Great location. Great value.
Very very helpful staff, great location.
Able to keep bicycles in safe place
Fantastic location in the centre of Arenas. Lots of nice bars/restaurants around. 10 minutes drive to Poncebos for access to the Picos de europa national park and the stunning Cares gorge hike. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel. The only drawback was that the room had no a/c and it was very hot in the middle of August!
The friendly staff and the relaxed atmosphere. 1. The fact that the other guests were not careful at all when closing the doors. It was very annoying. 2. We were supposed to pay €213, but we ended up paying €213,61. It is not a great difference but we cannot understand why that happened.
Location. The bedroom was very pleasent. Big and confortable bed. Bathroom with window. the breakfast was not appropriate to a 3 start hotel. Cleaning of the room was not very effective.
location of hotel is very good, relative to the town and to the Cares Gorge.
The views! Insufficient secure parking, room for 5 cars at the hotel and 30 cars in a field down by the river and the subsequent trek back to hotel.
The location is ideal and you gave clear instructions on how to find it by road. There is ample parking nearby when the hotel car park is full. All staff friendly, helpful & courteous. Room facilities very good. It is a shame that the restaurant is closed for evening meals on Tuesdays. It would save your clients having to hunt around for an alternative restaurant. Most other restaurants in town also close on the same day.
Friendly helpful welcoming staff. Quiet hotel, comfortable serviceable rooms and nice bar. Nice clean swimming pool. Restaurant was not always open in evening although when it was the food was fine. Breakfast could be better
the confort of the room and the surroundings
Pretty hotel on the outskirts of the village. All restaurants are a drive away. Lovely traditional Spanish breakfast.
Location in the center of the Picos . Near to walks. The hotel itself looked beautiful beneath the mountains with a stream rushing past. I read the guest comments and a few mentioned the quality of the food and that it was good value. This was one of the main reasons I booked the room .Although it was only mid September the dining room was closed. A great disapointment!

Location for walking in Picos National Park, really nice room and building.
excellent staff, parking and internet cold in our room, poor lighting for reading.
Position of hotel and views
Central location. Reasonable cost of drinks and convenient parking. For the cost, this was a good hotel.
The helpfulness of the staff. They arranged minibuses for us and gave quality information on where we wanted to go
the helpfulness of staff It was next to a main road and noisy and without the windows open it became unbearably hot at night. There was no parking.
large room, nice view car parking
New and clean
the staff were very friendly, helpfull and were forgiving of our poor spanish language skills. the hotel is very well placed for exploring the picos.
The staff is excelent (nice and very helpfull). They gave us a room on the top floor with no windows, only a skylight. We could only see the view climbing a chair...
Hotel staff very polite.
pleasant and quiet all OK
good location close to beach, Picos de Europa, you can make nice walks along the coastal path just behind the hotel. no breakfast buffet, you have to ask for everything, but the staff is very nice, family hotel
The hotel owners & staff were so friendly, they made us feel very welcome. there were 16 of us turned up on 11 scooters!!! But this didn't stop them making us feel welcome.the hotel was faultless, they told us which restaurant to eat in & it was fantastic. we would just like to add this extra special thank you to the owners for making our stay so enjoyable.... andy from leeds, west yorkshire, england.
The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly. The location is just off the footpath that follows the northern route of the Camino de Santiago, the cliffs are accessible, beaches are about an hours walk away, and there are a couple of places to eat. This hotel represents good value for money, is set in a nice area, and I would go back again The breakfast was limited but OK. To make the most of a stay here, you should have a car and being happy to drive each day.
Very relaxed and friendly, hotel owners always happy to help, and the activities they organised were excellent. Extremely beautiful spot. There could be a bit more communication at the start of the stay about how things are run eg ordering food in the restaurant; how activities are organised.
The views were stunning and being just outside the town it was also very quiet. The staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful and the small garden area just outside the reception/ bar area very pleasant to sit in after a day out. The dinning room had a varied and reasonably priced menu and the food was very good. I was surprised not to find a plug in the bedroom as I wanted to charge my mobile telephone. It would also have been an advantage to have a small table to sit at.
Nice cosy atmosphere and friendly staff
had an amazing weekend at this hotel, the staff were absolutely wonderful, they even gave us a lift to a bus station quite a long way from Arenas de Cabrales on the final day. The food was amazing and great value for money, the room was full of character and very clean, and the views all around the hotels are indescribable. The perfect place to stay during your trip to the Picos de Europa mountains.
We had a very relaxing time at the hotel due to it's brilliant location
