In the heart of Saint Sernin the hotel Bernard Arnaud, is part of the old architectural buildings of Toulouse. Renovated in 2008, the hotel has kept its intimate charm with antique décor throughout. The hotel offers newly decorated rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, flat screen, satellite channels, and free wifi that will make your stay unforgettable. Nearest subway station (Compans Cafarelli) The hotel is located 50m from a guarded public parking area and there is a shuttle to the airport Toulouse-Blagnac.
nice small hotel, historic building, rennovated room, very clean, excellent value for money to me. There were still some rennovations going on on the outside of the hotel.
Great location (vibrant area, near the airport shuttle and metro; lovely walk down Rue de Taur to the Capitole). Lovely owner. Good continental breakfast with excellent coffee!
The rooms are too small (In at least one, the door has to open into the hall because there is no room to open inwardly!). Square onto which the hotel faces can be very noisy. On one night there were people drinking and singing until 5:30 am. There was one day on which our room was not serviced and the towels are not changed daily.
Nice situation in the old downtown Toulouse. Near to touristic objectives. Nice and kind personnel. Fair price.
The hotel is located in typical "southern-France" tenement-house, at a small square. Rooms are small, but if you need only to sleep there, the beds are ok. Bathroom - very nice. The area (square) is full of places to eat and drink (restaurants, bars, tapas), and it seems to be a favorite place for young people from the surrounding streets. So it's quite noisy outside in the evenings. Fortunately, the aircon in rooms work silently and if you close windows, you can't hear the noise and have a peaceful sleep :-) On the other hand, if you would mix with the local people and feel the night mood of Toulouse - it's the best place possible!
no place to work in the room (chair, desk), no closet for shirts and jackets (just a hanger on the floor), no place to put away the soap in the shower cabin.
I'm afraid this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Tatty, dingy, seriously over-priced and in desperate need of refurbishment. Until then it should close or review its pricing structure - Toulouse has much better to offer.
Very good location
Room in need of modernisation and bathroom damp and needing modernised too.
Thd air conditioning worked well
Narrow winding stairs to the second floor with suitcases
Rooms have not been changed in the
