Pros: The best choice by location, inside of a complete mall
Cons: How to get there if you come south from CDMX
Pros: Very near the places I needed to go
Pros: I have been coming to this hotel for the past 3 years when traveling to Mex City, and I would not even consider staying anywhere else. Since I have been going, all of the same employees have worked there, and they all remember you which provides a great experience. The rooms are all very clean and the hotel is well maintained.
Pros: Hotel in safe shopping and dining area
Cons: Some parts of hotel need some update, but that is ongoing now
Pros: Very good service, and help from the staff when needed. Also a taxi service provided by the hotel is very helpful and quick,
Cons: The swimming pool is really small.. still good to refresh.
Pros: Large room Quiet No issue to give me the room very early on the sunday due to my very early arrival Very king personnal
Cons: On booking web site it was said that this hotel was having an airport shuttle. But this is not true. I did send a message via booking and did not get any reply. Then I can the phone number and get this message. And then when I reach the hotel I found a mail message to say that thay can organise a taxi but that was far too late. Price in the restaurant are not obvious. For exemple 2 prices depending on if you go for warm buffet or not at breakfast. But as verything thing is at the same level of disposal it is not obvious
Pros: Hotel is located in a a Shopping park, with some restaurants around, also with 5-7 min walk distance there is a cinema with English filmes and premium seats (For about 5 USD) The staff are very helpful, and will try every thing to help you. The restaurant have buffet days, the Mexican day was the best.
Cons: The WIFI connection was so poor, some times even Google didn't open. If you are targeting Mexico City, the hotel is about 45 min drive from the city center.

Pros: Service was good, and breakfast was good
Pros: The beds were very comfortable, slept well and woke-up refreshed! Breakfast was good with ample selections!
Cons: The process they had to allow us to pay with company card (which had already been used to book the room) is extremely simpleminded, specially for people that are traveling from abroad. They should make this more straightforward.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful! !the breakfast very good, the room small and clean. The hotel housekeeping very friendly and when I mention the bathroom didn't have a box of tissues she brought a box.very happy with my stay in the hotel.thanks.adriana r hill.
Pros: Good, adequate breakfast
Cons: The cleaning staff never cleaned and swept the floors. Yuck
Cons: All good
Pros: Nice bed and shower. My best night in 2 weeks! Silent. Walking distance to many services and safe.
Cons: The breakfast area and the lobby area are note too much appealing...
Pros: The breakfast was always delicious. There was restaurants, supermarkets, etc, all around within walking distance and security was always on site all around and inside the hotel.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
Cons: Air conditioner no works. The room smell bad.
Pros: The room was very clean always. The breakfast stars at 6:00 am.

Pros: Lady in the morning was okay everything else was perfectly thank you I will comeback In my future vacation
Cons: Change personal desk in the morning
Pros: Surprisingly good boutique hotel located nowhere but perfect for my business appointments

Pros: Room was good
Cons: Parking lot to small and the shower sink was to far from the edge
Pros: A nice hotel not far from a shopping mall, clean and quite comfortable. Very polite staff
Cons: Couldn't include breakfasts in the cost of stay (matters for counting in my case), a bit isolated. The pool was cold all the time even though I was promised that it is always hot. Really bad soundproof and termoisolation. The second and further weeks asked to be moved to some quieter place, and it was a bit better on the 4th floor, but still a long way to improve. And as anywhere in Mexico, I really don't like that they ask for tips everywhere (I'm used for it only for dinner or after some help): at breakfasts, for laundry.
Pros: Mal wiffi access
Pros: Everything was wonderful . Easy access.
Pros: the comfort
Cons: the hotcakes was not good.

Pros: Very clean
Cons: The facilities need a little upgrade
Pros: Cleanliness and location
Cons: It was supposed to be a room for 3 adults, but it only fit 2. There were only two individual beds.
Pros: Than is near a mall
Cons: It's smaller than I thought
Pros: Comfortable, staff was nice to us. Wifi was included.
Cons: There were two things that you usually expect from a hotel (at least in Mexico) that were absent: complimentary bottles of water for each guest and soap/shampoo. Tap water in Mexico is generally considered non-drinkable and the only way to obtain water was to buy a bottle.
Pros: You get for what you pay.
Cons: Beds are old and too soft
Pros: EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD!
Cons: I LIKE THE HOTEL BUT THE ROOM IT WAS TO SMALL
Pros: It is a very good hotel, nothing to complain about
Cons: If they would just have breakfast included in the current rate, and a little more easily accessible from bigger roads it would be thee motel.
Cons: Rest service. No bar
Pros: The bed was great
Cons: I honestly dont think i have something i didnt like

Pros: My family and I stayed one nite on the way to catch an early flight at Mexico city’s Airport, which is about 25-30 miles away. The room we got was huge for the price and it was very clean.
Cons: The tv remote was broken, and there are only a couple of places to eat close by.
Pros: Staff and manager provided excellent service, manager gave me his personal phone number if I have any issue to contact him since I do not know the language. Room and facility in general was very clean, room was big and had enough furniture. Compare with price this was an excellent deal.
Cons: Toilet did not had seat, would be nice to have microwave and coffee machine.
Pros: It's cheap so you can't expect a lot. Nice ladies (in WhatsApp and the one who gave me the keys) Great internet and smart tv. Safe environment in the streets but noise (so many dogs). I didn't use the washing machine and dryer but they're available as well at kitchen.
Cons: It's no 24 hrs checking in and you need to paid in advance (which was no clear). The WhatsApp communication was no the best because as a international travel I didn't have data available. Room 1 have a horrible shower, takes around 10 minutes to warm (no even hot) and the water didn't came with pressure. The mattress protectors are plastic so every time you move makes sounds and wake-up, needs dark curtains because it's so much light outside.
Pros: Very friendly, helpful staff! They speak good English. Quiet location
Cons: The property was a long way from the airport which was inconvenient as I was only there for a one night stopover - I should've checked this before booking. It's close to the university so I think it's moreso a place for students to stay
Pros: Very nice and extremely accommodating staff.
Cons: Bit far from international airport.
