Very good customer service. The hotel is very quaint with old world charm and elegance.
Superbe endroit, très agréable et bien situé.
Il y avait des chsveux sur les murs de la douche...Mais ça a été nettoyé rapidement
Great location (near subway), great facility (old mill, of course), fantastic buffets.
Our room was too hot. We ensured fireplace was off - still too hot. We turned off, yes, entirely off, the thermosat in mid-December - still too hot. We then opened both windows in mid-December - still too hot. Ultimately I turned on A/C at 4 am.
