Pros: Great reception, fast and smooth.
Cons: I am a regular guest to your hotel but the room 1718 I was assigned felt old and dated compared to previous rooms I had been in. The h/h shower cord kept pushing the hot water lever past tolerable temperatures, at one point almost scalding me.
Pros: Bed is really comfortable. Nice view out. Stuff really nice. But I hade little issue with hotel.
Cons: It’s nice place and clean. And nice staff. But I had little issue with them I forgot one bag in taxi and ask him to return it to the hotel which he did but the hotel kept lie that they don’t get any thing for 2 days till I called the police and have them talk to them. Then they bring my stuff. So make sure you don’t lose any thing cause u will never get it back.
Pros: In-room dining staff were on the ball.
Cons: That my stay could not be longer.
Pros: Room was roomy. Staff acquieseced with a high floor and nice view.
Cons: There was only ONE bath-towel in the bathroom.
Pros: Very warm and courteous welcome at front-desk. Always like coming back.
Cons: It was all good.
Pros: I was great
Cons: the shower drain did work very well
Pros: Loved breakfast at the Club Lounge, the 5pm check-out, and the front-desk staff who preempted and addressed my need for that late checkout.
Cons: There was only one drinking glass in my room so I had to bother Housekeeping.
Pros: Frontdesk reception was swift, courteous and very obliging. I was slow in checkout due to unforeseen circumstances but staff were very patient. In-room dining was excellent!
Cons: My stay wasn't long enough.
Pros: That I was given a complimentary upgrade. Quite liked the layout of the room and the balcony.
Cons: That my stay could not be longer.
A stay at Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur places you in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, within a 15-minute walk of Kuala Lumpur Tower and Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, a computer station, and express check-in. This hotel has 15 meeting rooms available for events. Pros: A lovely designed hotel with large, comfy rooms. The toiletries were a good standard and the rooms were well equipped. The Club Lounge was great, well stocked with friendly staff.
Cons: Pool was small
Pros: Great and friendly staff, beautiful and impressive foyer. The front desk staff helped with a last minute need to change our room configuration. Everything was perfect for our stay.
Cons: We drove to the hotel, arriving via Jalan Sultan Ismail. I almost drove past the main entrance because it is actually hard to spot from the road. For such a big hotel I would have expected a clearer entrance, or perhaps a prominent sign to assist in spotting it.
Pros: Swimming pool. Gym. Location. Spaciousness. Friendliness of staff.
Pros: The club services are excellent
With a stay at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, you'll be centrally located in Kuala Lumpur, within a 10-minute walk of Aquaria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Pros: Beautiful venue, friendly staff and good food
Pros: very good
Pros: The hotel facilities restaurants the pool the luxuriousness
Cons: drinks a bit high priced
Pros: Location and cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: Staff failed to bring our luggage up promptly despite 2 calls to bell boy.
Pros: I am a Mandarin Oriental fan, and have never had a bed experience, this is a stylish hotel, with a fantastic location and superior staff. My partner really enjoyed the using the indoor golf, we were not there long enough to play tennis or use the Spa facilities unfortunately, but would never fail to stay here in future. The views were excellent of the skyline and the nearby facilities be it, roof bars, food market, shops and the park.....especially with the night water display.
Cons: The Breakfast, ( small cloud ) on one of the days some of the hot selection was not that warm, but everything else was very good, with a very good selection of other options.
Cons: Covid.no activities
Pros: Amazing. Especially under pressure of Coronavirus.
Pros: We had a view over the park which was lovely
Pros: Ideally located across from Petronas Towers. Nice hotel but not up to the standards of other MOs. Definitely needs a refresh.
Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur is ideally situated right in the heart of the city’s liveliest entertainment hub and most happening shopping districts. The hotel is located adjacent to Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall with direct connectivity to the KL Monorail system via the Imbi Station and is merely 15-minute walk away from the world renowned Petronas Twin Towers. Indulge in all the perks of a lavish and carefree lifestyle in addition to let us pamper you. Not forgetting, stunning views of the city’s skylines at our luxury hotel in Bukit Bintang will make an impressive stay to remember.
Pros: Management treatment very good.
Cons: No breakfast to provide.
Pros: Location, shopping and food availability.
Cons: There was renovation on top floor. Pounding on 17th March morning. The toilet facility was not actually Muslim friendly. Our room was 2702.
Pros: The location is great, right in the centre, with lots of shopping and eating options, but the hotel is up high enough to be insulated from the street noise.
Cons: Some aspects of the service fell a little short. For example, when I'd go to the sauna and steam room, there was never anyone there, so I'd have to find a security man, who'd have to call someone else. Suggestion: just leave the keys in the lockers, and towels in the locker room. No-one is going to steal them.
Pros: Location is good. Staff are friendly.
Cons: The shower is mouldy. We book premiere room and the view sucks. When we call the front desk before arrival we are informed buffet breakfast cost MYR38 per person, but when we show up to Big Apple resto for buffet breakfast we have been informed it's MYR58 per person.
Pros: Close to everything! Absolutely Superb! Staff friendly, amenities excellent. Super close to shops and fantastic food. Can't wait to return.
Cons: Nothing to not like!
Pros: The staff very nice
Cons: The aircond should be checked always .
Pros: The room and the beds are very comfy. And I love my room given at the high floor..
Cons: Toilet the washing parts...hahhaha
Pros: All I can say is, whatever I wanted are all there.
Cons: Need some clean up around the surroundings of the hotel building, especially the exterior.

Pros: I loved the room! It was very spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you would need for your stay. The location is great too. It's nearby all the hotspots in KL and in Bangsar.
Pros: Best stay ever in KL, it was our first time here in Hilton(we've stayed at other hotels prior to this trip) and i think we would come back again next time. We were early so the room wasn't decorated yet, but the staff came in soon after check-in to give our daughter her birthday surprise. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of eastern and western cuisines. Lastly the location is just perfect, if you take the KLIA Express, the train stops just below the hotel and two elevators up connects you to the lobby. Can't wait to be back again.
Pros: A special thanks to the manager who proposed us to check out at 7pm for free. Our flight was late at night and due to COVID19 restrictions, no one was allowed to stay outside. All bars, restaurants, etc were closed. So We first checked out at 11:50am and sat in the lobby when the manager came to see us and proposed us to stay in the room instead of staying in lobby all day. Thanks to Hilton for this.
Cons: There was no free Wifi in the room. And it was expensive - 30 Ringit per day.
Pros: Exceeded my expectations. Great staff, friendly attitudes. First time upgraded to executive level and it was eye opening. Drinks and light food served 2-3 times a day with a view from the 33rd floor executive lounge, all free for executive level. Really enjoyed the hotel and would return. Pretty big gym, real yoga mats, sauna I didn't get to try but will next time. Great bed and shower.
Cons: Lights were genuinely hard to figure out with their eccentric switch placement. Room was a bit dated but still very good.
Pros: This is an excellent hotel. Tops in all regards. Was quarantined after the first day but under the circumstances all the staff were super helpful ensuring comfort and great room service as all restaurants (food was good and arrived hot) were closed do to virus concerns . Connected to KL Station Central - rail and plenty of taxi and Grab people to provide inexpensive transportation anywhere!
Pros: No need to mention the location is convenient. The room was conformable, especially the bed. Although the lighting was somewhat dimmed at the working desk, I still get my work done. The staffs were courteous and friendly! I would return if I have business in KL Sentral.
Pros: Everything in the Hilton quality
Cons: Hand towels were missing in the exec room I stayed. There was nowelcome chocolate either. I found these things when I stayed in another exec room two days later.
Pros: Jaspal. Very nice guy, very helpful The room was very clean and the facilities were endless.
Pros: Breakfast was great!
Cons: Swimming pool, gym and breakfast

Pros: Clean, modern, friendly staff
Pros: Despite the confusion during our first night, they have prepared a nice setup for me for my birthday with cake and balloons and I really appreciate that gesture. The location was also really nice because it is near train station and you can walk 10 minutes towards the Petronas towers. Our room also have a great view of the KL Tower and it is so beautiful to see at night. The room is also very clean and well maintained and it is easy to call and reach room service staff :)
Cons: We had some issues at the front desk when we arrived that night as i handed over my printed booking.com reservation and staff informed me that my booking has been cancelled which I was so shocked as I didn't really have any prior notification from the website, hence I had to pay for a new booking and settle without the breakfast as they said that the rate will be different; moreover, me and my bf had to settle for a twin room instead of a double room as they didn't have any other room available. Good thing it was only for one night as they changed our room to double the next day, but of course it was a bit inconvenient as we needed to keep our stuff in luggage, sadly we never had breakfast the whole stay and it was still a mystery to me how my booking was auto cancelled without any notice from the hotel nor from booking.com. I really hope this doesn't happen anymore. :(
Pros: We loved everything! The pool is exceptional, especially for an inner city hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast excellent. We enjoyed club access, with excellent food and drinks. Staff were always helpful and efficient.
Cons: The flush on our toilet could have been stronger.
Pros: Very nice place
Cons: 1. Spa and massage was over priced.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable though and the room was very spacious. The breakfast spread was excellant!
Cons: The pillow was too soft not comfortable to sleep on. The shower pressure was too low.

Cons: Staff not well train at the club lounge. Pillows are too soft.
Pros: Service was exceptional!
Pros: Club lounge was really nice, everywhere was clean, staff were exceptional, big and spacious, really nice gym facilities
Cons: Nothing we didn't like.
Pros: The food was good, staff was very friendly.
Cons: The room was just not bright and fresh.
Pros: Price Pool Location
Cons: There was a small cockroach in the bathroom No restaurant
Pros: The hotel is in a good location, it is clean and a very nice looking property.
Cons: As a Lifetime Platinum Elite member I was not happy with my stay. 1. I checked in online and it still took 15 minutes to get my key. 2.Upgraded to a suite but when I opened the door to my room on 21st floor, the room was under construction. Went back to reception and got issued a normal room with a promise that I would be upgraded the following day when I got back in the evening after work. I packed my bags as was in informed that my room would be changed while I was working. 3.When I got back, reception had no idea about the proposed room change and my bags were still in my small room. 4. After asking to speak with the manager, I was told that no upgrade was available but they were working on it. 1 hour later, guest services came to my room and moved me to a suite. 4. So with my new keys in hand, I went to meet a colleague at the Club Lounge and my new keys would not allow me access. Again I went to the reception and it took 10 minutes to issue me a key that would access the lounge. Ridiculous. Will never visit again. This property is in trouble and most of it is focused on reception deficiencies. | am truly disgusted.

Cons: The staff could have been more certain of answers that she gives to customers.
Pros: The interior lobby,the room
Cons: Please be alert that the slide room door made my fingers clutter probably because the door was all white so I didn't notice ..

Cons: No restaurant, I asked for ice, the did not have any .

Pros: Friendly staff, eager to make my stay comfortable and pleasant even during Covid-19 restrictions. Location was perfect for my intended trip.
Cons: Bed was a bit too soft for my liking.
Pros: Overall nice clean hotel with big room and adequate facilities
Cons: The front desk staff was useless, though I had confirmed booking they said they didnt have any information, they didnt even give a late check out though I had two rooms booked and I told them that I shall let go of one of the rooms early they day before. Horrible front desk staff
Pros: The manager was quick to resolve our issues. Great kids room, gym, and pool area. The rooms in the new wing are nice and offer sufficient space for children.
Cons: The residence apartments are not used often or tended to. While spacious, there were power outages and brown water. The room was also ready two hours after the standard 2pm check-in. Front desk staff did not want to handle or seem primed to focus on customer service. Management was essential and most helpful.
Cons: some of hotel staff
Pros: The property has recently been renovated. The portions / floors that have been renovated are up to the standard while rest aren't impressive. Lifts are spacious and speedy. Breakfast is good.
Cons: Due to renovations the hotel isn't completely ready yet. Some guest got terrible rooms and were very unhappy. We stayed for 4 nights, 2 nights in old section, 2 in new. The difference between both was about 4 stars.

Pros: Concierge is the best. Thanks to Koy, nishant and gary
Cons: A shame gobo chit chat restaurant was not open every evening.
Pros: The room was very nice and the view onto the park and Petronas Towers was great
Cons: - The pool is tiny, not open to the sun, and closes early, since it is in the Sky Bar - The Sky Bar is nothing special, despite the view, as the music is too loud and the space too cramped to really be a comfortable place to hang out or enjoy the view

Cons: Old and hygiene is bad. The first room we had had cockroaches.
Pros: All said and done the location was pretty good .. opposite to a large mall connected by a walk way .. also you could tell at some point it was a 5* facility .. the lobby area looked impressive ..
Cons: .. most other things were either just average or below average .. the rooms had a very dated look .. furniture was old ... things in the wall were loose .. couple of times when i connected my laptop the outlet actually came out of the wall .. when we ordered room service they would not charge it to the room .. when i gave him a credit card he was not happy .. worst of course was the WiFi .. it was so poor that it was almost not usable .. if i was on a business trip i would have been livid .. even here i had to use the data on my cell phone since it was faster than their wifi! Overall except for the price .. i would not recommend .. at a slightly higher price i am sure you can get better accommodation ...
Pros: The waterfall shower was nice.
Cons: Fortunately this hotel was a cheap 5-star stay, but that is exactly what it felt like. We had a club level room & the club was below mediocre, both the rooms, cleanliness & the food served. There are a lot better cheap 5 star hotels in KL!
Pros: Near to Sunway Mall
Cons: All was good
Pros: Love all about seri Pacific hotel kl

Cons: It's a difficult time at the moment for everyone with the corona virus around us. But the stuff was very arrogant and not very understanding to our situation as tourists in a foreign country. Pros: The location is near to shopping mall, Low Yat Plaza and Berjaya Times Square.
Cons: Construction near the hotel. A bit noisy but it is okay if you stay at the high floor.
Pros: The staff, and the people really, were absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful. I did not have a stress in the world because I knew they were there and willing to help when needed.
Cons: No complaints here.
Pros: Friendly staff. Great location. Reasonable price.
Cons: Bathroom could of been a little cleaner.
Pros: view and decoration
Pros: I really love how spacious my room is. Overall, really worth the money if you don't take into consideration of what the hotel surrounded with.
Cons: I know the receptionist could be really tired since there are many guest would like to check-in at midnight as I do. The management should have forseen the amount of guest checking in and arrange more receptionist for that point of time instead of putting everything on only one receptionist.
Pros: Nice view
Cons: I was told that it would be a room dedicated to patients with coronavirus. Staff and manager Nazul told me that I had returned 1000RM, but it was a lie. Too Bad staffs.&Dengeoruse
Pros: The reception staff and concierge service were great and really helpful. The location is good. Nice swimming pool. Large room but old furniture.
Cons: The staff in the Executive Lounge needs to improve the service... They are the best in smiling and saying "Thank you Sir" but this is not enough unfortunately. We've had morning flight and we've gone for breakfast which stars at 7am but at 7.30 they were still preparing the buffet and they weren't ready so we had to wait... They've tried to overcharge us for laundry service but after conversation with the manager we've solved the problem.

Don't skip out on breakfast at the hotel, it is fantastic. Happy hour by the pool on the roof provides a nice view of the skyline as the sun goes down.
