The staff we so friendly and delighted to help. The room and the food were excellent, would definately recommend it again. The location was perfect for shops and beach.

Location was perfect right on the prom, breakfast selection was amazing and plenty choice. Great value for money and everything was spotlessly clean. We had the best room in the hotel 506 overlooking the beach and huge size rooms. Will def stay here again.

Even though we had the best room in the hotel the room was adjoining to 507 so just a door between us and we could hear everything (and i mean everything) in the other room. Few sleepless nights as they had parties and music blarring at 5 in the morn but hopefully next time we could have a quieter neighbour

Very good location, view from my room and also from the breakfast area are really nice!! Breakfast place is cosy and offered different type of food. Has own beach bar and only few steps from the sea. The room is nice, large and well equipped.

The room and view on standard side room was not good. Very overlooked with tiny balcony and hardly any sun

Loved the location, close to beach and restaurants on Carihuela Beach. Great breakfast and very relaxed atmosphere. Only had dinner once in the hotel and it was a great buffet with lots of choice and excellent value.

If I was being picky breakfast could be improved

Reasonable choice of fruits and cold meats with a wide selection of breads on offer. Nice and cool atmosphere.

Coffee making facilities in the room would have been a great improvement.

Sometimes beach bar service was slow but only when busy And the bed could have been more comfortable

The location was fantastic and the included breakfast was amazing with a huge range of choices including fried breakfast, cereals, fruit, pastries etc. There were always spare sun beds by the pool.

Our bed was very uncomfortable and sounded like it was about to collapse every time we moved!! No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and only a fridge so even though it was bed and breakfast you couldn’t actually make any food in the room.

On arrival our room had no balcony and asked to move to a balcony which was an extra cost. when booking there was nothing to say there would be no balcony. The room with balcony was ok but would not book through booking.com again re the rooms

Friendly helpful reception staff. Breakfast time finish at 10.30 with good choice of breakfast. We had booked half board and there was a good choice of evening meal although it was a little repetitive. Hotel overlooks the beach. The ease to use the facilitites of the neighbouring hotel within the MS group which had a larger pool and sunbed area directly looking over the beach. We used the Tropicana beach cafe operated by the hotel which was reasonably priced. A sundowner jug of sangria was very good. We had a lovely quiet room on the 5th floor overlooking the beach and pool. As football fans we were able to watch football on the tv in the lounge area. Each evening a pianist played background music which promoted a relaxing ambience.

Steps leading up to reception on arrival with heavy luggage. Although there is a disabled lift outside we had to seek assistance from reception to use it for the luggage. We found the evening meal had rather a lot of fish dishes with only one meat option most evenings. Only potato dish was chips!

Fabulous location, very clean , fresh bedding daily. Good choice for breakfast only negative was the bar closed early even for residents. One bar man lovely the other no customer service skills whatsoever.

The majority of the food served in the Self-service restaurant tended to be on the lukewarm to cold side, unless you took your meals immediately the restaurant opened.

Location is first class, right on the beach. Sea view room was a massive bonus. Hotel is deceptively large, and restaurant is large enough to accommodate breakfasts. Pool area is a ok, bit plain ...

Female receptionist very pleasant during the day. Evening man less than obliging and didn’t communicate well. No tea and coffee in the rooms would have improved this experience but fridge was a nice ...
