8.8 Excellent
Pros: Short ride to the airport without much traffic. B&B was immaculately clean and looked brand new. Good wifi. Good pizzeria/restaurant 5 minute walk. Supermarket 5 minute walk. Staff very nice and helpful. Free parking out front.
Cons: Stairs and no elevator to first floor, but Valeria helped us with our luggage. Shower floor "stickers" weren't secure and came loose and could have caused a fall. Very small village, safe, but looked a little rundown. Room wasn't provided with a frig or iron, but they were brought to the room at check in when requested. Breakfast hours from 8:30 seemed late, but a table was set up out side our room with coffee, croissants, juice, jam and water. Some milk or cream would have been nice. Yoghurt and fruit given to us the night before to refrigerate. Plastic cups for coffee seemed strange, but they didn't melt :-)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This b&b has been recently upgraded to very high standards and details. Everything is modern, well thought and thought with style. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. I wasn't expecting such a lovely place for the price we paid.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Restaurant was ordinary, cold atmosphere, uninviting, certainly not value for money. We have previously stayed at the Airport Hilton at Fiumicino and it was fantastic and actually cheaper than our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Will not book here again.
7.0 Good
Pros: good selection would like to have seen more variety of eggs and vegetable. Coffee machine run our of milk. Really attentive staff helping everyone.
Cons: decor was dated. Menu could be broader more vegan options and more fish would be nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good service in hotel restaurant. Excellent front desk staff- particularly Ioana (& another young woman who’s name I THINK began with a “C” - she was working until 6:30 pm on Feb. 27). Ioana communicated well with me by email when my husband had left some clothing in the room on our overnight stay there on Jan. 7. Clothing was then sent by courier to where we were staying in Tuscany- a good ending to the story! The other woman (long, dark hair) was working behind the desk on Feb.27, and remembered the incident. I believe she was also working the front desk the morning of January 8th when we departed. Whole staff great, but these 2 women were exceptional.
1.0 Poor
Pros: It’s location
Cons: The staff were very inhospitable and did not sympathize with us and the current COVID-19 restrictions
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room.
Cons: breakfast one staff member doing everything. Both pans of scrambled eggs empty. No one seemed in charge making sure food was replenished. Very disappointed, and like others in a rush to get shuttle to airport.

Cons: I can't think of a thing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was exceptional!
Cons: Risotto needs 3 more minutes cooking. Just a few small culinary touches. :)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice environment and setting. Very nice rooms and spa.
Cons: Breakfast needs better coffee, plain crouasants and more fresh bread.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The spa experience was exquisite. Guests should be informed of tipping procedures, as most of the time you are in a robe without your wallet. The rooms were fantastic and comfortable, although the luxuriousness of the tubs; their depth and lack of curtain, made the marble floors slippery. The breakfast was perfect.
Cons: The dinning room was lovely, as was the food, but it lacked seasoning and finesse. The service was a bit off, as one in our party was served her entree as an appetizer. Prices were at the high end for the overall experience value. Lovely wine list/selection.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property. Did not have time to try the Spa.
Cons: Would have preferred a shower to a bath but not that important

Best Western Hotel Rome Airport - Fiumicino - Building
7
8.0 Excellent (4,534 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Functional and well-appointed, the Best Western® Hotel Rome Airport is a modern 4 Star hotel situated very close to the main airport of Rome, the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport at Fiumicini. It is a truly strategic location for anyone stopping at the capitol during a business trip. The hotel's shuttle service is particularly convenient to and from the airport, and so are the meeting rooms with the capacity and equipment necessary to meet the needs of even the most sophisticated clients. For work meetings that go on for the whole day, the hotel offers its own catering for coffee breaks and buffet service and has an excellent restaurant with menus selected by the organizers offering traditional Roman and Lazio fish dishes with excellent wines from the cellar. For those traveling by car there is ample free private parking available which makes arriving and departing from the hotel that much easier. A convenient elevator takes clients to their floors, even those clients with different disabilities who have rooms especially equipped for them. The pleasant and cordial atmosphere offered by a staff with more than 20 years of experience in the hotel business, rooms that are welcoming, as well as a great cuisine, all contribute to making the Best Western® Hotel Rome Airport the ideal place to stay during a tourist visit. All areas are welcoming, starting from the reception (check-in 24 hours a day), to the large and bright television and reading rooms, the bar, which remains open all day long, the restaurant, and the breakfast room, where typical Italian cafeteria breakfast and buffets are served. Where not included in the rate, breakfast can be purchased at the hotel, at 7 EUR per person, per day. City fee excluded (3 EUR per night, per adult over 10 years old) and 10% VAT included.
4.0 Okay
Pros: nothing
Cons: WIFI was poor, the rooms need up dating the shower drain is in real need of cleaning. No wash cloths, the breakfast buffet was not very good.
4.0 Okay
Pros: We stayed during the Covid pandemic, however, the restaurant was open in the evening and, although the menu was limited, the food was great. The breakfast was also served at a reduced capacity but the staff has been great (Mr. Amro has been particularly nice).
Cons: The shuttle is not free, it was well indicated so it was not a surprise, but when you add 28 Euro (from/to airport) to your bill what you pay for your stay is not matched by the quality of the room. We were told by the staff that the breakfast would have been complimentary (even though when we booked it was clearly mentioned it was a 7 Euro extra), however it got charged, it was surely in line with the booking but we got disappointed nonetheless. Considering the breakfast costs the overall charges certainly are worth of a much better accommodation.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Shuttle was not identified and pick up from the airport was a problem had to take a cab.called 3 times trying to find the pickup point. No one was clear about where the pick up was.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Close the the airport and a couple of restaurants nearby, the room seemed clean.
Cons: The room was hot (25 degrees Celsius) and couldn't figure out how to turn it down, and the shower drain was clogged so that we couldn't shower for more than a minute or so without the shower pan overflowing.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: I had no idea of the extra Euro 7/per person charges for van to airport
7.0 Good
Pros: location was great for what we needed on this trip
Cons: I though charging 7 Euro per person for the airport shuttle was a ripoff
5.0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to Airport
Cons: The pillows are like ROCKS!!!

Hotel Chopin - Fiumicino - Bedroom

7.0 Good
Pros: The staff are amazing helpful but the hotel itself the location is far from any attractions, you need a car for travel
Cons: Not many vegetarian dishes
4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff were great, next morning staff member ensured I was awake in order to do not miss my flight!
Cons: -No hot water running, breakfast included with the stay but not ready the next morning before 6:30, so had to leave with an empty stomach.
6.0 Good
Pros: Desk staff: very friendly, though not terribly effectual. Close to the airport; Room: clean.
Cons: Hotel overall: dusty, run-down; dining room: kitschy, dusty; food: expensive, disappointing; outdoor dining: unbearable lighting - couldn't wait to finish dinner to get out of the dismal setting. Notes: (BTW, one of us speaks passable Italian after a year of living in Italy) Immediately upon arrival we asked for a taxi to a restaurant 15 minutes away & were told they had a restaurant right there, why did we want to go out? We were looking forward to our final meal in Rome at a historical little Ostia Antica restaurant nearby. He called a taxi & over the next hour we were told repeatedly that it would be '3 minutes', 'driver is on the way', as there were several conversations between the driver & desk clerk - taxi never came & ww missed last available reservation at 10:30 pm. (Should have walked, but uncertain about safety of late night, roadside walking for two women.) Local taxi refused to take us to the hotel. Shuttle to/from airport was advertised, but airport pick-up site was extremely unclear, with little help from hotel desk - it ended up being tucked away, with scant signage, so DO ask for specific instructions on the location. When we checked in we paid for 6am pick-up, but driver very nearly drove away without us, insisting we had not paid, & desk clerk was befuddled, despite it being written on our ticket.

1.0 Poor
Cons: I did not think it was at the level of a 4 star. It had no pool or place to eat at the hotel. And the AC did not work. Did not feel like a safe area to walk around. I then got charged for extra guest to have a extra bed and it was like a couch.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Location, close to airport.
Cons: Service when we arrived was sub-par. No one at front desk and was treated with attitude. The room was hot and humid and we could not regulate the temperature. you need to tell the front desk because they have access to thermostats. room smelled bad.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Wifi
Cons: Nothing to eat, Breakfast starts 07:00 and for a hotel thta is nearby the airport should be more flexible as most of the morning flights start around 08:00 so you don't have the time for breakfast.
7.0 Good
Pros: The inside of the hotel was well appointed, the room was very nice just a little small (for the Large Room). It was close to the airport. There is a market close by as well as restaurants and a short walk to the sea.
Cons: Location, it is packed into what seems to be a suburban area, Minimal parking in the gated lot, probably enough for 10 cars. Second floor balcony had a view of the neighboring buildings.
6.7 Good
Pros: Clean room, nice balcony I mean huge...! The hotel upper floors look like they might be nice? The sausage pizza by the dock is incredible.
Cons: If you like sleeping on concrete, this place is for you, that mattress was brutal! $20 euros to go 3 blocks, No Uber here, overheard the guy wanting 30 to the receptionist but she had already told me 20, Don’t walk alone at night, go as a group. Stay at one of the airport hotels they have to be more comfortable. Thought we’d stay at the beach on Rome’s airport destination on the Mediterranean...? Poor port city the dock is so deteriorated the rebar is showing

3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The cat
Cons: The minuscule shower, no decent restaurant around the hotel, the 60 Eros by can to get there (10 now than to the airport) and then the 20 Eros charged and not told about, for the 5 minute ride to the airport for an early morning flight.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Very good location considering how close it is to the airport. We had a great and convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. Definitely recommended for a stay in Fiumicino.

Pros: Thomas was very welcoming and we were made us feel special. It was quiet, calm and a relaxing place to stay. We had amazing breakfasts (we were there for four of them). Thomas`s mum even made the most wonderful tarts included in the breakfast. The lovely cleaners would attend to our room everyday, something we were not use to. We didn`t find it an issue traveling into Rome city on the bus and metro. Our room was lovely as was the property. Thank you everyone at ENEAHOUSE for making our stay so special.
Cons: We couldn`t stay longer.

Pros: I loved the layout of the room -- nice size with double doors that opened up directly outside. It also had air conditioning, the only hotel during my stay in Italy with it so it was very much appreciated. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Also, it's located pretty centrally to Fiumicino, close to great restaurants. You HAVE to try the seafood, one of the best dinners I had in Italy. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price range.
Cons: The bed felt like a hospital bed -- very stiff and I could feel every spring.
