice touches. The location is excellent, right in the centre and literally about 25 metres the the Haro town square. The apartment is around a 5-10 minute walk to all the main bodegas such a Roda, Muga etc.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was great for an overnight stay on the way to Santander ferry port. Wish it had been longer.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful spot, not far from main roads and places to visit.
Cons: The restaurant left much to be desired. They only had frozen fish, due to low turnover and cooking technique was mediocre. They would do better keeping to a limited menu kept at a high standard. Also, the first night the people above us were very noisy and the rooms are far from noise proof. When we mentioned the noise problem the next morning, it was just like “too bad.” Hence the lower score on comfort and slightly lower staff score.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the second time that we have stayed in the Gloria suite which is spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. We only stayed 1 night en route to Santander on this occasion but the hotel is very well situated for touring Rioja region. Lovely breakfast spread and very attentive staff. Good secure parking.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Lovely place to stay if you are travelling through Rioja. No restaurants in the little village itself but plenty 10 mins drive away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed is huge. The medieval experience fascinating.
Cons: Coffee facilities and minibar missing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place to stay. In the middle of nowhere, but worth the trip. This accommodation is a work of love and it shows.
Cons: No WiFi in room, but it worked in the common area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place was amazing, The tower was beautiful comfortable, romantic, with great views of the town. The owner was very friendly. We were so glad that we took a detour to be able to stay in this place. Highly recommend this place!
Cons: The only thing I did not like is that we did not stay there longer!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room décor was the antidote to chain hotels. The owner is a ceramics artist & had done the whole place out in medieval style. There was even period music at breakfast. Half expected it to be served by Edmund & Melchett.
Cons: Selected private parking & aircon filters on Booking.com. This place had neither. Latter not necessary due to thick walls. Former led to us parking down the street & getting snotty notices left on our windscreen

Cons: There is no such Thing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old building with a long history before becoming a hotel. Restaurant is very good! But be sure to make reservations in the morning because there’s a chance you won’t have a table, especially for dinner. Great location, walking distance to the area with all the tapas bars and tons of wineries.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Have satayed before. Great location, nice spacious common areas. easy free parking nearby. Great breakfast.
Cons: nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely interesting old building. Room and bathroom very good. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shutters so room nice and dark for sleeping (if you shut door to bathroom area to hide emergency exit light!). Important to me but may be irrelevant to others. Very good location in Haro.
Cons: Only choice for breakfast was 15 euro buffet. Would prefer simpler option. Would have expected free bottles of water from hotel at this price rather than paying mini bar prices. A small thing but ....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We needed to park on a nearby street. The receptionist helped us with the parking meter, the use of which was less than obvious even to a Spanish speaker!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location The building The bed
Cons: The decoration in the hallways is out of fashion. Needs al imprrovement
7.1 Good
Pros: The beautiful building
Cons: Staff attitude. Evening meal arrangements were ridiculous -you appeared to have no chance of getting a meal unless you had made a prior reservation. Guests appeared to be seen as an inconvenience. On evening they turned away eight potential diners when they only had a handful of diners in the room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the centre of town. Helpful staff. Great restaurant. Bedroom was comfortable, well-sized, and fresh, and the bathroom was very clean with nice toiletries.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent with only a small extra charge for a cooked breakfast. The hotel is very central, parking was easy in the street outside and although not free, was inexpensive. The room was in the attic and very well appointed and spacious with a nice bathroom. Hotel was busy with local people enjoying the bar, making a nice buzzy ambience.
Cons: We were tired after a long drive and had dinner in the hotel. The a la carte was expensive for Spain (similar to UK), so we had the menu of the day, which included a good bottle of wine, but the meal was not very good. There was only one other couple eating and the waiter seemed in a hurry to get us served so he could pack up for the evening. The room was a bit noisy at night due to a buzz or mechanical noise from the service duct just outside the window onto an inner courtyard
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great small hotel in the centre of Haro. Excellent service - we’d be happy to stay there again
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, great location & good outdoor patio.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Had a good sleep in confortable room. Could sleep with window open with beautiful view to the old Monastery in moonlight.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice quiet location with historic buildings
Cons: Too quiet no aware of anyone else staying. No communal area.
6.5 Good
Pros: Those face things for answering an important questionnaire are not appropriate. The hotel did not do more than provide a comfortable room to sleep in. The female aide was the best. She helped me get in and out of my room. Parking was not good. Spa was in the bathroom for decoration. The hotel is in Basque area of Spain. I studied Castillian Spanish for 2 months in advance and simply could not communicate with any person in the town. If not for one couple who helped me through dinner, nothing about the location of this stay made me feel welcome.
Cons: Read everything above. And stop it with these face images.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hottub was great. The bed was nice.
Cons: We wished there were more windows!
5.0 Okay

Pros: Spotlessly clean. Good location for the town which is a very short drive or within easy walking distance. Excellent continental breakfast. Great coffee.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The owner was a nice man. He let us use the kitchen's fridge for our stuff.
Cons: Too many spiders everywhere :( Breakfast was poor- no eggs and no vegetables. We had to buy vegetables at the local supermarket and make our own breakfast... The areas around the hotel where neglected. There was no path to the pool, so we couldn't use it. It's much nicer in pictures than in real life :(
7.9 Good
Pros: The location was lovel and quiet which is a real bonus after a long journey. Louis was a very accommodating host, other than neither of us speaking a common language. The room was very comfortable.
Cons: I expected to be within the very attractive house as shown in the adverts. However I was put in a room that seemed to be an annex of the office that the staff possibly used. It was clean but needed a little attention with decor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owner and employees were very friendly and helpful. He showed us the room and gave us some very useful suggestions about things to do in the area. The rooms were somewhat basic but very clean and comfortable. It's a very quiet place that had a nice courtyard to relax in. The continental breakfast was very good, especially the pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice. Worth repeating.
Cons: A bit far from the town. A painting in the room, bigger TVs and some more decoration would add a nice touch.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location. Very quiet
Cons: Nothing to dislike at all
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Excellent location a short walk from the town, which was "buzzing" on the night of our stay. Plenty of parking on site. Very friendly hosts, clean and comfortable room, super comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Would certainly recommend, and would select this hotel again as a stopover.
Cons: Nothing.

1.0 Poor
Pros: The waitress when we had our evening meal
Cons: The place was a truck stop!! We came down for breakfast in good time today and the buffet had no ham, no cheese, no plates, no spoons, no glasses for juice, very few pastries and NO coffee. When we asked for more the waitress got very very grumpy and brought it in an open jug so it went cold!!! That breakfast was charged at 8 euros each!!!! I will never never go back again and I will make sure I tell all my traveling friends to never go near it! What a waste of money
6.3 Good
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Bad location if you want to visit Haro and don't want to take the car; basic facilities; bar staff a bit rude
10.0 Excellent
Cons: no tea/coffee in the room
7.5 Good
Pros: Convenient overnight stopover
Cons: Limited breakfast menu
7.9 Good
Pros: If you have a car the hotel itself is very good, comfortable and clean. The staff even if they struggle to communicate in English, the are very polite and helpful. I wouldn't say it is cheap or value for money, we paid 90 EUR for one night.
Cons: The hotel is in a very remote area, outside the village. Had to walk from the train station to the hotel 40 minutes. There are taxis but they are hard to be found if you are not a local, and it doesn't seem buses to run through the town. Staff's English is very poor as well making it difficult to ask any questions.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location, but you must have a car because the hotel is about 2,5 Km from the center of Haro. Wifi was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Haro is a nice place to stay for a couple of days, for the wine tastings.
Cons: It was not clean, a lot of dust in the room, especially under the bed. Also, the room could use some renovation such a new paint.
