Cons: There wasnt any plates to use, i am not used to having breakfast on a paper.

Pros: The host was amazing - we arrived early and she recommended a restaurant for lunch. When she could not get a hold of us on our phones, she came to the restaurant to find us and walk us to the property. She provided other great recommendations around the town and area and answered all of our questions. Adorable apartment in an adorable town.
Cons: I didn't realize when booking there is not wi-fi. What makes the place great is the decor, including the bed frame, but it's very squeaky when you toss and turn at night.

Cons: The bathroom was small, adjacent to the room and the shower fitting was broken so you had to hold it.
Pros: Compact. Clean. Comfortable. Good nearby bar for breakfast. A few restaurants within walking distance.

Pros: Location is really good and staff is nice and helpfull
Pros: The lady at the reception was very nice
Cons: Music on the corridor There were some left over items from previous guests the lighting in the room was poor it was noisy
Pros: Staff and dinner recommendation for Casa Nix and walk to dinner they suggested
Pros: The hotel is really quite nice, large comfortable rooms, good breakfast and an excellent location. The problem was that I was there on business and couldn’t access the internet my entire stay. If I am looking to spend a few days relaxing I would definitely stay again but if for business again I would have to find somewhere else.
Cons: Internet was nonexistent
Cons: Terrible Staff. She looks annoy from something. Very unkind, rude. I never been here further.
Cons: Great hotel for a great price.
Pros: Very central to train station at which we arrived and also near to town centre - restaurants, bars, shops etc
Cons: Stayed for three nights but our room was only serviced after the first night. Receptionist did not appear to see this as a problem - too busy chatting on personal phone. Also "hot" food at breakfast was cold.

Pros: excellent location in the central part of the city, quite big appartment with all nessasary stuff
Cons: dim lighting in the room
Pros: Excellent location, super clean, very nice staff.
Cons: Nothing not to like
Pros: it is in the downtown
Cons: no place for breakfast, you can get it only in the room
Pros: Personal, the romantic light of room, close to center
Pros: Very polite staff. Nice, modern rooms and bathrooms. Great location in town center.
Cons: Walls are just a bit thin. I could hear the family of three next door. Still, I slept soundly.
Pros: It is convenient due to the location, centrally in the town . Plus, you can check in earlier than other B&B which gives more flexibility during travelling .... A nice breakfast in the room .. It is a nice choice for one night stay .
Pros: The location is perfect and the room was very cosy.
Cons: The electric boiler needs to be replaced with a gas one. Hot water finishes after a few minutes while having a shower.
Pros: Good location. Clean and tidy, Good for a long weekend

Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location close to train station
Cons: Met my expectations
Pros: The breakfast was plentiful and it was served in nice dining room. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself is peaceful. It's got a nice lounge area for the guests, very comfortable. It is very central-- we had gone to see Bryan Ferry play a concert in the main square, and the hotel was five minutes away from that. The desk clerks were professional and we felt safe in our hotel and in our room. Overall, it's a quiet , clean, respectable hotel that seems managed well. Not "fancy" but not bad at all, either., for the price (I paid 69 euro for a double room stay on a Saturday evening)
Cons: They could have told us they had a bar by the lounge. It looked out of service but a rummage around discovered cold refrigerated drinks available, including beer, and soft drinks. The night desk clerk was a bit annoyed I'd rummaged around but it was only a check to see if there was anything there, not to help ourselves-- to his credit, he then took over and served us drinks. It would have been less awkward if we had been told from the start that there was a bar with a limited number of drinks and we only had to ask. Other than that, no complaints-- a good, comfortable, friendly, and reasonably priced hotel.
Pros: The ambience in general esp. the breakfast room.
Pros: Location fine, Breakfast standard
Cons: It was a little tired
Pros: Excellent location very near the train station and in face of the the best restaurants in town, good quality and value of the room
Pros: The concierge on reception during the day was very friendly and helpful. The staff I interacted with during my stay were very good.
Cons: The breakfast area of the hotel was pleasant enough, but sadly it seemed to be under staffed. Nearly all of the tables had not been cleared of previous breakfast items, luckily I managed to find the one remaining table that had not been used. Whilst the one member of staff did his best, he could have done with some assistance. Eventually the cleaner who earlier I had seen cleaning bedrooms, finally came in to the area to help out. My room was small but clean, however, the shower was broken and did not work properly. Although the bed was comfortable, it seemed to be a sofa bed rather than a proper bed? A genuine bed with head board would have been nice. The bar is not a bar, and needs a lot of attention, we were able to get a drink eventually, but it either needs to become a fully functioning bar or it should be closed down.
Pros: Nice hotel and helpful staff.
Cons: Wifi - not able to connect
Pros: Breakfast basic badly presented Cup of tea was very good Waiter noncommunitive
Cons: Poor quality cold cuts 2 type And cheese Unappetizing so didn’t try them In fact it’s the worst breakfast I have seen in many years

Pros: Location, Location, Location, It is very well located, there is a parking lot just 1min from the hotel. the room was a good size. for the price we paid, it was a very good stay.
Cons: No morning breakfast on location, the offered breakfast is continental. every morning there is a terrible smoking scent because of the cleaning ladies.

Pros: that's good
Cons: everything is ok
Cons: Was disappointed to understand that we had to pay 10 euro extra for check-in after 20.00, which did not result from the booking page.
Cons: Pierra was very friendly! Delicious breakfast! Very nice house. Big rooms. Clean. Everything was excellent! Nice view from balkons. Near the center..
Pros: This place is simply great! Convenient underground parking (extra 10 euros). The BB has lots of space, good kitchen, terraces with the city view, great self-served breakfast, room was big and air-conditioned. Easy to find
Pros: Great location on the outskirts. Super new, everything is comfortable and sparkly. Amazing shower, good breakfast(brioches, yogurt, coffee), comfy beds and working AC. This obviously a new place and I really hope it takes off.
Cons: It's on the 4th floor of a building and you have to go through 2 gates. It's not really a problem just slightly annoying... but you get some good views.
Pros: It was in close proximity to my destination and the room was excellent.

Cons: Main entrance not renewed.
Pros: Great location, beautifully renovated apartments
Cons: No one at reception when we arrived at 6pm
Pros: Good location. Clean and new. Quiet.
Cons: Need to call to get into property. No permant reception.
Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very nice, new and modern. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities are nice. Centrally located and great value for what you get. I’d stay here again.
Cons: The only bummer was that the building was under construction so this woke me up one of the mornings but that’s a temporary ordeal. Aside from that, it’s great.
Pros: Perfect location, beautiful and modern rooms, nice staff and clean facilities.
Cons: NO A/C in either the 2 rooms booked. There is a construction happening inside the building, One of our 2 rooms had a strong cigarette smell and one of the reasons I chose this place was because of the A/C and no smoke policy... also there is no "Free Parking" as offered.
Situated in Foggia, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Foggia Cathedral and Church of St. Thomas. Piazza Piano delle Croci and University of Foggia are also within 1 mi (2 km). Foggia Station is 8 minutes by foot.
Pros: Everything very good
Pros: The hotel s very good, because its location - close to city centre. The room and bathroom are very clean, the breakfast was good. We could also park the car in a payed parking nearby - you can pay by app - it's cheaper
Cons: Windows are really small. They were positioned under the roof. There was no natural light in the room
Pros: Excellent stay, good staff
Cons: It was very warm in the room
Pros: Nice staff, good breakfast, nice restaurant.
Cons: Too long to get hot water & room heat
Pros: Large room & clean hotel.
Cons: Front desk person when we arrived was not friendly, and was condescending. Then when checking out, staff made us pay for room even though it was paid in advance. Then when we complained, we had to wait an extra half hour before they refunded our cash payment. They blamed booking.com for issue. The air conditioner was too small for the large room.
Pros: Comfortable spacious room and bed. Good position close to railway station and city center
Cons: It was strange that the deluxe room had no window at all, as it is positioned under the roof. There was no natural light in the room.

Pros: Swimming pool surrounded by a really beautiful garden
Cons: If I could would rate them more that 10! Impeccable under every aspect and the ground is fantastic.
Pros: It’s definitely past it’s prime. The first suite we where given had a broken latch on the door so it would not lock, we then moved to another suite where the shower was broken .... in 1985 I’m sure it was the best place to stay in town. Morano chandeliers and nice old world charm but badly understaffed and at most there where 5 people staying there.
Cons: It’s definitely past it’s prime. The first suite we where given had a broken latch on the door so it would not lock, we then moved to another suite where the shower was broken .... in 1985 I’m sure it was the best place to stay in town. Morano chandeliers and nice old world charm but badly understaffed and at most there where 5 people staying there.
Pros: clean and quiet, more for events than for individual travellers
Cons: certainly not a 5 star hotel on international level. rooms are old.
Pros: Very good breakfast
Cons: - very poor wifi - in the build there are 2 swimming pool. One of this is unmanaged and water is very unclean
Pros: The stuff was really friendly, the room was spacious. It is nice to be able to open the full window, that overlooked the pool, and get some fresh air in the morning. The breakfast options are brilliant! You can make your own fresh orange juice from the best oranges ever!! :)
Cons: The mini bar :( Considering the quite remote location of the hotel, it would be nice to be able to have some food and drinks out of the usual lunch/dinner hours. Having said so, the stuff were really trying to help out with whatever they could , but it would be better to have it as a room service menu option.
Cons: No shop no transportation
Pros: Beautiful hotel with great facilities if only they cared about guests staying rather than just on weddings being held there.
Cons: pool bar could not even provid a snack, coffee machine broken. Most the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful apart from Monica on reception who bent over backwards to help.
Pros: Good pool, great reception area
Cons: Felt a bit strange. I think it’s because it’s a bit out of town and when there are not many people staying there it’s just a bit weird. Nothing wrong with anything at all, just a strange vibe.

Pros: Nothing except for one staff member. The others could not be bothered.
Cons: Everything. It is a Spa but the facilities were not available during our stay. Did not change the towels when placed on the floor. They rehung them! We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.
Pros: The young people at the desk were nice.
Cons: Mostly young people working but no supervisors on site. Room not updated. Pool closed. Small breakfast.

Cons: Breakfast was a little on the ordinary side. Some fruit or juice would have been nice.
Pros: Decent breakfast. Big room. Great location.
Pros: Location (close to the town centre), room quite big
