Stone House is an artistic 2 bedroom villa in Beze area of Nashik. A short 30 minute drive from popular vineyards like Sula, Vallone and York, the house is a perfect retreat for wine enthusiasts.  Spread over 40 acres of lush green land neighboring Gautami Godavari dam, it is an ideal getaway for couples, friends, families and corporate groups with large private spaces and access to the gorgeous Godavari lake. The staff is well trained to prepare all meals so that you can sip some wine and enjoy your break! Space: Let me walk you through the villa: The villa has a ground and first floor and a massive private lawn Bedrooms: (1 bedroom on the ground floor & 1 on the first floor) - The villa has 2 air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms - Both the rooms have a “5x6” bed and can accommodate upto 4 people each with an extra bed (extra mattresses would be provided) - Rooms offer a very scenic view of the lush green surroundings and the Godavari Lake - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms Living Room: - The living area is located on the ground floor with a flat screen color TV with a DTH connection - Crafted from natural stones and exotic wood, the living area is well lit with modern furniture - It gives an unrestricted view of the Godavari Lake Bathrooms: -The villa has 2 private bathrooms (one in each room) - The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply - Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided Kitchen: - Guest have limited access and is reserved for staff only, although it is fine for guests to heat water for coffee or tea - The following equipment’s are available in the kitchen: Refrigerator, cooking utensils, oven, crockery and a water dispenser - Meals can be arranged at an additional cost with an advance notice - Cooking, storing and consumption of Non veg meals is allowed at the villa - Kitchen is accessible to the guests at an additional cost. Lawn: - The villa has a huge private lawn which is well maintained - Lawn can easily accommodate upto 15-20 people hence, making it ideal for events and large gatherings Entertainment: - With an advance notice bonfire & barbeque can be arranged at no additional cost Other Things to Note: - The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests only - Pets are allowed on the property - For security purposes, CCTV cameras have been installed - Free driver accommodation is also provided - Parking space available for 7-8 cars - There is a medical kit, mosquito repellent available at the villa - The caretaker will be staying outside the villa premises and providing you with complete privacy - No stags allowed in the property. - A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to - No footwear is allowed inside the villa - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs.1,000. This fee is non refundable Guest Access: Guests has exclusive access to the entire villa. They can access the villa and all the amenities in it. From the living room to the outdoor lawn, guests can feel at home here. This villa offers a perfect mix of comfort and luxury.
