Pros: Super accommodation, lovely hosts, separate and independent, good breakfast, secure, spotless, really comfortable, great location, good tv, host speaks enough English if you don't speak French.
Cons: Steps a little steep if old or inform. If mobility issues its a no go but otherwise brilliant. The entry into the bathroom us quirky - mind your head if over four feet. But not a problem so don't let it stop you staying here. It's superb.
Pros: Everything....lovely room. Comfy bed. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike....thankfully.
Pros: Bridget the host was exceptional, Belle was even better ! The location, the facilities, the helpful attentive host was wonderful after a long drive. La Vigne location is perfect whilst exploring, or driving across France. The grounds are relaxing, the bedroom exceptional, breakfeast perfect.......nothing can be faulted....enjoy
Cons: nothing,,it was perfect..
Pros: We loved everything , our hosts were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast served in room was fresh and tasty with the best jam I’ve had in years. We will be making this our stop on next journey. Peaceful location and beautiful surroundings
Cons: All fabulous
Cons: Everything perfect
Pros: The room was so beautiful and relaxing, and the bathroom was a dream
Cons: Nothing at all.
Pros: Beautifully decorated and quirky rooms. Breakfast was superb and the scenery in Saint Jean de Rebervillier was charming.
Pros: Own access to room without disturbing the host. Friendly French host whose English was better than our French. Lovely breakfast in our room as weather didn’t allow us to have it in the garden. Situated in nice village opposite the village pond.
Cons: Nothing, wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: This place is like having an overnight with your favourite aunty who then spoils you rotten. Be prepared to be part of the family, including Heidi the dog and Margot the tortoise and just go with it. Micheline and Jean are so sweet and you really are part of the establishment. Very clean, lots of room with a separate lounge with fridge and kettle. Not much in Treon but only 30 mins from Chartres. Lovely breakfast in good company in the family lounge.
Cons: A bit faded and could do with a bit of an update . Slightly odd bathroom arrangements.
Pros: We had a lovely stay here with very friendly hosts. Our accommodation was large with a little terrace too. Super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, cheeses, ham, melon and cherries plus yoghurt and croissants, we couldn’t do it justice! The position was very convenient, rural but close to main roads and a hyper market. Would highly recommend
Pros: The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - the best continental breakfast I've had! The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The room facilities were very good. Highly recommended.
Pros: First of all i would like to thank the owners of the property for their hospitality. The house is located is the small village of Treon at only 1 hour from Paris. If you want to sleep well and relax, i highly recommend this property.
Pros: Warm welcome, very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast selection exceptionally good.
Pros: Lovely hosts, who despite speaking little or no english, made us feel extremely welcome and at home. The room was excellent with a huge bathroom and separate living area with a small kitchenette allowing us to make a drink and keep things cold in the fridge etc... We ate on the little balcony outside our room. The breakfast was incredible with a wide selection on offer.
Cons: Nothing - everything was excellent.
Pros: Fantastic suite for a family of 4 , we were made to feel so welcome. Delicious breakfast , varied and so fresh and even had home made orange juice and jams. Lovely setting. Thank you. Remember you need to pay with cash.
Pros: We have stayed here before and everything was excellent and will more than likely stay again.
Cons: Everything was excellent
Pros: Beautiful house, host couple were so very kind and friendly.Breakfast was a true feast! We can't wait to return.
Pros: Very welcoming couple. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable bed.
Cons: Off the beaten track.Very steep drive for secure parking. 20 minutes to any shops. No cafe or restaurant within walking distance. The rooms need a bit of TLC.
Pros: Clean and comfortable with a wonderful hostess.
Pros: Very friendly hosts. Plenty of opportunity to practise and improve my french conversation!
Cons: Thought we booked in "Laon" - then realized it was near LAONS. Even though we immediately contacted the hotel - they said: " Even though it's only been less than 4 minutes ~ we're keeping your money. !
Pros: The cleanliness was outstanding, the welcome very warm but it was better that we spoke some French rather than rely on English. If French can be spoken, this location is outstanding for an overnight stop en route to Calais. Quiet suburban location close to 'chain' eateries. To be able to put the car behind locked gates was very much appreciated. A two bedroomed guest house very worth considering. 'Madame' is a very lively character ably supported by a quieter husband - but some French makes for the very much for an added bonus when staying here,
Cons: For the money, cleanliness and welcome nothing extra could be asked for. Croissants for breakfast would have been welcome but that would be the only negative comment. Freshly squeezed orange juice was excellent however
Pros: The owners were very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Friendly, very effecient. Close to restaurants.
Pros: nice and quiet facility, spacious room very well equipped. the hosts are extremely friendly and nice. we enjoyed the stay very much.
Cons: the bathroom is very nice, spacious and well equipped, but it is external to the room.

Pros: The accomodation is comfortable and very peaceful. A lovely appartment.
Cons: The wifi was disappointing as it is not always compatible with Apple and the signal was very weak.
Pros: Self catering a plus to suit my personal diet. Good facilities, Good amenities if you dont want to cook yoruself. Easy to find, parking was available. Shops were in walking distance. There were the simple comforts of life like a dressing gown etc. the balcony was nice. There was a gymn and swimming pool.
Cons: It is clearly a facility designed for elderly people, and some people would be put off by this. The furniture had a certain utilitarian quality. It was a shame the pool was not operational at the time of my visit as I had selected this accomodation because of it! The WIFI was difficult to connect and I had to get a separate usercodes for each device. The code only worked for one day and I had to get another one. Also the WIFI was too slow to be convenient e.g. will not play movies without stopping
Pros: The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Spacious rooms.
Cons: At arrival reception gave me my apartment key and told me where to find the apartment. Later I took my dog out for a walk, leaving by the main gate - which was open. On return the gate was closed. Went in via small gate some way away from main one. Then could not get back into the building. Had to buzz for assistance and told to use key fob. In the dark it was difficult to see where the fob had to be touched, but trial and error got the main doors open. Next morning I left at 6.00 am and reception is not manned until 8.00. I drove the car to the main gate which was closed as it had been the previous night. There was an infra- red light which was pointed down at the car and two warning lights on the gate. But the gate dod not open. Went back to building and after five minutes or so a lady went into the reception and spotted me. She said the automatic opening device did not work and that you had to use your hands to push the large sliding gate open. Reception really should explain to guests how to use the key fob to re-enter the building and having said that I would be leaving around 6.00 am explained that you had to push open the main gate. In the dark and heavy rain this was quite a process.
Pros: The amenities in the apartment were excellent. Robe slippers, beverage facilities. Restaurant on site!
Cons: Didn’t know it was a retirement home with hotel facilities.
Pros: Beautifully appointed, huge apartment on the second floor with 2 large bedrooms, lovely bathroom with walk in shower, separate toilet, lounge and balcony. The kitchen, with dining table for two adjacent, is fully equipped with large fridge, electric kettle, toaster, microwave. There is a large lift and the building is bright and welcoming, as are the staff. So glad we found this accommodation and will return on future visits to France.
Pros: A little unexpected. Gated accommodation and turned out to be mainly a home for old people. I think (but I’m not certain) that they let out spare flats. Very spacious pleasant accommodation.
Cons: Realised too late that towels and other items were missing. The concierge finishes at 8pm and only cleaning staff thereafter.
8.7 Excellent (394 reviews)

Very well equipped catering area, loo, shower/basin, all off corridor to large double bedroom with comfy bed. Moto made welcome in garage. Shop about 6kms away. Given key for gate, and left when I wanted after perfectly adequate breakfast.
Cons: A bit more off the beaten track than I had thought, perhaps.
Pros: Location in small traditional village very pleasant and very quiet. Decent sized rooms. Natalie very helpful, and provided excellent vegetarian dinner at a modest price. Wifi functioned well.
Cons: Only problem was with booking.com which cancelled our original booking for reasons I don't understand.
Pros: -Nice garden -The host was kind -Two really cute cats -Clean and nice room
Cons: -Really basic kitchen (for bigger cooking sessions not eliqible) -Shared bathroom and toilet -Dog pinched me in my leg. My leggings was broken! The host just explained that the dog takes care of the house. No further apology. I now had to buy a new one!
Pros: Location size ambiance
Cons: Privacy basic kitchen
Pros: Wonderful garden that we could sit in and a very friendly host who cooked us a lovely, reasonably priced dinner
With a stay at Hotel le Beffroi in Dreux, you'll be a 3-minute walk from Dreux Museum of Art and History and 11 minutes by foot from Dreux Saint-Louis Royal Chapel. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location was excellent for exploring the town
Cons: As we were on the top floor a lift would have been extremely useful
Pros: Very central hotel, in an old house. The dining room was neat, overlooking the riverbank, the breakfast with eggs, salami, cheese, coffee, cakes.
Cons: It's was very uncomfortable if you come by car. You don't even have a place where you leave it to take out the luggage from the car unless you violate traffic laws.
Pros: Hotel was central, great position. Rooms excellent and comfortable. Breakfast very good. The welcome and help from the person who greeted us on arrival and who was on duty throughout our stay was brilliant. She was really friendly and helpful
Cons: You had to pay for parking. As we paid more than normal for the stay we felt there should have been at least a discount for parking.
Pros: Good breakfast. Location
Cons: Lift for heavy cases

After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Dreux hotel features parking on site.
Pros: Location very central.
Cons: Parking for two nights quite difficult. Not hotel's fault though it doesn't have it's own car park as it is right in the centre of town - Dreux not very tourist friendly.
Pros: The breakfast was very good with high class products and the breakfast room was bright and welcoming. The hotel is right opposite the covered market so it was nice to have a leisurely stroll around the pedestrian area around the hotel.
Cons: Not very easy to park short stay for unloading the baggage.Perfec
Pros: Its no nonsense. Codes for all doors so cannot lock yourself out if keycard stops working. Good location in Dreux
Cons: Breakfast was not great. Poor selection. 1 fruit available and sometimes stale. Coffee was dull and lukewarm.
Pros: I had asked for a quiet room and really appreciated to have been given a quiet room on the third floor.. When I arrived I was welcomed by a very helpful young man who told me everything I needed to know. The room was very clean , the bed very comfortable . The cleaners were discreet when doing their job and this allowed me to sleep longer which helped as I had come to compete in the french athletics championships.. The B&B was ideally situated for that purpose . It's closeness to shops was great.
Cons: I would have liked to have a kettle and cup to be able to make my own tea/coffee .
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Room was small
Pros: Very helpful staff. Comfortable stay
Pros: Very close to old town.
Cons: On original booking.com webpage it says hotel has parking, but doesn’t tell you it is a nearby underground car park you have to pay for (and it’s not particularly cheap). Didn’t like the ‘fuss’ of the unattended digital access to the hotel.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and multilingual staff. Planning an event in Dreux? This hotel has facilities measuring 334 square feet (31 square meters), including a meeting room. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel was ok. Fairly basic but ok for our purpose, which was a one night stop en route to elsewhere.
Cons: Reception was a little off hand
Cons: Very noisy around 3 am till 4:30. Cars parked opposite the hotel with loud music and lots of shouting
Cons: Place was run door had to move rooms never worth 100 euros I was done !!
Pros: Convenient location for an overnight stop, good evening meal (we especially liked the buffet dessert option with lots of little tasters) and breakfast, comfortable bed, good blackout with roller shutter, friendly helpful staff who spoke enough English, decaff coffee available on request, with kettle, etc., in room. Very good shower, free WiFi, relaxed check-out (i.e. not by 10am)
Cons: Shame the dinner menu was the same as we'd had the previous night at Campanile Clermont Ferrand, although the Specials were different, thankfully, and were tasty, though we would have liked more vegetables - not just a mountain of green beans. Somewhat irritating to have to keep signing in to the WiFi, but at least it worked.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, all the facilities.
Cons: The staff on reception were multi-tasking, with the restaurant, so a small wait at reception.
Pros: Breakfast was okay. Dinner was poor, We had better food, presented better at La source, Orleon in June so we were expecting more care taken with the food.
Cons: The overworked staff and unfriendly welcome.
Located in Dreux, Kyriad Direct Dreux is within a 5-minute drive of Stade Joel-Cauchon and Dreux Saint-Louis Royal Chapel. Planning an event in Dreux? This hotel has facilities measuring 323 square feet (30 square meters), including a meeting room. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Good place to stay. Is undergoing renovations but not intrusive. Good breakfast provided, facilities all good just needed a fan in the room. Close walking distance to a supermarket, takeaway and restaurants.
Cons: Could do with Air Con in the rooms or maybe a fan as it was quite warm.
Cons: We did not have breakfast on tis visit as on our previous visit breakfast was very poor. There was not milk for the cereals and only 1 slice of bread between two of us.
Pros: Very fresh and nice
Cons: The paint work in the room was badly finished
Pros: Bathroom was all new
Cons: The bed was very old and uncomfortable
Pros: Situation was fine, handy for a restaurant and a lovely boulangerie & also very near to a petrol station.
Cons: The room & bathroom were ok if a little tired. The corridor floor tiles were coming apart. There was a smell of smoke in the two rooms we booked on the ground floor. When we arrived at 7pm there was no one in reception & eventually had to phone the hotel to make ourselves known. The male receptionist when he came was very dour & not at all welcoming.
Pros: We had to change out booking when l phoned it was no problem and l received an email straight away l then ask for a downstairs room and again email back to say that was no problem This is our second year staying at the hotel and we will be returning next year for 2 stays one in May the other September returns
Cons: The toilet seat was broken that was the only thing I did email to say that we left a toy chicken in the hotel which is my puppies favourite but had no reply please if you could send back to me l dont mind reimbursing the hotel
Cons: The room although clean smelled of stale bodies and cigarettes. The shower sprayed water onto an electric light. The bed cover was torn and frayed. Mainly though after a very long drive there wasn't a cold beer available!!!!
Pros: The staff were helpful and apologetic for the noise and rudeness of the drunk man in reception at 6.30am!!!
Cons: The room was dirty and in much need of quality redecorating (not just a scruffy lick of paint). The throws and blankets on the beds were old, smelly, torn and had holes in. The bathroom was poorly cleaned... hair in the corners and behind the loo, plus a pubic hair still on the shower head. Room didn't even have a kettle, not to mention no bedside table. The breakfast was minimal. A stark difference and unexpected disappointment from the kyriad hotel we stayed at the previous night in Limoges for only 11€ more!!!
With a stay at Premiere Classe Dreux in Dreux, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Dreux Saint-Louis Royal Chapel and Dreux Museum of Art and History. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nothing would never use this place again Only the town of Dreux makes up for it
Cons: Scruffy run down dirty yet same price as newer hotels
Cons: booking.com gives price INCL tax. we had to pay additional tax.
Pros: Convenient for the town centre.
Cons: The room was in a very poor state and had not been painted in years. The bathroom door was covered in black mould and the toilet seat was completely loose. The ceiling of the room had several areas of damage on which no attempt had been made to repair or cover up. The bed-sheets were clean but too small to fit the bed properly. I will NOT stay again at a Premier Classe hotel despite having had a better experience in one of yours in Le Mans on two occasions.
Pros: Bed was very comfortable we really appreciated it
Cons: My husband is registered blind and quite a few of the outside lights were not working this could have been hazardous for him had l not been with him as his guide please tell the management to have light bulbs reinstalled
Cons: We have stsyex in a lot of priemiere clssse hotels in France and this was the worst. Room needs complete redecoration, spills on walls, front door very dirty, cigarette burns on floor, hot and cold caps removed from shower taps, washbasin badly marked. Bed felt cold and damp Bathroom door did not close properly
Pros: It was surprisingly quiet overnight and bang on the route
Cons: Rooms are tired and drab, the bathroom really needs attention, cracked sink and mediocre shower, and a sheet that didnt fit the bed. Breakfast was acceptable . The only bright point was the staff were helpful.

Pros: Not much
Pros: Cheap. Staff pleasant enough but in the end you get what you pay for and there wasn't much of an alternative.
Cons: Location on an industrial estate - nearest food some walk away.
Pros: We did not stay, did not realise it was so basic - my fault really, should have guessed by the cheap price. Ok for someone who just wants to put their head down for the night and move on quickly in morning.
Pros: The location
Cons: Very unclean somewhere truckers or workmen would stay we actually walked out
Pros: Comfy bed and great blackout blind, sink in room. On site car park
Cons: One long shared pillow.
Cons: Smell of smoke in the rooms no towels or soap, poor location from the town, door lock missing no sink plug..
Pros: we did not have breakfast
Cons: as expected it is a very tired ex formula 1 hotel but survived our purposes,
Cons: This hotel has the appropriate name ( A lemon). It looks like an old Formala 1 hotel which has been left to go into disrepair until it is no longer viable Television does not work on complete site, lock fitting on door missing. no soap in shower. general condition of hotel not good.
