Pros: Everything was perfect. For sure it's one of the best B&B that I've visited. The things that I would like to underline are: - nice garden with children stuff - very clean and well equiped room - helpfull owners - comfortable beds - good WiFi
Pros: The place is great. It is best for visitors with the car to go around. Good place for families - planty of room for outdoor activities.
Pros: Best Service. Best Location. Further comments not necessary: everything OK.
Located in Jilove, Guest House Sněžník is within a 5-minute drive of Děčínský Sněžník Lookout Tower and Tisa Walls. Featured amenities include a computer station, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Guests may use a train station pick-up service for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Serene and calm guest house, big garden and pool suitable for families. Good breakfast.
Cons: I was a bit surprised by the self check-in but eventually everything went fine. No store in the vicinity, restaurants need a good walk - it's the price to pay for the quietness but it's still better to get there by car.
Pros: The Choloupka is magical. I have never seen such a kid- friendly place. It has more than you can expect. Fireplace, park line, tipi ( our kids stayed there, we the adults as well), tiny pool with fish. You can even take a dive lesson here ( the kids did it). Jaroslav, the host has thought about everything. He has all necessary gear. He makes great breakfast. He is thoughtful and is always around to help you. One more, the place is alcohol free. And you have to respect it. It is all for the best stay in Chaloupka. Wr already miss the place.
Cons: Tearoom is really small as a double room.
Pros: The Island of peace and meditation. Highly recommended for families with children. Many Playing facilities in and outdoors as well. Friendly cat and dog sorrounds you.
Pros: Very family friendly, one of the better places we stayed in during our 3 years of full time travel.
Pros: Amazing place !
Cons: Amazing place !
Pros: Very nice host and a relaxing environment. It was like a shared flat/house - if you like this the guesthouse is your place to go in Szeznik
Cons: It was like a shared flat/house - in case you do not like it the guesthouse isn't for you.
Pros: The children had fun trying the climbing challenge and swimming in the fish pond. Lovely place, but we didn't fit in...?
Cons: we didn't really feel at ease and found ourselves more intruders then guests. Information on booking.com is not really accurate, we didn't expect this kind of house rules, glass doors in the bathroom and an invitation to go swim naked in the fish pond. There was no beach 1 minute walking from the property, just the fish pond. Our bedrooms were not really adapted to small children, steep ladder to the sleeping loft made me feel quite anxious (we have some sleepwalkers in the family).
Pros: This is a real treasure. Cosy, warm, high quality with attention to every tiny detail. Jaryn is a fantastic host. Bed and bathroom was excellent, silent, good smell in the house. Fantastic breakfast.
Pros: I like that it is off the beaten path, yet not difficult to find. I especially enjoyed the breakfast that was prepared for us family style, and though I did not take advantage this trip, many wonderful hikes and bicycle trips are in every direction
Cons: Based on rules that prevail in this house it's like a hostel - shared bathroom, quiet-hours 21-7 and during leaving a room request to remove the covers and turned to the left side!!. Not worth for this price.
Pros: Location, friendly owner, equipment of the rooms.
Pros: The breakfast and main meals were very good and served at the Svycarsky Dum Hotel directly opposite. The breakfast there was served from 08:30 am. The Pension has a fully equiped, very clean kitchen for self catering. Own food can be stored in the large fridge for which they provide numbered plastic containers. There are tables and chairs provided in the kitchen. Walks in the amazing nearby Tiske Steny in Tisa (where they filmed 'The Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe') are highly recommended, as is the walk up to the tower called Decinsky Sneznik. In Tisa the inexpensive Restaurant Refugio is highly recommended. There is also a good restaurant next to the Sneznik tower. For Czech beer drinkers, the pub called 'Hranicni Bouda' some 500m along the road down from the Penzion (along the blue trail and in the direction of the German Border) serve a rather tasty large Bernard full strength light beer for 20 Czech Crowns - 68 pence! (Called in 23/05/2018). They also serve very good food at a very good price.
Cons: English not widely spoken, only Czech and German.
Pros: Very nice surrounding and starting point for Tiske Sceny and Decinsky Snieznik. Very good equipped kitchen with possibilities of using refrigerator.
Located in Tisa, Hotel Ostrov is a 4-minute drive from Tisa Walls and 9 minutes from Church of the Three St. Kings. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-in, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location is lovely. A great place for hikes and the spa is relaxing.
Cons: The restaurant: the food is fine but the staff is not very cordial.
Pros: Beautiful hotel in a wonderful rural location. The room was comfortable.
Cons: As a mixed-race couple, we had some bad experiences in the Czech Republic, and this was another one. Staff were not welcoming at all. As we walked through the restaurant, the staff stared at us with such malevolence that we decided not to eat dinner there after all. Check-in and check-out were painful. We had initially wanted to stay longer, but in the end we couldn't wait to leave in the morning.
Pros: Great location, quite place near hiking trails local food clean room with beautiful view really comfortable bed
Cons: No relax zone at sauna (wellness), it's one place with pool (busy area) Red wine only from Italy and France
Pros: Location is good, u can walk around
Cons: Reception works till 9 only
Pros: Big room. Available free swimming pool and sauna.
Cons: Its very overclaimed. Photos of standard rooms in booking.com doesnt match reality. Very ordinary hotel, the view in standart double room goes to bushes. Catlle is upon reqest. No mobile coverage at all.
Pros: It’s a steal considering all you get. Everything is reasonably priced. Breakfast is good. Scenery is beautiful. Facilities are excellent.
Cons: I don’t speak Czech
Pros: Perfect, quiet, perfect location, very good restaurant.
Pros: Great staff, great location, pleasant hotel, fully recommended :)
Cons: Massage services - availablity changed often, I was unable to arrange an appointment.
Pros: Location, staff, food...everything
Cons: Paying 1 eur for slippers :) just unnecessary...it should be provided in the room with the robe
Pros: Food was great. Facilities good. Staff friendly. Restful surroundings.
Cons: We left early and I wasnt sure where to leave my room key. small detail.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful owners. The food was excellent
Pros: breakfast is really nice and the view from breakfast room
Pros: Excellent location, cool staff.
Cons: The heating in the room is not enough in the evening. The sink is very small.
Pros: It was a relief to finally discover this place in the middle of the forestry! The evening meal was good and the hosts managed with our lack of language skills
Cons: Well - for our purposes (charity walk) this place was way off the beaten track. It took forever to get there. if you are driving or attending the nearby activities I guess it won't be so demanding. It's cheap and cheerful, so no need to look for much in the way of creature comforts or facilities. But the static nylon bed duvets were awful and the lack of curtains meant the full moon as glaring down on me most of the night.
Pros: The family suite was very big, just the single beds size was for 190cm, the double bed was 200cm, so if you are taller, choose the twin bed. There is a fridge and kettle on the room. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy, but scrambled eggs were nice. Ski areal was quite packed, so the hotel parking was necessary.
Cons: We got under the impression, that the German guests are treated better. Maybe it was just an impression, but during dinner we were waiting 20 minutes to order, but at the German guests, the owner was for six time asking if they need something. Dinner was ok, but for that price, I would expect a little more. Chicken stake was very dry and the egg on top burned. I recommend to take your own towels, those supplied by the pension are very small and hard.
Pros: Very nice nature, fresh air. Good service for a little money. Kindly staff.
Pros: A welcomed family !
Cons: Only one bus each hour ..
Cons: Fresh air
Pros: Breakfast and the staff.
Pros: The location is great, just 300 meters the ski resort! The staff is great and very helpful. The food on the restaurant is very good and in big portions for a good price.
Cons: Nothing that I remember

Pros: Location close to the rocks. Restaurant with terasse and playground is directly in the house.
Cons: Average breakfast for extra and high price.
Pros: It was a one night stay. the room size was good, new shower and toilet. Friendly staff.
Cons: I guess they can improve their breakfast.
Pros: Large and clean room
Cons: No communication because they couldn't speak anything but Tsjech. Payment only in cash and no bank in the village.
Pros: Nice quiet location. Very nice and clean room. Helpful Staff.
Cons: The restaurant.
Pros: No good. Breakfast was expensive. Not good.
Cons: No food,
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff Location convenient to walks to Tisa walls. Family run, adequate pension for our stay Good value for money.

Pros: The location was outstanding and the food was good
Pros: Very beautyful place around the hotel - view from the mountain, tiny trees. One of the cleanest rooms i ever stayed!
Cons: Water broke while we stayed, but was fixed after a while as i told the owner(btw, i've seen reviews saying there was no water during smb's stay, so seems it is an issue there). Seems, there are no dinners for 8 euro, as was said in my booking here, owner said it is 18-20. Shoes should be left near entrance - well, it is a bit awkward, but what mainly upsets is the smell in closet where shoes are left. Maybe this should be organised better if so necessary. Nets on the wimdows would really help against all crazy insects in summer. Payed toilet in restaurant - it is ridiculous, though only 10 kc.
Pros: Great staff. You can rent crashpads from Guesthouse and there are amazing boulder routes just at the backyard of the Guesthouse!
Pros: - Location - in the "Middle of Nowhere" - really quiet and calm place. - Views and surrounding - located on top of the sandstone mountain, with no other houses around. The views from the hotel, restaurant terrace and nearby are astonishing.
Pros: + The location of the Guest House is very special. Isolated and far from crowded places, in the forest, almost on top of the hill. Due to this, there is is great view of the valley where Decin is located. + Good place visit with family + Next to the Guest House is a nice tower which offers a wonderful panorama of the entire region. + You can pay also with euro, not only krona
Cons: - The room where you have to leave your shoes can be a very bad experience, depending on the other guests (if they have smelly shoes). We had a horror day when the smell was awful. - You can pay only cash
Pros: Amazing location, breathtaking views, friendly and flexible staff, cozy rooms, delicious breakfast!
Cons: Only Czech TV
Pros: The view from the hotel is amazing. Sipping on that Czech pilsner and gazing out on the valley below was well worth the drive up. Breakfast was really good - items were replenished after they ran out, and there was a lot of selection of fruits, veggies, breads, meats and cheeses. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the food from the restaurant was great. Good value for money.
Cons: Breakfast was only served for one hour, from 8-9 am; it would have been nice if it could have stretched out til 10am, giving us more time to sleep in.
Pros: Staff was nice and did everything they could to be good hosts. Restaurant food was cheap and cheerful. Room prices are cheap, free parking.
Cons: Address & redirect from Booking.com to maps is simply WRONG!! THE HOTEL IS NOT NEXT TO THE SKI AREA, it's a 7min drive!! I'm super angry about this, since I picked the hotel because of the close location to the lifts!! There's a bus stop across the street, one bus seemed to run at night/4am in the morning, parked there for 20min with engine on, very annoying
Pros: Wifi was excellent.
Cons: Stinky gangway, stinky rooms, smelly bad and badsheets, no towel, disgusting floor. Old, not maintained. I recommend to booking.com to remove this panzion from the list. It was the first time I was very disappointed in a place booked through booking.com.
Pros: The owner and her partner are friendly and seem to be doing their best to run this place but it doesn’t make our experience any better. They made excuses they are "before reconstruction" but after reading the reviews it is obvious they have been saying this to every guest for some time.
Cons: Really worn-out facilities Smell of fried food and cigarettes in all rooms Dirty facilities (stained bathroom, carpets, windows, spider webs) Missing towels and toiletries (we got them in the end after several reminders) Food is decent (mostly deep-fried dishes) but for example, the wine was sour and full of flies Zero value for money
