Wow, this hotel offers the best rooms we have seen on our travellers, we felt really spoilt. The staff cannot do enough for you, when we arrived their was a power failure at that part of town, we were hungry, the next minute we were in a friend of the hotels car going to restuarant that they had organised that was not effected by the power failure, then driven back to the hotel later when all the power was back on, This was real customer service
Welcoming staff and the availability of a wireless network plus good air conditioning in a very hot spell. A bit remote from teh town centre and no restaurant open during my stay so needed to walk out for supper.
Difficult to find the hotel approaching from Brindisi / Lecce direction as road signage in and around Taranto is not very good and the hotel is 3-5km out from centre and 2km from nearest good restaurants. What might be consideder a 'balcony' is reached by ducking through a low door-and my wife hit her head on it so it seems a 'luxury' we could have done without. Anyway, the view was only of the adjoining building.
A decent hotel. Perfectly located in the town centre. They have a secured parking lot and friendly (only italian speaking) staff. No international news channel. The restaurant is only for groups, not for individual travellers.
The staff were wonderful, so helpful and kind. Thanks to Sara and Maria especially. Lovely welcome with fresh fruit in our room. We needed to use the internet and were able to do this free of charge. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious and exceedingly good value. No
position - very central
The food was great value at dinner in the adjoining restaurant. The attaneding person at breakfast was watching tv very loud instead of carying for the guests.
The staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast. Excellent parking. An easy hotel to get to. The lighting in the room was poor. Difficult to read a book in bed.
The staff was not turist minded
Convenient to centre (just outside old town) and to road out of Lucera. Very pleasant staff, comfortable room, very clean. Lovely fruit plate on arrival. Highly recommended.
The jolly, but extremely efficient and helpful, young lady on reception. Thee hotel restaurant, and the hotel pizzeria. The fruit bowl lawaiting us.
poor breakfast with little selection of food
Very good location, very nice and professional personnel. The view on the garden was very nice, even if we couldn't take profit of it because of the weather. no, everything was nice
The staff were very friendly and very helpful and spoke good English. it is a 5 star place without the price
Beautiful facility, amazing pools, excellent cuisine, and friendly staff. I had a couple of issues. The first was the internet connectivity. My reservation specified in-room wi-fi for every room. This was not the case. For the first week and a half, it was only available in the main lobby. It was available after that in-room, but very spotty and sporadic. For the amount of money spent building the facility, it was inexplicable why this was the case. Second, I had a problem with the hotel safe. The electronic access got screwed up and I could not use it for the last week after they manually opened it for me. I expected them to fix it and they didn't.
hotel staff is good but the room cost is not proportionated. It is to high against the value of the room quality. the carpet
Since our train did not leave until later in the afternoon, they let us check out later. The restaurant had a delicious antipasta buffet. It was a little pricey compared to other hotels we stayed in. Not many options in Foggia so they have a bit of a monopoly.
Newly remodelled and up to date materials. Spacious and very clean, washing machine and kitchenette in the room. Air quality of the room was excellent. Staff was very friendly and informative.Close to the center of the city Breakfast was at the bar located about 600 meters around the main avenue.
