I liked pretty much everything about it. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. We could have stayed at a more expensive place, but we figured we would use the room to sleep and get cleaned up. The rest of the time would be spent sightseeing. The breakfast was a typical small Italian breakfast. Just coffee and a croissant. The ones are very nice and although there was a bit of a language barrier, we had no trouble communicating. I highly recommend this place for someone looking for a clean comfortable place without all of the amenities of a big hotel. We arrived about 3.5 hours before the check in time and figured we would just leave our bags and go sightseeing. The place is accessible through a locked gate with an intercom. Unfortunately, no one was there and we had to sit at the corner cafe for a few hours. As I stood outside the gate trying to call them, I could hear their phone ringing inside. So, I knew they were not there. Eventually someone answered and let us in.
design of the rooms location airconditioning style nice bathroom needed to check-out very sharply and were reminded about this 30 min prior the check-out
Great location steps away from Via Chiaia and Toledo, close to the Beverello port and Centro historico.
very nice place, beautiful terrace, excellent location for a city tour
The hotel staff was great. Nothing.
I enjoyed the designer atmosphere of my room. I liked my balcony. The breakfast was great...they have a panini maker! The complimentary cappicino was very good. I needed laundry done and they rushed it for me. The bed was very firm. I prefer a softer bed.
A clean, fresh, trendy hotel at a very could location. The staff was very friendly and they have a very good list with restaurants. The english language of the staff could be better.
The staff is excellent and superfriendly. The location is super: next to the Via Toledo, but very quiet because you stay on the fifth floor. The atmosphere breaths design and relaxation. From our terrace we couls see Mount Vesuvius on the one side and the hill with church on the other! And if you take your breakfast on the communal terrace then you hear the clocks of Santa Brigida right next to you, so what could you ask more? Right...
rooms were nice and clean, balcony view was good; location was great it was close to the historical piazzas and Via chiaia and Via toledo (which were not really that interesting but are 'to see streets' of Napoli) breakfast was poor and they couldnt manage to make hot cafe latte. It was very very difficult to find the hotel by car, there was absolutely no signs for the hotel on the streets. Because of one way streets, we had to park and walk to the hotel; even then, at the door of the hotel there was no label. The friendly coffee place was kind enough to walk us to the hotel and show the elevator inside the building. Only in the elevator, 5th floor said the name of the hotel! The reception was on the fifth floor so it looked like someone'e flat to us.
Very comfortable and clean accomodation with fresh and funky decor. Excellent location close to the gorgeous Umberto galleria, numerous clothes shops and coffee bars an ideal place to start exploring the charismatic streets of Napoli. Nice breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly, particularly Jasmine. The Church bells are rather noisy depending on what time you choose to sit on the roof terrace.
the hotel was ideal for us in terms of location,Having spent two days site seeing around Naples, I believe we made an excellent choice
From the moment I checked in, the staff who incidentally are the owners went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help with any questions that I had in regards to travelling around the city and sites to see. The room itself is kept immaculately clean and the view from the room was of the beautiful gardens. I strongly recommend this B&B unfortunately for the duration of my stay there was no Internet.
location, price, room noisy from outside
where the location is compared to the train station, unfortunately the city didn't match the hospitality of our hosts
very central. very close to public and national transport.
The reception staff was very kind and helpful. The room was also surprisingly spacious and clean despite the run down exterior. The Piazza Garibaldi is awful and I would avoid it if we ever went again. We were staying overnight to break a long jourey but would hesitate going again. The hotel was difficult to find and not well sign posted. With baggage, negotiating your way through the Piazza is difficult. Once we had found it though it seemed pretty secure. The breakfast is a joke so have a big dinner and plan for a big lunch! Having said all this I would be surprised if any hotel around the Piazza was really worth staying at.
The space of the room is large and clean. The bed is not comfortable, you can feel the spring of the bed. Very noisy you can hear all the noise in the room.
Room was spacious and clean.
The staff was very helpfull. We were surprised, that room was every day cleaned and towels changed. Room was clean. The space for two people was excelent. BB Hotel has good possition for trips start, very close to all transports and shops. Piazza Garibaldi is so pollution ... :-)), but all of Napoli is pollution. But I can reccomend to see it. The town live !!!
