10.0 Excellent
Pros: Made to feel really at home - was great! Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely restful stay which was the whole point of the this part of the holiday for us. A pretty, dramatic/scenic little town.
Cons: Despite the great accommodation and finding a great restaurant in town, Chulilla was very quiet in June when we visited. Monday and Tuesday pretty difficult to find anything open! Would suggest 6 nights is too long unless you really want to unwind like we did! PS: DO NOT follow Google maps to the destination address - you will get stuck. We dropped our bags in the town square, dumped the car in one of the nearby car parks and walked the last bit. Much better plan. Hotel will give guidance here, I am sure.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very caring staff. They really made you feel at home. Beautifully restored house with spacious rooms and delightful common spaces to sit, lounge, play board games, stare at the open fire and in our case enjoy a cosy new year's eve. Their homemade evening meal was delicious. The surrounding area is great for walking and cycling. They can arrange to hire bikes on request. The local bar restaurant Ruiz Miguel is fine but Hotel restaurant Moya in Landete, only 9km away, had truly great food for a good price.
Cons: The wifi connection was weak when we were there but really Loly will be able to give you all the information about the area you need.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible value, friendly people
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is near Chulilla. You will need only 15 minutes to the Charco Azul and the Puentes Colgantes. WiFi worked well. There is a lot of free parking space around the location. The staff was friendly but a bit stressed.
Cons: No balcony, although according to the description the room should have a balcony. The room was clean, but it looked a little rundown. The room smelled of cigarettes. Maybe because of the drinking and smoking people sitting under my window. The lamp above the bed was broken. Only the very bright lamp on the ceiling worked. The air conditioner was not able to heat the room adequate. There were holes in the ceiling panels.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing, really wanted to move out the from the first hour....
Cons: The room was very smelly of sigaretts, the people on the local bar was there from morning to late night making alot of noise....

Pros: What a great find for our stopover on the way back to the UK! Lovely drive to property and at first we were a little sceptical with it being so remote. But, great little cabin with extra pillows & blankets and small kitchen area (next time we'll come a bit more prepared!), excellent evening meal and breakfast and the most glorious walks and views. Will definitely return.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was excellent, and the food was fresh. Much of the food came from the owner´s farm. The room was basic, without a lot of frills, and that was fine. The price was perfect.
Cons: I would have like a lift so make it easier to cary up the luggage. But that´s not a big deal. Just be aware there isn´t one. The area was quiet at night, but the noise from the street could be heard from the room. This is typical with Spanish construction, though.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excelent típical food. Good accommodation for the price
8.0 Excellent

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Very good for big groups of people. Very cosy and good place to socialise after a day of climbing. The property was cold (in February) as it was big but our hosts provided us with plenty of wood to use in the two fire places which was great.
Cons: There were no mugs and only one bowl to eat and drink from in the kitchen. As there was a big group of us staying this was problematic as we had to share the one bowl between us to eat cereal from! There were 3 small espresso cups but no mugs to drink other hot drinks from.
