10.0 Excellent
Pros: Utopia well exceeded our exceptions with a beautiful guest area, seamless check-in, spacious rooms and a great restaurant to round it off. Location was central to both the main street as well as the ski lift access.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The service was sensational, they were on the ball with every thing and it was immaculately clean. Very helpful and in a great central location.
Cons: The shared bathroom was on the ground floor and I had to go down 2 flights for a shower everyday. However, toilets were on every floor.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly hosts. Small family style hotel, good breakfast which is important if you go skiing afterwards, great location 2 min to the main streets for shops and restaurants and 5min to the ski slopes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Staff was friendly, facilities were clean, beds were comfortable. Didn't have a single complaint.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow, what a treat. We had only a quick stay in Nozawa Onsen planned on a long ramble around Japan and this hotel was great. Our only regret was not staying longer. We visited during an un-busy time so had the hotel basically to ourselves. The room was huge and the most comfortable futons ever. We were welcomed with an easy check-in and tips for local area including the 13 free hot springs in the area. One is less than a 1 minute walk away. The hotel was in the heart of the village area (or one of the hearts) so lots of shops and restaurants around - many were closed for season but regardless, plenty to amuse you on a walk. The proprietor also provided an extra snack and coffee in the morning as we woke too late for normal meal and also let us leave car for a while so we could stroll around. All together, a great comfortable, unpretentious, welcoming Utopia. PS we even had a great view from our room window.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, just 5 min walk to gondola (even with a 3 year old) or 3 min walk to town. A traditional onsen across the street and many others only minutes away. The heater worked great in the room, and the heated carpet was our favorite in room amentity. A lovely family runs Utopia and are the most helpful & kind people. They are very family friendly, our 3 year old daughter loved to hang out downstairs watching the fish and talking with everyone. The family would always engage with her. The family run Utopia goes above costumer service and helping out in any way they can. They called the daycare to see if we could drop off our child for a powder day, they helped us figure out our bus times and transfers. We look forward to staying at our favorite place again, in our fav little town in Japan. We would recommend it 100%
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location Great value for money Clean rooms and comfy futon Mattresses Shared toilets were very very clean and they even had a tiny little “onsen” bath onsite if you don’t want to go out and soak in public bath
9.5 Excellent
Pros: the locations were excellent only a few minutes walk by the bus terminal and super close to the village, therefore easy access to all restaurant and supermarket. a small public onsen also just outside so super convenience. close to the Nagasaka Gondola (maybe around 7 mins walk uphill) and lots of stairs to get to the gondola. if you are renting equipments there are places where you can store your ski gear so you don't have to take it down with you. PS: please have the breakfast, they are excellent
Cons: I was a little disappointing with no pyjamas provided. usually the Japanese accomodations always provide Pyjamas for all guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tomii-San and his wife Kaori are the owners, and they are wonderful hosts who take great pride in their establishment. Everything in the hotel seemed custom-fit to our family, even the front room with a fireplace, massage chair, and aquarium with very unique fish (which our son greatly enjoyed). Staying with them was a real treat.
Cons: Nothing.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: What a welcome we got and what wonderful hosts! We spent two weeks in Japan and the stay in this traditional house was the highlight of our trip. Never before have we been so well treated and kindly welcomed as by these hosts. Our daughters were thrilled and are still talking about the lovely lady running the hotel. If we were to come back we would definitely stay with them again - such a friendly family!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Naoko is very kind and does her best to make your stay pleasant. Everything is clean and since the guesthouse is not that big the bathroom down the hall is never busy and always clean. Perfect place for families to stay. The breakfast is exceptional value. Choose the Japanese breakfast. Location very close to the Nowawa bus from the Iiyama train station. Get off at Shinden station (second to last) and walk about 150 m to the guesthouse. The same station has a shuttle bus to the Nagasaki gondola. You don’t need the bus at the end of the day. It’s an easy walk down the hill at the end of the day. Enjoy!

Pros: Yohsuke and his family run the charming mountain inn, and they served nothing less than exceptional hospitality! The inn is very clean and the rooms are EXTREMELY spacious, with beautiful mountain views. The common area downstairs with a furnace, coffee/tea station, floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views, and a playlist of easy listening music is a magical vibe. Overview Reviews
When you stay at Nozawa Dream in Nozawaonsen, you'll be near ski lifts, within a 10-minute walk of Nozawa Onsen Snow Resort and House of Oborozukiyo. Featured amenities include luggage storage and a vending machine.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, good hospitality
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good, clean, comfortable, warm accommodation. Good breakfast. Close to town and onsens. However, note that there is an 800m uphill walk to to Nagasaka gondola lift for the first ride of the day. Might be OK in snowboard boots, but not in ski boots. I wore my street shoes and carried the boots, leaving street shoes in a locker for just 100Y. Seriously worth it. And then at the end of the day, left skis and poles in locker for 200Y, changed back to street shoes, and just carried the boots back to Nozawa Dream (to leave them in the drying room ... PS Drying Room is excellent with heaters on all the time, not just for a couple of hours as done in most places). Total outlay of 300Y per day and a much better option than carting all that stuff every day.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is very good - its close to the ski lifts and Spa Arena. The village is an easy walk. Breakfasts are good. They sent us a great Information Kit prior to arrival. Skiing is phenomenal.
Cons: This really is budget accommodation. So if you are happy with safe accommodation, close to everything you need without the frills, then this is great. We were just a little disappointed, particularly with the cramped toilets (my knees hit the door when seated) and trough-like wash basins. Shared bathrooms aren't a problem if you are happy to share - I am, but one morning I found it locked from the inside, because someone else wasn't. This is out of the staff's control and I had to return later when whoever was inside had left. The walls are very thin so a quiet night depends upon how considerate your neighbours are next door - there are two recreation areas groups can use if they want to socialise. Our room didn't lock the first night, but staff had it fixed for the second night and offered to lock our valuables away for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location - walk to the lift and public onsen; amazing hearty breakfast; peaceful environment for wonderful sleep; friendly and helpful staff!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are roomy. Breakfast gave me all the energy I needed to hit the slope.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of choice.
Cons: Some heating in the common areas was via unflued kerosene heaters which created a cosy atmosphere but some fumes. This seems quite common in Japan but can cause problems for people not used to it (E.g. headaches).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing! Every day a mix of Western and Japanese food was available. We went skiing and it was a 5 minutes walk to the gondola and 3 minutes walk to the centre of the resort! Staff were awesome! Thank you Carolina, Alexandra and the rest of the crew- you made our stay unforgettable. See you again sometime!
Cons: Longer holiday!
9.5 Excellent

Cons: The futon was a little thin
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff at Nozawa Dream were extremely helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast as a family. It was a fantastic few days and we would definitely book again.

Pros: Suoer convenient location, easy to get to and find upon first arrival. Literally a few minutes walk to the main gondola, and a few minute’s walk to some great onsens nearby. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were tidy and huge, also clean and well prepared for new guest. Loads of room in the drying room too. Toilet facilities were great. The heating worked amazing. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again in the future!!
Cons: The beds and pillows could be comfier but they werent bad. Private showers would be nice too.

Cons: We had no problems while we were there.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: On the quiet side of Nozawaonsen, friendly hosts and a great first experience of a Japanese onsen lodge. Nearby bus stops are very convenient, the ski shuttle bus stop is not even a minute walk. Heaps of ski gear storage. Hot spring bath was great to unwind in after a good day of snowboarding. Shared bathroom took a bit to get used to for some people but not too bothersome. The view from our room was great.
Cons: Not much, try to get a room on the first floor if you have heavy bags?
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place - great hosts
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay at Shinazawa, and at Nozawa. The hosts are delightful, really helpful, and it feels authentically Japanese (their English was on a par with our Japanese - laughter all round). Make sure you Have the breakfast, and go to the onsen - but don’t expect to stay in long!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely local owners that went the extra mile (despite the language barrier). Very close to two public onsens. Nice onsen in the hotel. Bus stop to the ski lifts next door. An easy 8-10 minute walk into the main part of the village. Big breakfasts and the rooms were really clean and warm.

Pros: My first time at a Ryokan and the hospitality of the owners were awesome. It was quiet and the Japanese breakfast was excellent. (You can choose a western breakfast).
Cons: There wasn’t much I didn’t like. I had the room with no private bathroom but that was expected and the shared facilities were exceptionally clean. The dry room wasn’t particular hot enough to dry your gear overnight was the only issue but it was dry enough.

Pros: Extremely helpful staff. Clean and easy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Traditional Japanese hotel that has been in business over 50 years Same family running the hotel
Cons: Everything was great
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location just off the main restaurant/shop street in Nozawa on the road that heads up to the Gondola. Spacious sunny tatami room with nice view towards old church. Very comfortable futon beds. Clean brand new (but shared) toilet facilities. Ski waxing/tuning room and large drying room.
Cons: Small and fairly basic bathroom/onsen (but there are plenty of other great public onsen close by). Gondola is close but its a steep uphill climb. Cold draft at night caused by full length windows and heater positioning meant half the room was very hot, the other half was cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing, the room was cozy, the onsen was great, breakfast and dinner were delicious and the lodge was in the centre of town right next to all of the shops and restaurants.
Cons: The only thing to note is that because the hotel is located in the centre of town, to get to the ski lift, you need to walk up a hill. But that's not really something to dislike.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good value for money
Cons: The common areas like corridor, bathrooms were cold, it wasn't very pleasant to take shower as I was shivering.

Pros: Staff is Great
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The owner was kind and helpful. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and a great cultural experience. Our room had a private bathroom. Snow boots and umbrellas were provided if needed. Across the road from a public onsen.
Cons: The interior was a little dated/ worn but it didn’t stop us enjoying the experience.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly owners who were so helpful. It was very homely
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly friendly staff, amazing hospitality. Traditional style beds were more comfortable than I expected--we slept great. The breakfast was a real treat.
Cons: Ensuite bathroom was small, but I've come to expect that everywhere in Japan. Sitting on the floor in the dining room was a bit uncomfortable for a westerner like me. They brought us the low seats with backrest when we asked, so that was great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: very helpful staff. quite close to the main street so lots of food options!
Cons: a little far from the ski lift/gondola, walking up a slight hill with snowboarding gears everyday may not be for everyone
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Yukiko was a charming and very helpful hostess. The onsen was a unique feature for a hotel
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The ryokan is located within 5 minutes walk from the main street in Nozawa, and 10 minutes to the walkway to the Hikage ski area. Very convenient location and a decent onsen right opposite the Ryokan. The hotel staff was very helpful. She gave us all necessary information through email before our arrival and when we checked-in to our room. She picked us up and dropped us off at the main bus stop so that we didn't have to drag our three big luggage around. The room itself was spacious and well-lit.
Cons: Not a major problem and it was clear on the site when we booked that there was no shower room inside the guest room, but it would be more convenient if there was. Compared to some other hotels in the area, this ryokan is slightly tucked away so might be a concern for people who need to carry their own ski equipment to the ski area.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly owners and staff. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Great natural Onsen .
Cons: It took me a few nights to get use to the traditional Japanese bedding but after that, quite comfortable.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff
Cons: No Private shower
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was large Japanese style.
Cons: No en-suite bathroom. Open space shower Restricted breakfast times No flexibility in checkout
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, genuinely traditional style Japanese Ryokan, with own Onsen and close to several of Nozawa's famous public Onsens. Breakfast good.
Cons: No real complaints. Is a bit of a walk to ski lifts, but that is balanced by being a quieter part of town, which suited us.

Pros: The staff were the best. Always willing to assist
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, the room was small but comfortable.
Cons: We booked a double room, were disappointed that a kettle was not supplied in this room. Apparently you had to book a king room to get a kettle and fridge. Very strange, every time we wanted a cup of tea we had to go down to the breakfast room, very inconvenient and easily solved by management. The transport was inadequate also, they took you to the ski slopes at 8.30 after that you had to take the local bus, they only had one van which also took people to transport centre on leaving. They provide a service into town hourly from 5.30 to 9.30pm, if they purchased another van and they would provide a better service to the slopes and into town, as the accommodation is a half hour walk to the centre of town.
6.8 Good
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Apple TV incll. Netflix. Wifi. Bar, Nespresso machine, Sufficient clothes and ski storage space.

Cons: i found no english sign of hotel name only japanese therfore we lost when the first time arrived. The way to hotel and floor in front of hotel is slippy. Please be careful while walking. You need to climb the way to ski area it is not easy for my first ski with ski shoe and all equipments to carry along
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and well managed Japanese style pension. Excellent and friendly service. Good for kids. Good rental of skis and snowboard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was fantastic only 250 meters walk to the ski lift. The owners were super helpful and friendly.. We will definitely stay here again... Great little Onsen in the building...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Its a Ryokan; which is what I wanted. The room I chose used shared facilities which were fine. The staff speak sufficient English for a stay by non Japanese speakers. Situated halfway between the ski slope and the town is convenient. Note the building colour is actually light grey!
Cons: I weigh 66kg but even for me the toilet cubicles (note they are western style) were chotto chisana
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Pension Miyazawa! The staff were lovely, very accommodating and helpful with our early arrival, even getting our room ready for us at 1pm when we arrived at 11am. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the main Nagasaka Gondola (and a short skate/skin/walk up to the Hikage lift area and if the queue is long). Also 5 mins from the main street of town and fantastic (VERY HOT) public onsens. The lodge was cleaned daily, had a very warm and effective drying room for all our gear, and the brekky was fab - a choice of styles (japanese, western, pancakes, bread based etc). We had the Japanese choice and it was hearty, healthy and fresh. Near wonderful restaurants - if you stay here make sure you try Banpuku for great ramen and udon, which is just 50 metres downhill from the lodge on the right, marked with a little lantern and sign. It's super local, tiny and not even on Google Maps yet but was incredibly delicious and cheap. If you are thinking of staying in Nozawa Onsen pick this great locally run pension - the hospitality, food and service was wonderful!
Cons: The only SLIGHT inconvenience for some people could be accidentally walking past it - but then again, that's part of the charm! It was a tiny bit hard to find from the street, it's up a driveway around the corner from Pure Nagasaka. However, once found it was a perfect location between the lifts and main street of town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed in a number of places around nozawa onsen and the greater Nagano area for ski trips. The wafu Pension was by far our best stay. The location is ideal, the rooms and large clean and comfortable and the staff is wonderful. The ski Centric focus and facilities (dry room, ski locker) were a huge bonus. We look forward to visiting again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the kind of family-run place where you are taken care of. Our daughter was sick and the staff made her some broth and delivered it to us. Breakfast is delicious. The room with the loft was perfect for us. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Cons: We couldn't find anything wrong with the place. It is a bit of a walk up the hill, but then you are closer to the slopes.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the traditional Japanese breakfasts. The dinner we ordered was delicious and excellent value. The staff were really nice. I want to stay at Wafu Miyazawa again. Pro-tip: rent a yukata to chill in, and don't forget to use the on-site hot bath.

Pros: The owner and staff are all super helpful and nothing is ever a problem! Rooms are are in a traditional style and comfy. Thoroughly enjoyable stay and will be back!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Traditional style. Good breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location The service, staff and owner very polite and obliging. The onsen Rooms were comfortable in the traditional Japanse way. Close to restaurants and bars. Close to transport Close to town centre. Close to ski slopes.
Cons: Would have preferred a private bathroom and toilet. They had a 11pm curfew - which was not compatible with younger generation. No cereal option for breakfast or lactose free option. Toilets had a bad smell of urine - might have been a plumbing problem.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good position, close to one end of the slopes. Large rooms, with a sitting area close to the window, and nice views. Did not try the breakfast, but as others have said there is a close by bakery which is awesome. We also used the owner’s service of pre-buying the tickets for skiing which was very convenient and a little cheaper
Cons: A bit run down, looks a bit old and you can’t say it is charming at all. It is very clean but still in the toilet there is a persistent smell of urine, I am sure they are doing all they can.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The host is very friendly and it is easy to get to the ski hill from the hotel. I had a great stay here.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The owner went above and beyond for any request and was extremely accommodating and welcoming. The drying room for snow gear was efficient and there is plenty of storage downstairs for your skis/boards. The room was a lovely traditional design with strong heating and comfortable beds. We were more than happy with the hotel and the proximity to the nearest chairlift made access convenient. Breakfast was delicious and was a great way to start the day.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We had two traditional rooms on the third floor with stunning views and a little alcove seating area in each. Mattresses, pillows and heating were great. The onsen is small but the water was lovely and hot. It was a 2 min walk to free ski shuttle bus, 12 minute walk into the centre of town and 4 minute walk to the chairlift. The staff were lovely and the owner uses a translation app which is very useful and often entertaining.
Cons: We were hoping for a traditional Japanese breakfast when we paid for the breakfast option. The breakfast was OK with a fried egg and croissant but also some random things like jelly, a cube of plastic cheese and cabbage. There's a wonderful Swiss bakery about 3 minutes walk away if you want a western breakfast.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff, both the main lady and man were very gracious hosts.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. It was really close to the bus terminal and the food places in town. Yet it was also a short walk up the mountain for the ski activities. Really the most ideal spot to be staying in Nozawa Onsen. The onsen was also always empty and felt private. The decor of the rooms were clean and really well maintained. Love our stay!
Cons: More options for vegetarian breakfast will be more ideal!
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were good and very accommodating.
Cons: Room food and towels is restocked and cleaned 3 days, every 2 days would be better and fitting with its image of a semi premium accommodation at Nozawa. Lighting is very dim and could be brightened in the room and the entrance.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent size room (by Western standards!). Good option for self catering, with a small kitchen. Great having laundry facilities too.
Cons: Not much to complain about really.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious and colorful. We were provided with veery cute onsen bags when we arrived. The location is about as central as you can get. The women at the front desk were also extremely nice.
Cons: I could have lived without the breakfast, which you had to prepare yourself from items they supplied.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The kitchen was stocked when we arrived and we were given little onsen gifts to use during our stay.

Cons: All was very good
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bright, warm , clean, friendly staff, cook your own breakfast when you want it and have your eggs as you like them, really thick brown bread, coffee nespresso, good sound proofing (never heard neighbours)
Cons: Beds very hard, no glasses or cups in the superior studio, but loads in the executive studio so we could borrow but would be a challenge if you were just in the superior room. Onsen was too hot to get into. I only tried once - it may have cooled off later, but I did have the cold tap on and it made no difference. Need english directions as to how to use apple tv - i'm tech challenged!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love Nozawa address hotel. Room is very big and clean. Has a kids room, onsen.

8.8 Excellent (99 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Sumiyoshiya is 25 minutes by bus from IIyama Station. The large common baths spring from two natural hot springs and are reserved for customers who enjoy a traditional Japanese room, complete with tatami mats. Kaiseki cuisine with seasonal ingredients, local sake, and a well-balanced breakfasts await patrons. Tourist attractions include many historical artwork around the facility, thirteen other public baths, a ski resort, forest, and many sites that still maintain traditional Japanese scenery.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: An absolutely exceptional experience! We booked the half-board with breakfast and dinner included. The suppers were one of the true highlights of our entire trip to Japan. If you're a foodie family this is a not-to-be-missed cultural experience!!!!! Onsen bath experience also a highlight. Super hot, perfect after a day on the slopes. The staff were all fanastic.
Cons: The roll away futon style beds could have been a little more comfortable, but pillows and duvet made up for the imperfect "mattress" and certainly part of the experience :-)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The service is impeccable. Overall an excellent stay.
Cons: It's a traditional ryokan so you need to like the style of accommodation. The breakfast is also a Japanese traditional style breakfast so you don't get a choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful service. Beautiful rooms. Great location especially if you’re skiing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was extremely friendly and really informative. The team provided information on how to get to the ski area, where to hire skis, how to use the onsen properly and even took us to and from the bus stop in a car. We had an incredible Japanese style breakfast every morning in a wonderful private dining room. They offered boots to wear around town in the snow and slippers around the hotel. Our room was huge with enormous really comfy Western style beds. We enjoyed ourselves a lot and were very sad to leave!
Cons: Everything was incredible!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff Wonderful location Very nice facilities Good food
Cons: Corridors a bit cold Not enough towels
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Sumiyosiya's location is perfect if you want access to the ski slopes. It's a very short walk to the magic carpet that takes you up to the ski area. The ryokan is typically Japanese, providing a true experience of this quaint village. We had the Japanese style room for three people, and it was very spacious, incredibly clean, and superbly comfortable with the futon-style bedding. Kudos to the wonderful service at Sumiyosiya. Hiro and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and gracious in their hospitality.
Cons: Our room didn't have an ensuite bathroom so we had to shower in the communal Onsen area. That was okay, but I thought the Onsen could have been a little cleaner. Also, as comfortable as our room was, the window in the sleeping area didn't have curtains, so the light from the street lamp outside lit the room as we slept. A little disturbing if you prefer pitch darkness while sleeping. Strangely enough, the window on the living area side of the room had curtains. Go figure.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the helpfulness of the staffs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: As English speaking guests, Mr. Okamoto and staff were very helpful and polite. Overall, the location and service provided were outstanding. We appreciated the small details such as providing guests with umbrellas when raining, and making sure we purchased the least expensive lift ticket package. The facilities were very nice, well kept and comfortable. We enjoyed our Japanese style room and the "traditional" Japanese experience, which my 10 year old daughter preferred to the city experience in Tokyo.
Cons: My son said his ear was a little sore from the buckwheat pillows. The rest of us regarded it as part of the experience and had no trouble.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so kind. Onsen was lovely and hot. Location was the best!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: After I made the booking, Sumiyosiya sent me an e-mail asking me about my travel and arrival details with additional information about Nozawa Onsen Village which provided very useful information. After we arrived at the village, a staff member was already waiting to pick us up and drive us to the ryokan. When we arrived, Hiro greeted us to our room and explained everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay at the ryokan and the village. - Lovely hospitality - Relaxing in-house onsen - Half board (Japanese breakfast and dinner) was amazing with lovely service from their staff member Sana - Very clean - Lovely traditional ryokan experience - Beautiful interior design and decor - Very close to the ski resort and local shops We will be returning again in the future. ありがとうございます :)!
Cons: Everything was perfect!
