Pros: Incredibly clean hotel. The room meet all of my expectations. Comfortable bed, pillows, and fairly quiet location.
Cons: The breakfast offerings was marginal. The best item on the table was the oatmeal. The pork patties looked like abused hockey pucks.

Cons: Hilton gave my room away because they never received the reservation from Kajak. Total disaster.
Pros: The location was excellent. We did not have have much time to explore nearby, but it was a great location. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was excellent. We liked the dual sink vanity, the overall layout of the room.
Cons: Shower tub combo, better to have a "deluxe" shower
who uses the tub in a hotel? a door separating the two rooms. rm 215 offers no view to speak of.

Pros: The staff here is just wonderful. Very clean rooms, breakfast area, and parking. Easy location to get to and just overall great.
Pros: Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Strange odor when we first entered the room.
Pros: Continental breakfast
Cons: Shower in room did not work. Had to get key to a different room in order to shower. Not the end of the world, but a room should not be rented if it's not fully functional.
Very clean and organized, the breakfast sucked but that didn't matter to me personally because it was free. Very nice.
Pros: I was very pleased with my stay and the staff.
Cons: When I first checked in the front desk tried to give me a regular room instead of the suite I ordered and this was the only thing that annoyed me.
The rooms were nice sized and remodeled furniture etc. But wall paper needed to be redone. Beds needed to be pillowtop or something with extra padding so they weren't so firm. Both of us were hurting from the beds.
Pros: Nice rooms, fairly easy to get on freeway, clean. served breakfast in price.
Cons: beds were very FIRM.. hurting back !
Pros: Staff was good, but I did not get any points with my membership card, they dont tell you that. Smoking to close to enterance.
Cons: I found out later I could have gotten a room at the state rate of xxx a night. So this rate was over priced in my opinion.

Cons: In a very suburban area so not great if youre looking to explore the city by foot.
Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfy. Lots of amenities. We appreciated the in-room microwave and refrigerator.
Cons: We felt that the on-site restaurant was over-priced and opted to eat off-site. The description indicated a carpeted room but the floors were hardwood laminate. The picture that accompanied the description accurately showed the correct flooring.
Pros: Nice area, views, ambience and value--
Cons: No coffee in rooms-- available at front door coffee stand for sale or tucked away in back, almost in dining room, is a help yourself pot.
Pros: Hotel was a bit tricky to find, very nice accommodations. Employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice however the hard flooring made it feel a bit institutional. An area rug of some sort would have made a big difference in this feeling.
Cons: Institutional feel of the room. Needs area rug or something to soften the hard surfaces
Cons: I think I should have been told before making reservation that the hotel would be doing major renovations while I was there and that several normal services would be lacking or less than usual. Because of construction, there was not really restaurant service onsite. Also, on Monday morning I was woken up by construction noise at 6:45 AM !!!!
And, for all that - the room rate was NOT reduced from their usual rates.
Pros: The room was very well appointed, and clean. The view from the balcony was stunning.
Cons: The breakfast buffet that came with the room was less than appetizing.
Pros: I was concerned when I first pulled up to the hotel as it is obviously dated. It was very clean, however and the rooms were updated. The bed was comfortable, the room large and the standard amenities were included (fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, etc.). I didn't deal with the staff other than when I checked in and out, but they were friendly. When I checked in the price for one of the nights was higher than I'd been quoted for my reservation months before. The desk clerk didn't hesitate; he said he'd take care of it and made the adjustment to give me the lower rate to match the other dates of my stay. I appreciated that very much, as some other places are not so accommodating. Also, I didn't have a chance to use them, but they had several nice bicycles available for complimentary rentals. I'll stay here again when I visit family, and I hope to have time to use the bikes the next time.
Pros: It was comfy cheep and clean
Pros: I loved the fitness room.
Cons: The bedding could be improved, however the establishment was nice for a 3 star hotel
Pros: Staff was friendly, room was clean, booking was easy, good value for the money. Probably a really nice choice for a conference (I was there with family), and it's in a nice setting. Food was reasonably priced and the bar seemed like a decent place to hang even on a Monday evening. Would definitely consider again next time I'm in Olympia.
Cons: Bathroom was fairly small for a double room, food service in the restaurant was mediocre (but was partially comped), and it would have been nice if basic meds (cough drops, aspirin) were available (even at a cost) at the front desk instead of way down the street at a slightly sketchy gas station.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Location was good, directions was easy to follow.
Cons: Needs some updates.
Pros: Our son biked this for us(Dave Berg) on his credit card. When we got there the clerk said he was not sure the room was paid for.
We paid for it. Our son says he paid for it . we need to get his card credited. Can you help us with this

Pros: the breakfast was good, house keepers were very nice.
Cons: The room we got checked into one of the beds reeked of urine, and the moment we got to our hall there was a loud vicious sounding dog in the room across from us scarring our kids. the front desk lady was very rude.
Pros: Upon check in they said I only had 1 reservation when I booked 2 under my name and credit card. The lady at the desk was rude and completely unwilling to help. Eventually, after we shower her the confirmation and suggested maybe she try another name, (which she was far from happy to do) she found it. It was just a really rough start to our stay. The bed was comfy though and given that I'm 7 months pregnant that was really important. Just dont expect good service service if you stay here.
Pros: Clean, nice staff. Very safe neighborhood.
Cons: Air conditioner was broken in 100• heat. We were in adjoining room and people next door were very noisy. Air conditioner fan was broken so that every half hour it made horrible noise. Too loud to leave on at night. When I informed staff, they laughed and said it was their broken white noise maker. Paint was peeling off our bathroom wall and hall in lobby was held down with masking tape. For all the negatives listed, otherwise and overall, it was nice.
Pros: It was a very comfortable, friendly place to stay. I will definitely stay there again if I need to return to that area.

Pros: Elevators were super slow and/or broken for my stay! Hiked the stairs to the 8th floor multiple times- good exercise!
Pros: Great staff. Very Clean. Good location.
Cons: Elevator was a bit sketchy. Somethings were a bit dated.
Pros: a very comfortable bed that was welcome after driving halfway across the country. at check-in, there was a mistake with my booking (on the part of the third-party website i used), but the folks at the front desk didn't blink an eye and fixed it immediately. breakfast was pretty standard. location was perfect for walking to the downtown events we were attending.
Cons: the a/c couldn't keep up with the 90-degree highs, so when the sun was on our side of the building, the curtains had to remain closed and even then it was like a greenhouse in our room. luckily we weren't there most of the daylight hours. the elevators are a bit old and slow. wish there was a pool.
Pros: walkable to all of downtown Olympia
Cons: Rooms are showing their age. The park across the street is a homeless Mecca.
Cons: Desk clerk was so rude and unhelpful on the phone, we canceled our reservation.
Pros: Great value, great location and views from floor to ceiling windows
Cons: We opened the sliding door to the small balcony and realized our 1 month old son could probably easily fit through the railing. Just be careful with kids on the balcony!
Pros: The location was great, with in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the freeway.
Cons: The building is in need of renovations. One elevator was out of service and the other was super slow and noisy. The bathrooms were clean, but very old and yellowed counters and floors.
Pros: We liked the location. We could walk to coffee and downtown.
Cons: The pool was under construction but the staff gave us free passes to the ymca. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. There was a smell in the lobby that I didn't like but that smell wasn't in the room. The breakfast was decent, eggs were fair but waffle were good.
Cons: Another guest was smoking marijuana in the hotel often during my stay, both in the hallway, and in the elevator (before the elevator broke and was not repaired for the rest of my stay). It was impossible not to notice, and nothing was done about it for the duration of the weekend.
Pros: Great location, central to the Capitol and downtown Olympia. Comfortable bed, clean room
Cons: The complimentary breakfast could have been better.
Cons: The breakfast was completely indelible
Located in the entertainment district, The Governor, a Coast Hotel is a great choice for a stay in Olympia. Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and buffet breakfast daily between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with balconies and LCD TVs.
Cons: Could use new door locks. Had to use multiple swipes to unlock door,
Pros: Great reception upon arriving, friendly and very helpful.
Pros: You get what you pay for or less when you cant afford a --- night hotel
Cons: Again you get what you pay for
Pros: It was clean, staff were helpful and friendly
Pros: One of the most affordable options in the area. The space is a bit dated but still charming and the staff there was impeccable. Location and proximity to town and interstate, unbeatable!
Pros: The breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with fruit.
Pros: The location was what we needed.
Cons: The bathroom door was way to close to the toilet.

Pros: Every time ww go to this hotel we have a great experience. Karla makes it amazing every time
Cons: Karla she is amazing
Cons: Found old pizza in my microwave
Pros: The staff, especially the woman named (I believe?) Breonna, were very nice and helpful. We were there for seven days because we were looking at moving to Lacey/Olympia from Ohio and they were very informative!
Cons: The cleaning was lacking at times. There were two days that the houskeeping didn't come, and I wasn't really sure why.
Cons: No screen on window...like to open for fresh air
Pros: Bed were comfy and room was nice
Cons: The breakfast if you can call it that was bad. Only the minimum and cheapest of cheap. The cereal containers were dirty and had spider webs on them. They looked like they had never been moved. The coffee was more like water. The bagel and cream cheese had a nasty taste to them. I stay for three days and was the same each time I went back. It was a hot the days i was there and the only air conditioning that was on was in rooms. The the hall ways had a funky smell to them.
Pros: There's a McDonalds in front of it, which can be helpful, and it's fairly close to the airport. Rooms are fine and spacious.
Cons: Breakfast room is too tiny, you can barely walk around to get your food. At least nobody complained about me getting food to my room. The breakfast itself could be better.
Pros: That I had a place to sleep after being road weary.
Cons: I was appalled by the service I received from the staff from check-in to being overcharged, to being monitored while I ate breakfast to ensure I didn't take too much.
Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfy. Great location
Cons: Continental breakfast lacked protein
Pros: Not much
Cons: Breakfast area on 2nd floor not much direction. Bad remodel. Not very clean. Employees very robotic.
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Room needed vacuuming
No iron in room
No hair dryer in room
Breakfast was really slim and was done by 9am
No coffee or tea in lobby
Homeless looking man in parking lot 2 days in a row
Pros: The bathroom was remodeled so it was nice to take a hot shower after a long day of traveling. The surrounding neighborhood had a lot of dining options and were within walking distance. The employee who checked me out was very friendly and professional.
Cons: The employee who checked me in was inhospitable. Not once did she smile at me, and her attitude was one of indifference, bordering on unfriendliness. I'm sure the cover throw and sheet was cleaned, but there were small stains on them that made me push them both aside. I could hear the occupant on the floor above me thundering around across his/her room all night long. Breakfast was bare with only few options for hot food (toast and oatmeal). Upon entering the hotel, there was a musky smell that I could not pinpoint as to what it was, but was quite unappealing.
Pros: The staff was friendly. The pool was clean and the rooms were newly remodeled. The location was convenient.
Cons: The parking lot was littered with trash. The parking lot should be better monitored to keep non quests from hanging out there.
Friendly staff, thoughtful amenities and a location close to everything make this Days Inn Lacey Olympia Area a great place to stop and stay. Just off Interstate 5, this lodging is walking distance from many restaurants and a casino, and within blocks of Walmart, Best Buy and other stores. Visit Olympia and wineries, play a round of golf, and explore the rugged coastline of the bay, all within a short drive. Escape the Northeastern chill in the hot tub, sauna and steam room; splash in the heated indoor pool; or work up a sweat in the fitness center. Two meeting rooms are perfect for smaller gatherings, and can accommodate a banquet. Pets are welcome, and little extras like laundry facilities, a business center with public computers, complimentary wireless Internet and a complimentary breakfast buffet make your stay complete. Relax in your spacious room with large flat-screen TV, refrigerator and microwave.
Pros: Actually, nice, helpful, accommodating staff and manager.
Cons: Checked out, then checked back into my room when a rental I was counting on fell through on the day I was supposed to move, and they suggested my same room WHICH WAS SPRAYED WITH SOME KIND OF POISON! It gave me a bad headache all night so I couldn't sleep, even with the bathroom window open.
Excellent location, and all I could afford at the time, but I was afraid to go out my door. Spotty wifi and TV reception.
I'll never go back. I found Ground Inn, the GREENER place to stay! (And, cheapest in Olympia; even better location in Old Olympia.)
Pros: Staff was helpful, air conditioning, wifi, fridge, microwave, tv, and right on bus line which is golden in Olympia.
Cons: It's not the Ritz, but it is clean and safe. You can pay three times more for fancy shampoo and breakfast that may or may not give you food poisoning. My two cents.
Cons: Cockroach in the bathroom.
Room never cleaned.
Street kids + homeless people hanging around the parking lot at night.
When visiting Olympia, Olympia Inn is a great choice to consider. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: Hot water issues. Front desk info very misleading. Musty smell pervades the facility.
Pros: Location was OK.
Cons: No power or TV (except a light in the bathroom). When we asked for some power, the guy at the counter said there was a switch by the bed. There was no switch. Went down to get him and he finally came up and played with some wires. Then he took off suddenly. I went to check in 15 minutes and he was checking in more idiots (like me, for staying here). I decided to let the future guests know about my experiences and he told me I had to leave the motel for having a bad attitude. Since I had paid for the room, I told him good luck with that. He decided not to pursue the matter with me or my 250 lb roommate..we were there for a softball tournament. Since it was late, we just went to bed. If the guy would have been somewhat straight with us, it would not have been such a problem. He barely spoke English and was the rudest hotel clerk I have ever encountered.
Overall, worst motel experience in my life....and I have stayed in some real dives in Morocco, Mexico and Central America.
To top it off, the entire place smelled moldy. The waitress at Denny's said they had been closed down for health violations in the past.
Pros: The breakfast was ok
Cons: The room was literally a disaster when I got there. It looked like someone had ransacked it. The next room was at least clean, but the key system didn't work and we had to leave the door open with a towel. :-/
Pros: price. The basic room and space were ok
Cons: Check in was very slow. The bathroom door would not open without exerting extreme force, and then only partially; debris from the rotting bottom of the door was on the floor. The shower hardware was dysfunctional: the handheld shower head would not stay positioned on the holding bar; the spray was knife-like. The walls must be paper thin because we could hear normal conversation in the hallway and knocks on another door sounded like they were on ours. We were woken in the middle of the night by loud voices and banging around. The bed sheet was excessively worn with and had a tear. I might try a Super 8 somewhere else but never again in Lacy!
