I enjoyed my stay at the hotel La Greppia. The welcoming and gentilness of Antonio and his wife was great. The fact that the hotel has a restuarant is a great asset. The rrom was big and comfortable.
Antonio and his family made us feel like part of the family. The food was great and the atmosphere fantastic. They were helpful with lots of local knowledge and advice. The hotels location is close to many attractions. It is kept very clean. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel. We have already recommended it to our travel agent. Thanks again Antonio.
the personnel was extremly helpful in my stay,a very quite restful place. yes the lack of an elevator
The hospitality is very good. The room was well kept and clean. I am very happy with my stay.
The local countryside, and was not busy. The steps were steep 3 levels no lift
The hotel is fairly new, clean and affordable. Nice pool (not heated) and good restaurant. There was a wedding the night we stayed and the noise from the garden made it difficult to sleep. Friendly staff. They allow dogs, but only small ones.
The restaurant was excellent and the pool was lovely and relaxing. The views were amazing and we would stay there again. Loved the chestnut grove and just walking around the grounds. FIrst hotel we stayed at in our little tour of north/central Italia that had good internet. The staff was very helpful and the room we had for four was perfect with balcony and little sitting room just off the balcony and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was included in the price and really delicious with quite a variety of choices. It was further from the coast than we thought.
The swimming pool was excellent. the staff were friendly. It was nice to sit outside with a drink at night after dinner.Breakfast was very good. Resaurant service was very patchy-good one night, poor the next. The rooms were very dated. Quite isolated if you stayed for a few nights.
The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The setting was quiet and relaxing. The pool looked inviting. The design of the room was cramped; difficult to move around in. The staff was not very friendly or warm.
The man at reception was very friendly and kind. He carried two massive, heavy bags for me. It is rather far from the Cinque Terre though not bad if one doesn't mind driving for an hour.
The room was a reasonable size and had a good shower.Efficient service in the restaurant despite the coach party. A large coach party was staying at the same time and they took up most of the dining room so we felt a bit left out as we were the only couple. There was heavy rain during our overnight stay so we were unable to see the grounds properly to make a comment on them. The coach party had already had breakfast by the time we came down in the morning and there wasn't much cheese/meat etc left, we had to request more. This should have been replaced without us having to ask for it.
Staff, room clean, big and nice, location poor internet connection, breakfast could be better
