Hotel Plaza Escribano - Moguer - Building
1
9.0 Excellent (292 reviews)
Overview Reviews
This hotel is in the centre of the authentic Andalusian town of Moguer, by the river Tinto. It is built around three attractive patios. Rooms at the Hotel Plaza Escribano are set around the inner patios. There is free Wi-Fi in all rooms. The Plaza Escribano has a nice lounge and a library with a fireplace. The décor is inspired by Nobel Prize-winning poet Juan Ramón Jiménez. This famous writer was born in Moguer. His house, now a museum, can be visited. The town also has many historical monuments. These include the Castle, the Santa Clara Convent and the San Francisco Convent. The beaches of the Costa de la Luz are a short drive away. The Doñana Natural Park is also nearby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel exceeded my expectations. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us good advice on where to eat locally, and also arranged for us to park in the hotel garage (parking nearby is difficult...). The rooms were scrupulously clean and the beds very comfortable.
Cons: Parking is a problem. The hotel has only one garage space which you can book, and it is a little walk to reach it. Luckily we were able to secure it
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything easy.
Cons: The bath smell bad
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean with modern decorations. There was a lot of space around the bed.
Cons: The floor was very cold and the room allowed in little natural light which made it seem colder
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Walk-in showernow with hand grab fitted on my request. Excellent breakfast, with good coffee.
Cons: Unless you know how to find the hotel,it is easy to get lost in the maze of one way streets, which were designed for horses not cars. If anyone needs an easy way to find it,I will write it out.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location easy walking distance from everything Attractive building Breakfast included amazing giant local strawberries!
Cons: If the staff spoke a few words of English

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to get to on main street, very clean room and friendly staff, accommodating space for our bikes and nice rooftop terrace. Good for one night.
Cons: All was good.
6.3 Good
Pros: The staff were helpful and nice. The lobby and terrace looked nice. There was a private garage.
Cons: The room and jetted tub were not at all like the photo used for the room I reserved. The room was old, water leaked through the doors to the balconies, and the tub was very small, as opposed to the one in the photo that would have had room for me to actually fit in and move. I am average size, 5'4" not overweight. The large jetted tub in the photo is why I chose this place. The insulation was so bad it was hard to keep the room warm, the street noise was noticeable, and noise from other guests was VERY loud. The worst place I've stayed in 9 weeks in Spain, including lower cost youth hostels and similar or lower cost hotels. It's in a less attractive part of town. No fridge. I was trying to treat myself a little better spending 39 euros here instead of less elsewhere. I wish I had that money back. But I did enjoy the tub as much as I could and had a safe place to sleep.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: After a long journey it was nice to be welcomed with a bottle of cold water or an orange juice...nice touch. Great value for money
Cons: The fact that we had to go out to get breakfast but as it happened we got breakfast just across the road. But let us not forget what we paid for the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Very helpful people, clean.... Arrived early (earlier then expected) room was ready. Great place to store my bike! Leaving early wasn’t a problem... just great overall!!
Cons: nothing!!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room ok size, but had a jacuzzi style bath which was great. Location is perfect to explore the city too.
Cons: TV only had loud setting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here on a road trip from Portugal to Malaga . near the motorway and easy to find . friendly ,clean and good value for money .

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was lovely!! And the food really nice.
Cons: It’s not I didn’t like it, it’s that it was a bit far from the city, however as a Rural Property it is perfect if you want a quiet place.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We were delighted to learn that within five minutes walking distance is the simple, humble birthplace of of the great 20th century Spanish poet and recipient of the 1956 Nobel Prize, Juan Ramon Jimenez. What a shame that more has not been done by the government to preserve the legacy of this national literary treasure. Thank you to your staff for the wonderful meals and your professional and courteous accommodations.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Big room, ground floor access, confy bed
Cons: Shower too small, flooding floor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice large room with terrace overlooking pool area. Comfortable bed (not too soft nor too firm). Helpful staff. Good cafe/restaurant. Good place to visit the east side of Huelva (La Rabida, caravelas, beaches and El Rocio).
Cons: Couldn't get the plug to stay in the jacuzzi bath. The rutted dirt/sandy track leading up to the hotel - thankfully that is only a short distance.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good restaurant on site. Good breakfast.
Cons: Disappointed that the pool was closed - it is "seasonal". It was 30 degrees C. A choice of pillows would have been nice, to replace the big bolster.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We always stay here on our way to Portugal each year. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We had a problem booking on your site. It either said that the property was booked on the dates that we wanted or that they were not taking any bookings.
Cons: Nothing to complain about except the difficulty in booking
7.5 Good
Pros: breakfast was very nice
Cons: there was only one pillow each and one bedside table, not one each
6.3 Good
Pros: room excellent clean and large, light with terrace
Cons: was not easy to get too the road was not good it is what it is a enormous large hall space. outdoor functions not a problem i would imagine if you stayed at the wrong time i.e. weddings etc it would not be ideal the set up is for very large functions
5.7 Okay
Pros: Very clean and well kept property, quiet location
7.6 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, nice surrounding forrest. Nice view to Moguer town.
Cons: Pool was closed (temperature was more than 35 degrees centigrade). First (out of 7) hotel we did't find with our GPS navigator.
7.2 Good
Pros: Comfortable well priced stop-over with dinner, breakfast and WiFi facilities.
7.2 Good
Pros: Room was beyond expectation for 3 star , restaurant food was very good, setting is marvellous, Staff is very friendly

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, hot bath, very nice staff even at very late booking late at night.
Cons: Nothing to dislike for me. Really pleased and will be back. Just be careful parking if you are driving. Yellow lines on the kerb mean its not ok to park there! (oops!) ...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is in a quiet location. Our room was spacious. There is a large parking lot 5 minutes away. Close to a Carrfour express, cafes... Not too far from the expressway.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Beautiful old building .
Cons: During check in all the communication with the receptionist was "passports ". No information about the hotel, no Wifi password etc. She was just yawning. .. The room was spacious but floor not clean at all and the big balcony with chairs and table extremely dirty and therefore not useful. The breakfast was the worst we ever had in Spain including 1-star hotels. The only bread provided was old toast bread and some sweat stuff wrapped in plastic. Cornflakes (no muesli stuff) were provided but NO milk and also no cheese available. From 2 coffee machines one did not work at all and the second one only partly. The breakfast staff didn't bother at all about anything. All just unacceptable for a 4-star hotel, even for a lesser rated one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very handy and not too far away from the port, after arriving late on the ferry from the Canaries.
Cons: There was nothing negative to comment about
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly professional staff. Peace and quiet of location.
Cons: Pool not open but thought that might be so when booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room was nice and had a great terrace and was very clean. The location was perfect if you have dogs as there were plenty of walks from the hotel door. We ate once at night in the restaurant and the ambience was very nice and then again at lunchtime from the snack menu.
Cons: We found the portion sizes from the evening menu far too big. Therefore we ordered far too much. Also I would describe the quality as satisfactory but not outstanding. Personally would review the menu, decrease the portions and take more care with the vegetables. Snack menu at lunchtime was great.
7.5 Good
Pros: It’s convenient for the town, but quieter than a hotel in town would be. Nice terrace, directly accessible from the bedroom.
Cons: There is some traffic noise from the adjacent motorway, but this does not disturb sleeping. The furnishings are a little too shabby chic for our taste, but we understand that they have tried to be in keeping with the decor of the hotel. They claim to be dog friendly (which they are) but be aware it’s only from the reception to your room, none of the public areas are available to dog owners, which is a shame because the dining hall is very grand and an area could easily be sectioned off for dog owners (even if it was just to enjoy coffee or a drink) At 15€ per dog, per night, you can quickly double the cost of your stay.
7.0 Good
Cons: Object to paying for small dog especially as I had told of the dog and received an e.mail saying there would be no charge. On querying the charge staff said the e.mail was referring to no charge for booking in. I have never had to pay for booking in to a hotel so fail to see why I would think the e.mail only referred to booking in and not to the charges for my pet. I hardly think to claim to be a pet friendly hotel and then make a charge for providing absolutely nothing for the service charged unjust especially as dog stayed in her travel cage.
6.8 Good
Pros: Hacienda Montija is a very beautiful building, spacious rooms in a very authentic atmosphere.
Cons: Rooms are rather outdated. Cleaning staff was noisy. Breakfast was average, with limited choice. Well overpriced.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous building, lovely pools.
Cons: The location was quite remote.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location,Super hotel, very good rooms. Excellent breakfast. The staff were lovely, really welcoming and friendly.
Cons: nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Having staff who are both enthusiastic and helpful always makes an experience more enjoyable! Stefan, our waiter at dinner, deserves particular mention for being so helpful throughout our brief stay.
Cons: There are some plumbing issues in the public areas and it is best not to look up when sitting in the otherwise comfortable and cool atrium.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. Location was great. Staff at check in very helpful.
Cons: The room itself was quite small. It was also very expensive but I think we booked late and it was a busy weekend in Huelva. The quality of toiletries supplied could have been better given the price. Shower again not great.

Cons: Parking is a huge challenge :)
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location and a lovely big room
Cons: We are on a cycling holiday and we’re kept waiting over 25 minutes to check in, during which time one member of the reception team of two people went on his break. My partner was holding all bikes and kit while check in took forever.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good hotel, the room was quite big and quiet.
Cons: It's old style and it needs renovation
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic welcome and good advice from receptionist
Cons: Place looks a little tired
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel in great location surrounded by lots of nice restaurants not very close to the beaches but taxis are very cheap and easy to take. Hotel is big with air conditioner and good service. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: When we arrived around 7pm, we were told that the room is not ready yet and that we can choose another larger room but for an extra charge .when I said we'd wait for our room, we were offered the bigger room without paying any difference. we do not know the reason for this but it seemed a bit unprofessional. except for this embarrassing situation, everything was fine.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Many restaurants near
Cons: Small rooms, very bad design, very greedy, asking for more money at any opportunity, etc etc
Overview Reviews
A stay at Albergue Inturjoven Huelva - Hostel places you in the heart of Huelva, within a 15-minute walk of Parish of St. Peter the Apostle and Huelva City Hall. Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and express check-out. This hostel has 2 meeting rooms available for events.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cold prison-like place with unfriendly staff
7.0 Good
Pros: The hostel is one run by the government, and as such is more of a 'leisure centre' for youth, having fitness and educational classes during the day (which are obviously not included in the rate) for the local residents; Having said this, the entire building and all of it's facilities are impeccably clean.
Cons: If you don't speak Spanish, like me, then communicating might be a bit tricky, especially when the staff is in a grumpy and not very cooperative mood, which was the case with the male employees guarding the reception, at any time; Upon booking I instantly received a message from the property declaring it is a paart of some youth hostel association, implying additional costs for non-members, or needing to buy membership (10 EUR/yr) - in the end, none of this was applied upon check-in or out, but the miscommunication and lack thereof on the property description caused a moment of irritation; The location is a bit far out (ca. 15min) from the centre, and doesn't boast much worth seeing or doing nearby; Also worth mentioning that the rooms (or mine) did not comprise and lockers to store valuables or electronics
8.3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was ample (buffet libre), hostal was quiet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff. Clean room. Internet okay.
Cons: Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast...No vegetables, no cheese, no ham...very rare for this particular part of Spain.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This hostel is nothing short of a hotel with bunk beds in the room. I've never stayed in a hostel as clean, tidy, spacious and as comfortable as this. Cannot praise this hostel enough. I could easily live here on a permanent basis if it was necessary.
Cons: Self cooking facilities a little lacking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Yes everything was in Prefect condition as dicrible and well organised
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was good, just a short walk to the city center. Common areas are spacious and comfortable. Rooms are spotlessly clean. They provide towels and toiletteries. Would recommend for solo travelers, couples and families
Cons: Rooms could look a bit nicer... but it's just that. Nothing wrong with them
10.0 Excellent

5.8 Okay
Pros: Location and big bed, clean.
Cons: old facilities, broken shower
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, and the room was very comfortable. Also the staff was nice and helpful, with informations, city plans and so on.
Cons: I would like to give a tip about the annoying noise in the corridors: the doors are very noisy when they are closed. Please, put some noise reducer, I don't know, a foam or something.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the bed was incredibly comfortable
Cons: there wasn't a bathrobe
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect! Right on the edge of all the cafes and restaurants where we enjoyed the best tapas ever right across the road. 5 euro taxi from the bus station (though the driver grumbled all the way).
Cons: A bar! But there were plenty across the road open 'till midnight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location, clean, good breakfast buffet.
Cons: Nothing - all good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very central, fantastic location, staff were friendly. The garage was a short walk from the hotel. The room was spotless and the beds were excellent.
Cons: The photos of the rooms over sell the hotel, the room was no where near as luxurious as the photos suggest, small window, not much light. The descriptions were accurate apart from their being no electrical kettle. The map to the hotel garage could be significantly improved, street markings contradict the direction you should take so that first arrival was challenging.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast ok. They allowed us to change rooms as too noisy
Cons: Too noisy. Doors bang, front rooms do not deaden sound of cafes outside, no tea/ coffee in room.
7.0 Good
Pros: The thing we appreciated most was the hotel's location, right in the middle of Huelva pedestrian centre. Very convenient to access the city centre, with its lovely bars and restaurants. Staff is courteous.
Cons: The bed in our room was very small and not particularly comfortable. There is no soundproofing and doors are a bit difficult to close, so you will constantly hear slammings throughout the corridors. There was a foul odour of sewage close to the reception. Absence of parking and difficulty in accessing the hotel by car. Average hotel, definitely more a 3 than a 4-star hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern spacious room. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast ( apart from the coffee). Very good location.
Cons: The coffee at breakfast time wasn't very good.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Big room, big bed, great bathroom very high standards.
Cons: No parking, difficult to reach by car.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient situation, good size room, quiet, having a hairdryer and bidet is something we always like
Cons: The thinnest shower gel we’ve ever encountered. You needed at least two sachets per wash. Fortunately loads were provided.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nicely presented, clean, modern. Friendly staff.
Cons: Bit of a bugger to get to from the city, very few power sockets in the room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent and the restaurant at site provides really good food and many choices. It is very well located in front of a very nice "plaza" which is extremely clean. Garage is for free just underneath of such "plaza" and easy to park in.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A friendly little hostel not far from Lagos centre. For the morning breakfast the landlady made me extra coffee, very strong :) The hostel is located 1 km from N125 and a little tricky to find, but the landlady comes down to the main road to get you to the hostel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything near
Cons: Small bathroom
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and helpful staff. Very clean room and bathroom with toiletries.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: The value for money was very good!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The menu of the day was very good value at 10 euros for three courses plus a drink. But try the tapas selection - very good food and again good value! The hotel was typically Spanish, very clean. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacey, even the single Rooms. My husband and I travelled with my sister and we were all very impressed. The town is very pretty, and the museums very interesting. Altogether a v.good visit.
Cons: A little more selection of foods at breakfast. Had coffee, toast and spreads. Although the charge was only a couple of euros each would have liked a little more choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The parking in the garage below the police station looks very safe.
Cons: Same as almost everywhere in Spain, the beds are only 190cm long and I am just too tall for them.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff. Good breakfast and very comfortable room
4.5 Okay
Pros: Not a lot.
Cons: The room was dirty, the floor in the bathroom was sticky, the sink in the bathroom had no sink plug (apparently they do not have sink plugs at this hotel!) this is the first hotel that I have stayed in that do not have sink plugs. It was not a 4 star hotel more like two & a half at most.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Room is due for redecorating
8.3 Excellent

This guest house features air-conditioned rooms with cable TV and private bathroom. There is an interior Andalusian-style courtyard and a small café. Free private parking is possible on site. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an incredibly cute and cosy place, slightly out of town, along the road to Mazagón. It is a family-run business that used to be about twice its current size. The rooms are facing either the big patio, that also serves as parking lot, or a small, more secluded, patio. The rooms are big, rather dark, not too hot, not even during a heat wave, and are equipped with a well functioning, airconditioning. Apart from your bed and two bedside tables you will find a sofa in your room and a lot of extra space. The style of the furniture is not too modern, but can be considered charming. I will certainly come back here. It's excellent value for money and only a trip to Malibu would be a better option. Apart from the two rooms nearest to the Mazagón-road, the rooms are quiet. In the evening a small bar opens up and in the morning one can have breakfast there.
Cons: The tv-set is very small and still a 'good old' analog one. A flatscreen tv would be much appreciated. The door locks are in such a state that a kick against the door might be sufficient to open it. Personally I do prefer more secure locks on doors and windows.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: All very quaint
Cons: No Hair dryer in the room or any coffee facilities
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Parking, the room, outside seating. Cleanliness. Breakfast was fine
Cons: The mattress was a little on the hard side for me but o.k. For my wife. Bolster pillow inconvenient.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Clean rooms, plenty of parking
Cons: No cafe as advertised, nearest place to get any drinks or food about 3 miles away. HAD to leave room key when going out, came back 2.30 and had to wait until 5 o’clock until siesta over to get our room key. Because hostel out on the main dual carriage way, not in town, nothing to do except listen to the traffic noise.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Aircom broke, no coffee, no breakfast, far from village center on foot, not going again, never...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, free parking, comfortable

7.5 Good
Pros: Fine hotel, it's nicely located not far from the big city. Friendly staff, clean room. Desk so I could work on my laptop. They also have some rooms for parties and meetings and such, but I was just a traveler.
Cons: English wasn't perfect of the staff, but we managed and they were very friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Secured parking, perfect if you are connecting with ferry. Also hotel is well presented.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Mu room had a balcony with a great view of the river Tinto estuary and Huelva.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the peaceful location, the safe parking, the proximity to Huelva and the Port, the convenience of having a snack bar...This could really be a superb place if they brought the rooms up to date a little more, but comfy and good value anyway..witb pleasant outlook..
Cons: The hotel is used for weddings and other functions, and its almost like the hotel is just a side line...which is a pity.. The staff are pleasant but i was arriving on the ferry from Canary islands, and they warn you tbat if the ferry is delayed by more than a couple of hours, the hotel closes around 10, but then i was told they are always there until around 11, so its confusing... Also the bar/ restaurant wasnt properly staffed this time, so you felt a bit like they were doing you a favour rather than giving normal service..? I like this hotel a lot, but they need to think about if they really want to run a hotel, or just a banqueting centre ...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Handy location for the Christopher Columbus caravels, a good quiet alternative to Huelva, with a view over the river and a large balcony. Easy to find, with onsite parking. Wi-Fi a little patchy at the extreme end of the hotel where we were. Nice decor.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent and very easy to find. I was lucky to get a room with e lovely view from the balcony. The parking was super and close to the entrance. Everything worked well. Will come there again.
Cons: A longer stay
8.0 Excellent
Pros: You can order food in room, free parking and location
Cons: From the bathroom you can see in the room and the bathroom door are not really a door so that is unpleasant.Too high fees for pets and u got rules that dog isn't allowed to do anything. For example if they found dog hair they will charge you extra for that and also dog is not allowed to stay alone in the room so it's impossible to go to get a meal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The French lady at the front desk is super nice and helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The french lady in the bar was very helpful. The staff were very accomodating and helful. This Hotel has 2/3 very large function rooms and may be busy at weekends with weddings and first communions.
Cons: We booked it as a few days relaxation stop whilst touring Andalusia. There isnt too much to do within walking distance

8.3 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: The bathroom was extremely smelly. The shower was designed to flood the floor.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location great for town and 20 minutes drive to beautiful beaches
Cons: All good
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Even though the name suggests that it is family-run hotel (supposedly owned by "Familia Conde) this is not your average small, private hotel with intimate atmosphere. Instead, this is larger-scale, professional hotel, tailored to fit the needs of travelers arriving in Huelva for conferences and other businesses. Namely, it is ideally located in the center, but also well-connected with the periphery (via the bus stop which is positioned in front of the hotel), with English-speaking staff (which is a rarity in Huelva). So, if you are searching for a place where you can stop worrying about the small traveling details (like securing a WiFi, or iron, or printer), in order to focus on the important things (like your work), then this is a place to be.

Pros: The best bit was the staff, especially Tamara in the restaurant who nothing was too much. Also the reception people where very helpful. Room was a good size, the bathroom was great with 2 sinks and plenty of hot water. Location was great
Cons: No BBC or CNN on the TV. Bedside cabinets were about 50cms away from the bed each side which made life a little tricky (think it should have had a bigger bed in the gap) Nice balcony but no furniture on it to enjoy it.

Pros: The location. But most of all the welcome we received from the girl on reception. We arrived about 7pm. We had our bicycles with us, and she immediately showed us a room to store them in. The recommendation of where to eat was first class. The owner of the bar / restaurant couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was an experience and most enjoyable. This hotel gave us one of the best welcomes we have ever received. Brilliant place to stay. Thank you
Cons: Nothing.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: One of worst hotels have ever stayed in.
Cons: No staff on reception hotel left open and unmanned, noisy building work going on in hotel ,breakfast poor and not provided by hotel , shutters on windows didn't work , noisy and very busy road, wood hanging off wall dangerous nails, no electric power sockets for charging phone etc.

Pros: Very helpful staff. A girl at the front desk (sorry don’t know her name) was especially helpful since she spoke fluent English and was able to tell us a lot about town. She is very knowledgeable about what is going on in the town regarding mining and shoes/boots making industries and it was very interesting to learn. Rooms are small but clean and functional. Very nice and authentic bar with drinks and snacks. Hotel is very close to lovely small city center. Hotel doesn't have parking for guests and it is very difficult to find parking near the hotel.
Cons: Everything was good.

7.0 Good
Pros: The property is geared towards an all-inclusive family stay with fantastic facilities. Pools, waterslides, kids and family entertainment and if this is your cup of tea, then great option! If you don't fancy crowds of people, then best not to visit. We were just stopping over for one night on a trip around Spain, therefore I imagine most people come stay for a week with the correct expectations. My kids loved the pool and slides.
Cons: Rooms, although spacious left an awful lot to be desired. They were passably clean, but old and in need of upgrading. We were given a family room which served our sleeping purposes, but the bathroom was quite decrepid with ancient shower doors which did little to keep the water in. Very little character to the hotel or the rooms.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Sea View room
Cons: The staff did not speak any English. I called reception twice to fix my AC knowone came. I was even hung up on one time.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Near the beach which is beautiful. The pools are large and well kept.
Cons: The food was cold and tasteless. Staff seemed overworked and sometimes rude. Decoration needs a overhaul, quite outdated.
