room was very nicely appointed, clean, frindly staff, close to lots of restaurants and some shopping. Walking distance to the Strand which is a nice area to walk along.
workout room did not have very much equipment and it was not in good working condition.
The location and parking
It was very close to Plume Street where we had our Wedding Reception.
Although I rang twice, they couldn't guarantee me a 1 o'clock book in for my husband to prepare for our Wedding.
Location was great, staff were very friendly & helpful, hotel room was really nice & comfortable - good size too.
The hotel was in a good location very clean and comfortable good size rooms and king beds which you don't allways get.
Very stylish, classy with a very modern feel. The room was very well appointed and as you walked in you new you had made 5the right choice.
Close proximity to restaurants.
Was quite noisy. Could hear the neighbors and felt like they could hear you. Felt less like a "getaway" because the building has permanent residents.
The room was excellent. The bathroom was great. All round great room
Can't think of anything
This recently built hotel is still very new looking. The rooms were very well equipped & the spa in the room was very welcoming!
We stayed in a 1 bedroom spa & we could clearly hear our neighbours in the interconnecting/dual key room(who we did not know). The doors/walls are obviously very thin?
