Staff was great. Clean. Just over all nice place to stay. And best was they allowed our pets
When checking in the receptionist lady didn’t even welcome us or say hello. She didn’t look in my eyes when talking to me, instead she was on her computer doing work and talking to me at same time. When she gave me the room card she threw it on the counter instead of handed to me, she expected me to take it myself while I was waiting for her to look into my eyes and get off her computer. She didn’t direction us on how to get to our room, when I asked her she answered in 4 words while still on her computer without even looking at me. That was very disrespectful. Another thing that was very annoying is that noise of machines turned on which sounded like a very loud dishwasher, which kept the whole night coming from outside of our room. We couldn’t sleep because of it. I hope my comments take into consideration because respecting visitors is a necessity.
Comfy bed, nice sheets. Friendly cleaning staff.
Idling buses at main entrance, main desk indifference, Eglinton traffic mess.
Pool, beds were comfortable, big lobby.
The lady working at the bar was pretty rude.
Staff helpful in restaurant. Lovely inside swimming pool
